This is a scam. My nephew went in to change the title on a car he bought out of state and change the plates to Nevada plates. He told them the signature was a little off and they told him not to worry about it and they said they can handle it. I had paid $150 in advance for transferring out of state registration to Nevada . DMV site was down due to cyber attacks . I had to find another 3rd party business that did the job on Saturday as DMV 4 Me is closed on weekends since we were leaving town . I inadvertently called this company a week prior to the registration expiring on my vehicle. I thought I was contacting DMV, as I was wanting to use a personalized plate from a car I no longer owned, but the personalized plate was still accessible to me. They were personable and were knowledgeable. The fee quoted was a bit more than the registration fee. I thought the additional amount was related to transferring the personalized plate to the new car. I paid the fee. I was verbally told it would be 4-6 weeks to get the plate. I received an e-mail with an attachment indicating that I needed to surrender the plate. I replied asking if I could take it back to the DMV near my house rather than the address given in the e-mail. I did not receive a response. Since I did not need to drive the car, I simply waited the month. I opened the attachment to the e-mail to get the paper to place in the car, as directed, so I could drive it. I, at that time, found out that I had not been dealing with the DMV, but rather DMV 4 Me. I called today. They had not done any processing of request because I had not surrendered the plate. I told them I had not gotten a response to my question. I asked if I could get a refund. Of course, the answer was no. The amount charged was their fees, they had not collected DMV fees. I was not comfortable surrendering my plates to an unknown company. I called Nevada DMV, DMV 4 Me is not an affiliate of Nevada DMV. The individual did say that she had heard many complaints regarding the services, though. At that time, I chose to take the loss. In addition to the loss of funds, my registration is expired. I have late fees, and tax penalties. In addition, I have to get moving permit, because I have to go in person to do the transaction. The moving permit will stop any further late fees and penalties, until I am able to get to the DMV. I am sure this company meets the needs of many people. I, however, was desiring to work with DMV directly. Use the service, if it meets your needs. Be aware of who you are speaking with; they sound like DMV when you call. Although the lack of waiting should be a clue that they are not the Nevada DMV. You may want to ask specifically if they are the OFFICIAL Nevada DMV. read more

Thomas a supervisor is the one who is very very wrong and discriminating. Refusing to help and refusing to get me to an owner. Another supervisor Deno is a little more helpful. DO NOT GO THERE!! My pay schedule is every 2 weeks. Last time I got paid I paid the, to get my plates and register my truck, I'm about to get paid again and I STILL don't have my plates. My brother went to one of the little shacks that you see do smog at the gas stations, he received his plates and registration within 3 days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND skipping these peop.e and going to the smog shack. May cost a couple more dollars, but it's better than paying some people and still getting that annoying sticker on your drivers side windows cause your car isn't properly displaying plates and registration. read more

This place is horrible, I HIGHLY do not recommend. I tried getting a new title and registration through this company, and all they did was tell me my documents did not get approved / won't get approved based on their own opinions. Not based off of what the DMV said. Meanwhile I applied for a new title online and got approved instantly, with the same documents I gave them. They were trying to charge me an extra $500 for a bonded title that I didn't even need, and tried telling me that the person who I bought the car from had his dealers license, which was A LIE!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I paid $200 for express shipping and was told my documents would arrive within 2-3 days. It has now been over three weeks with no clear update, and I've only been told that my paperwork is "at the DMV." I since called the DMV and was told they have not received any papers. Throughout this process, I've encountered unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from multiple staff members. When I asked to speak with a manager (Thomas), I was told I had no reason to do so and was refused access. This company and its team are not serious at all. It seems that taking people's money is more important to them than maintaining a good reputation. I went to them to complete my registration back in February. After months of calling for updates on the status, I was finally informed that the paperwork was incorrectly filled out. Since they are supposed to be the knowledgeable ones, they should have checked it before accepting my money. Since March, I have been waiting for a refund. They only provided me with a partial refund and said that the remaining amount would be processed in two separate transactions due to their credit card merchant. I have been ignored again after following up. When I called today, they gave me a transaction number, but they couldn't provide any details about the date or amount refunded. I spoke to my bank, and nothing from them has been reflected. SO UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I went to DMV 4 Me on September 20, 2024, to complete my car registration. I paid a $175 service fee, and they told me they would update me when my license plates arrived, which would take about four weeks. I agreed and waited. After four weeks, I called for an update, but there was no news about my plates. Another four weeks went by without any calls, emails, or texts from them, so I called again on November 25, 2024. A man answered and told me they couldn't find my information. He asked if I could call back in two hours--though, they were already closed for the day. The next day, I called again and spoke with a woman, but she also couldn't find my information. I told her I still had my client service contract, and she asked me to email it to her. She said she would get back to me in a few hours, but I never heard back from her. Frustrated, I called again at 4:14 PM and spoke to the same man from the day before. He told me my license plates would be arriving the next day, and when I asked if he had found my information, he said, "Yes, I'm looking at it right now." At this point, I was already two months into waiting for my plates, and every time I called, they told me they would be coming "tomorrow" or "next week." When I tried to ask more questions about my plates, the man hung up on me. I called back four more times, and each time, he hung up in my face. I've never experienced service this bad before. This place is the most fraudulent business I've ever stepped foot in. I was brought in by an employee who advised me to use their services since it would be faster than going to the DMV. I came in to get my registration on 11/27/24 and was told it would be ready in a week. A week passes by and I've heard nothing, I consistently spoke to the office to get any updated and they continued to say it was processing. Over 3 weeks go by and I have gotten no message, mind you, my registration was expired. I was getting irritated and realized they weren't doing the job they promised in the time frame. I made an appointment with the DMV instead and when I was getting my paperwork together, I realized this business took the physical title to my car. I came into the business to ask for it back and they denied they had it & it was at the DMV on Sahara (come to find out it was at the DMV on Flamingo, so they lied). I went to the Sahara location and said they had nothing on file. I begged for my title back and the associates were getting aggressive with me and saying the DMV has it or must've lost it. I also checked my bank statements and saw they over charged me for the services, so I immediately disputed the charge and told my bank they made a fraudulent charge. I spoke with the Compliance Enforcement Division of the DMV & said they will look into the situation. After I told dmv4me I spoke with the enforcement division, they finally said they have my title and have been trying to contact me (I had 0 calls from them). I was able to get my title back in my possession and finish the job myself. Mind you, this was over a span of almost 3 months. This place is absolutely disgusting and needs to be investigated. They are going to anger the wrong person and get shut down. Also their BBB ratings are terrible and don't respond to complaints that are filed through them. Despicable!!!! read more

