This place is a scam. I called beforehand and specifically asked if they were the DMV. I was told yes. That was false. They charged my credit card, yet provided zero service. I paid money and received nothing in return. If I had been told upfront that this was a third-party business and not the DMV, I would never have agreed to the charge. Be careful before giving this company your payment information. Ask exactly who they are, what service they are providing, and what you are being charged for. read more

Very poor service, I want to say the worst with the staff and specially Thomas. I started my process in February and it's September and they still haven't been able to finish it. The original agreement was $360.00 (which was paid) then they kept charging my account (without notifying me) I got with them on August 31st and was told they would refund me from May up until August 31st that they didn't know why they kept charging my amount, they never refunded me anything and they kept charging my account, in september they charged it 4 more times I got with them again and finally got someone to email me back saying they would only refund me the 4 September charges and the August. I tried getting ahold of Thomas and could never get him on the phone. I tried uploading a picture of all my charges but wouldn't let me. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. read more

-5star Very disappointing experience. I paid $180, and it was not clearly explained to me before payment that this was a separate service/processing fee and would not be applied toward my actual Nevada DMV registration fees. Had that been made clear upfront, I would not have proceeded. When I contacted the company and requested a cancellation/refund, they refused. After I mentioned disputing the charge with my bank, I received an email warning that they would provide records to fight the dispute and suggesting that a dispute could create "additional issues and complications." My biggest issue is transparency. Customers should be clearly told exactly what the $180 covers, that it is separate from DMV fees, and what the refund/cancellation policy is before they pay. I recommend that anyone considering this service carefully read all terms, ask exactly what every fee covers, and understand the refund policy before making a payment. read more

Terrible experience. 1st of all they are not accredited with the better business bureau and in fact have 44 complaints in 3 years. They took my money and in return I received several different stories that were not true. When I tried to get my plates or refund I was told no. read more

This is a scam! They are not connected to the DMV and they charged my debit card for $105 to ask a question! Go directly to the DMV definitely not this place! read more

Highly deceptive! I paid them $150 to handle my business, but only after an additional $276 was charged by the DMV was I made aware that the $150 that they charged me had nothing to do with DMV fees related to registering my car. I'm really angry that I left their office thinking that I had provided them with everything that they had required and still got stuck for an additional $276. read more

This place is a rip off. They took my money and took their time on helping with my registration needs. I ended up having to go to the DMV and handle getting my registration on my own. read more

This is a scam. My nephew went in to change the title on a car he bought out of state and change the plates to Nevada plates. He told them the signature was a little off and they told him not to worry about it and they said they can handle it. After all, they just said it didn't work AND damaged the title in the process, refused to give him a refund, and kicked him out. Don't go here! read more

They took over $200 for me for a simple title for a car that I already owned. I have never received the title. They then tried to charge me $50 for I don't know what. I think it's time to go to the office in Henderson. read more

Be careful when you do business with this outfit. They have a 'zero refund' policy even if it is a legitimate reason . I had paid $150 in advance for transferring out of state registration to Nevada . DMV site was down due to cyber attacks . I had to find another 3rd party business that did the job on Saturday as DMV 4 Me is closed on weekends since we were leaving town . When i called to request a refund of $150 as they did not do the job , i was told they offer no refunds. They are not gonna win customers with that kind of policy for genuine reasons . Be wary ! read more

Scam Do not give them your credit card info info. Do not sign anything Taking them to court Im sorry I have to give them 1 star. I went to this company for a moving permit. It went smooth at first until not ever receiving my vehicle title back in the mail. I was originally told it was sent only to find it had never been. After research I was told the previous employee never sent and I had to pay $100 to get it out of there so called Wherehouse they stored their documents due to how long it had been. You guys dropped the ball by lying, but I'm the responsible one. When I went down to obtain, the same damn lady was the one who greeted me. I hate I never looked at the Yelp rating prior. Horrible service very very unprofessional. They will hold your money till it's to long to late to file a claim with your banks Mastercard. This company is a fraud they take advantage of disabled and elderly people. Ashley started this transaction process out and was supposed to get a title from California sent in. We waited months. Thomas a supervisor is the one who is very very wrong and discriminating. Refusing to help and refusing to get me to an owner. Another supervisor Deno is a little more helpful. Thomas needs to be fired and I will continue to pursue this issue with moth state DMV offices and the authorities. Stand up against companies bullying and taking advantage of the disabled and elderly people. That is the only reason we went to this company because we are to ill to wait in the DMV read more

