Negative 6 stars. I reached out to get help with a duplicate title. I was ready to move forward and asked for pricing for expediting and the standard turnaround. Upon requesting pricing, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment and I'd only be charged if I didn't use the service. I asked for the prices once more, because how can you ask someone to commit to something blindly? The representative Brian was extremely rude and unprofessional, snd began insulting me when I told him I'd go elsewhere - see screenshot for proof of his incompetence. Highly recommended, DMV DUDE!!! I got an appointment the day after I reached out to him. He doesn't take walk-ins so be prepared to be prompt when you make an appointment. Which is a good thing because you will be seen right away and not have to wait around. His FEES are the best in town. I paid $125 fee. I priced all around and every where else wanted $200. Plus the next appointment at Henderson DMV was a month out. So to get my appointment in one day, avoid the crowd and the hours of waiting at the DMV was more then worth it for me. I called this A-Hole a few days ago to make an appointment for registration on my vehicles and he was automatically so rude over the phone and answered my questions with such a tone. I still went ahead and scheduled the appointment, but had a very sour taste in my mouth from his awful attitude and terrible customer service skills. I had asked him over text what I needed to bring and he rudely sent me a text saying he had already text me that, instead of politely saying , "if you do still have our text conversation history, you will find those details, if not, I can gladly re-send ." Well, I decided to cancel my appointment and he began ranting disrespful texts and even calling me. This is word for word what he text ,"FUCKING POS BITCH.