I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company. I had called to get help getting a title for my car, they told me I could pay $300 to get it expedited in 48 HOURS of when they received the signed paperwork from me. I send the paperwork 1 hour later and it was over a week and a half (after I had called 2 x and had a conversation with a rude employee who was not the original one I had talked to), explaining that I was told it would be 48 hours (after the weekend so it was already 4 days). It has not been over a week and a half and they called to tell me it was needing to be filed in CA, which they should have known if it was ACTUALLY FILED IN 48 HOURS. I feel like they charged my card automatically and did nothing with my paperwork for over a week. They then told me I needed to pay another $100, but no guarantee on when I would get the copy of my title (but had made a guarantee on the first day or I would NOT have payed $300 for expedited services). I then asked for a refund for services and they said they wouldn't do refund even though I now have no title and they cannot or wont tell me when I will get it. I then called the place where I got the car and was told I can get a title copy from the bank. So I called 10 minutes later to cancel the services.. They will not give me a refund for any of the $400. When they had done nothing to warrant charging $400. All in all, communication from employees is severally lacking. The communication to me WAS AWFUL. And obviously expedited services don't mean anything to them even when they are paid for in advance. I cannot and would not recommend using this company. read more

I purchased a car out of state. They sent all the money and paperwork in March and at the end of April when I realized I had not heard from DMV 4 Me I went to check on the status. They said that they probably put the paperwork someplace and did not know where it was. I had the dealer in the other state resubmit the paperwork and the money. I walked it in on April 24. My temporary license was due to expire April 26. I did not receive my license until June 23. I made repeated calls and in person attempts to find out the status. The answer was always it's in process. Finally they told me that they needed a current insurance submission and they charged me an additional fee to do that. Instead of charging me the fee one time they charged me five times for the same process. I went that they remove the unnecessary charges. They said we'll give you a call. We realize that we overcharged you. I never got a call. I had to get American Express to remove four extra charges and leave one legitimate charge. I would never recommend Using this service if it was anything other than routine. I don't know how routine service would work, but is the worst customer service for something of this magnitude I've ever experienced. When I finally got the license on June 23, I was told the DMV needs an original copy of your odometer document. If we send it will be an additional charge. If you don't want to be charged, you can walk it into the DMV. If I had not gone to pick my license up it would've been one more thing I didn't know about that was not complete. This place ripped me off for $375., the are scammers they originally said 7-10 days to get my title and plates. 3 weeks past nothing I started to call they would go as far as hanging up and NEVER RETURNED calls, went down to office the said this week i would get them mind you this is a month since I paid them in full $375. Another 30 days past with no response or totally rude and telling me things like "he is going today " but usually not answering my calls I sat on hold once for 1.5 hours no one came back. Day 65 i cancelled through my bank because I used my atm card to originally pay them chase cancelled payment and then the dmv4 me called and said my plates were in and I could pick them up, but I would have to pay cash since I canceled my payment. Day 68 went down there and picked up my plates and paid them $375 cash to get my plates and title , they communicated with my bank and informed my bank i picked up plates/title they failed to mention I had to and did pay cash to get them. Obviously I had no other option since they had all my paperwork.to give them $375 and I owed it since i cancelled first transaction through bank. Here's the scam they informed my bank I got the goods yes i did, they didn't tell my bank I had to pay cash and did pay cash. Instead they had my bank give them $375. After I paid cash. So in turn I owed the bank what I already paid dmv4me.$375 . Oh they will play dumb if the respond to this message or say they don't know what I am talking about, iam crazy or did something.