Fraudulent business, they stated they tried to process my payment multiple times and kept demanding an additional 75$ fee each time for failed payment, and my bank confirmed the card was never even ran at the DMV. They also will not release my paperwork to me to go elsewhere read more

DO NOT GO THERE!! My pay schedule is every 2 weeks. Last time I got paid I paid the, to get my plates and register my truck, I'm about to get paid again and I STILL don't have my plates. My brother went to one of the little shacks that you see do smog at the gas stations, he received his plates and registration within 3 days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND skipping these peop.e and going to the smog shack. May cost a couple more dollars, but it's better than paying some people and still getting that annoying sticker on your drivers side windows cause your car isn't properly displaying plates and registration. read more

Every negative review is well earned. The state of Nevada should investigate these people! They literally charged my credit card for twice the amount for the service I purchased. That's FRAUD and it's against the law. DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE! They quoted me $50 and charged me $100. When I questioned the VERY NASTY woman on the phone she told me the price went up. Welp, they quoted me $50! The second $50 charge was made AFTER I left. SUPER SHADY! They also lied about a rejection of my paperwork. These people are filthy. Seriously, all the negative reviews have gotta be true. I had no idea their reviews were so awful until after I was foolish enough to contract their services. I inadvertently called this company a week prior to the registration expiring on my vehicle. I thought I was contacting DMV, as I was wanting to use a personalized plate from a car I no longer owned, but the personalized plate was still accessible to me. They were personable and were knowledgeable. The fee quoted was a bit more than the registration fee. I thought the additional amount was related to transferring the personalized plate to the new car. I paid the fee. I was verbally told it would be 4-6 weeks to get the plate. I received an e-mail with an attachment indicating that I needed to surrender the plate. I replied asking if I could take it back to the DMV near my house rather than the address given in the e-mail. I did not receive a response. Since I did not need to drive the car, I simply waited the month. I opened the attachment to the e-mail to get the paper to place in the car, as directed, so I could drive it. I, at that time, found out that I had not been dealing with the DMV, but rather DMV 4 Me. I called today. They had not done any processing of request because I had not surrendered the plate. I told them I had not gotten a response to my question. I asked if I could get a refund. Of course, the answer was no. The amount charged was their fees, they had not collected DMV fees. I was not comfortable surrendering my plates to an unknown company. I called Nevada DMV, DMV 4 Me is not an affiliate of Nevada DMV. The individual did say that she had heard many complaints regarding the services, though. At that time, I chose to take the loss. In addition to the loss of funds, my registration is expired. I have late fees, and tax penalties. In addition, I have to get moving permit, because I have to go in person to do the transaction. The moving permit will stop any further late fees and penalties, until I am able to get to the DMV. I am sure this company meets the needs of many people. I, however, was desiring to work with DMV directly. Use the service, if it meets your needs. Be aware of who you are speaking with; they sound like DMV when you call. Although the lack of waiting should be a clue that they are not the Nevada DMV. You may want to ask specifically if they are the OFFICIAL Nevada DMV. read more

Bunch of liars. I needed a duplicate title, over $400 later no title and it was in the state of Arizona and I had to do the whole thing myself. Cost me $4 with the Arizona DMV. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are scammers and frauds. I paid $150. for expedited shipping and now come to find out they charged me another $77.25 WITHOUT my authorization. I needed a copy of my title. They supposedly submitted the paperwork, and the DMV rejected it because there was a lien against it. They did not bother to notify me until I called to check status of my copy. I received an email copy of my Lien Release and forward to them immediately (10/7/2025). Today (10/23/2025) called to check status and was told I had resubmit my request and pay another $80.00! They DO NOT contact you, you need to call them for any updates. The bottom line is...DO NOT USE THEM. It is better to go directly to DMV. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I paid $200 for express shipping and was told my documents would arrive within 2-3 days. It has now been over three weeks with no clear update, and I've only been told that my paperwork is "at the DMV." I since called the DMV and was told they have not received any papers. Throughout this process, I've encountered unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from multiple staff members. When I asked to speak with a manager (Thomas), I was told I had no reason to do so and was refused access. Staff also refused to provide their names and have hung up on me when I've asked for assistance. This business is poorly run, lacks accountability, and has shown no regard for customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. read more

Fast friendly honest!expensive but fast service. If u need registration or plates u get them much faster than dmv!

This place is horrible, I HIGHLY do not recommend. I tried getting a new title and registration through this company, and all they did was tell me my documents did not get approved / won't get approved based on their own opinions. Not based off of what the DMV said. Meanwhile I applied for a new title online and got approved instantly, with the same documents I gave them. They were trying to charge me an extra $500 for a bonded title that I didn't even need, and tried telling me that the person who I bought the car from had his dealers license, which was A LIE!! Thank God I got my money back, still lost $200 through this company. Thomas is very unprofessional and very disrespectful as well. I'm not suprsied why that have security in the office, because all they do is SCAM people. I hope they get sued and the business goes out go business. HORRIBLE! Thanks for wasting my time. read more

This company and its team are not serious at all. It seems that taking people's money is more important to them than maintaining a good reputation. I went to them to complete my registration back in February. After months of calling for updates on the status, I was finally informed that the paperwork was incorrectly filled out. Since they are supposed to be the knowledgeable ones, they should have checked it before accepting my money. Since March, I have been waiting for a refund. They only provided me with a partial refund and said that the remaining amount would be processed in two separate transactions due to their credit card merchant. I have been ignored again after following up. When I called today, they gave me a transaction number, but they couldn't provide any details about the date or amount refunded. I spoke to my bank, and nothing from them has been reflected. It's very disappointing that during my call, Ashley laughed when I told her I would be updating my review, as if she doesn't care. read more

This place is fraudulent. DO NOT USE them. So far I authorized 154.50 for services and they have charged me $712.00 without my consent. They never disclosed that they would charge all these mystery fees. Their BBB ranking is an F. There are tons of horrible reviews. Shame on me for not checking. They ghosted my calls when I asked them to explain the charges. Why would it cost me $700 for a duplicate title from another state? I do not have a title and am doing it on my own. When I looked it up it says cost is $27. I've been told management would call back but they have not. Do not I repeat do not use this place. read more

SO UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I went to DMV 4 Me on September 20, 2024, to complete my car registration. I paid a $175 service fee, and they told me they would update me when my license plates arrived, which would take about four weeks. I agreed and waited. After four weeks, I called for an update, but there was no news about my plates. Another four weeks went by without any calls, emails, or texts from them, so I called again on November 25, 2024. A man answered and told me they couldn't find my information. He asked if I could call back in two hours--though, they were already closed for the day. The next day, I called again and spoke with a woman, but she also couldn't find my information. I told her I still had my client service contract, and she asked me to email it to her. She said she would get back to me in a few hours, but I never heard back from her. Frustrated, I called again at 4:14 PM and spoke to the same man from the day before. He told me my license plates would be arriving the next day, and when I asked if he had found my information, he said, "Yes, I'm looking at it right now." At this point, I was already two months into waiting for my plates, and every time I called, they told me they would be coming "tomorrow" or "next week." When I tried to ask more questions about my plates, the man hung up on me. I called back four more times, and each time, he hung up in my face. I've never experienced service this bad before. It's unbelievable how unprofessional and unhelpful they've been throughout this entire process, I still don't have my license plates. read more

DMV 4 ME - Registration Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company. I had called to get help getting a title for my car, they told me I could pay $300 to get it expedited in 48 HOURS of when they received the signed paperwork from me. I send the paperwork 1 hour later and it was over a week and a half (after I had called 2 x and had a conversation with a rude employee who was not the original one I had talked to), explaining that I was told it would be 48 hours (after the weekend so it was already 4 days). It has not been over a week and a half and they called to tell me it was needing to be filed in CA, which they should have known if it was ACTUALLY FILED IN 48 HOURS. I feel like they charged my card automatically and did nothing with my paperwork for over a week. They then told me I needed to pay another $100, but no guarantee on when I would get the copy of my title (but had made a guarantee on the first day or I would NOT have payed $300 for expedited services). I then asked for a refund for services and they said they wouldn't do refund even though I now have no title and they cannot or wont tell me when I will get it. I then called the place where I got the car and was told I can get a title copy from the bank. So I called 10 minutes later to cancel the services.. They will not give me a refund for any of the $400. When they had done nothing to warrant charging $400. All in all, communication from employees is severally lacking. The communication to me WAS AWFUL. And obviously expedited services don't mean anything to them even when they are paid for in advance. I cannot and would not recommend using this company. read more
