The service was prompt and professional. I was in and out quickly and the manager was courteous and helpful. The price is fair, and I did not feel ripped off. I found exactly what I was looking for to get my vehicle registered. I was a customer here twice. Five stars! read more

This place was a lifesaver! They went above and beyond and even past that to help me with a complicated DMV service. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer as well and that's rare . I HIGHLY recommend going here instead of the DMV. read more

Completely unprofessional. Rude, non communicative and dry. I came prior to get a smog not knowing if your check engine light is on it'll automatically fail. He saw it and proceeded to test anyways. Lesson learned on my end but it's just a grubby way to do business. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless you're desperate and it's the closest location. They don't even have a kiosk for you to buy your tags so there's more convenient places. Spend your money somewhere people respect your business. read more

They are closed, out of business. Why is this listed? I went to get a smog and the place is closed. They shouldn't be listed if they are closed. read more

Garbage service. They can't register your car. They don't tell you this until after they charge you for your test. Don't go here.

I had my smog done here today. I was out of there in 5 minutes. The guy doing the smog was friendly and polite. Really painless experience. I also notice they offer other services like DMV services, registration renewals and even public notary. Pretty useful. read more

Don't bother going here. Their smog machine doesn't work. Not sure why they are even open.

Omar was fast and swift, gave me all the info I needed to register my car. Great job!! read more

Quick & easy. The guy was very friendly and quick. This is now my favorite smog check place. There was no line and he made the annoying task of getting my car smogged once a year, a little less annoying. Thanks! Price is $19.99 or $21.00, if using a card. read more

Just had a Retest here for my Smog Check. Very happy with the Service here! Dionicio was awesome! He was very professional and efficient! Did not go back to the original location I failed at, because I felt like I had poor service there. Even though I'm supposed to pay less for a Retest. It's better to come here and get great, fast, professional service...where they care and will answer your questions. The other place just wanted me to pay, then told me I failed and to read the papers he handed me?!? Leaving me with questions and worries! Renewed my registration here too. It was so fast and easy. Even though this was an extra distance away for me...it was very much worth it! read more

One of the best transaction I've ever had when dealing with vehicle registrations. Brandi was professional kind and she acknowledged my military service. Absolutely a great experience, thank you Brandi for making the process easy and fast. read more

Was unfortunately overdue with my registration and frantic, looking for somewhere to get my car smogged as well as registration renewed all in one stop. After doing some research, I came across this place - had decent reviews, and wasn't too far. I made sure to call them in the morning and ensure they can do both things I needed. I made my way out there, and everything was done in no more than 5 minutes! They gave me a call later within the day to pick up my stickers and registration documents. Amazing in my eyes and will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend! read more

Hey these guys are good. On my lunch break i pulled up around 1230. It took them less than 2 minutes to smog my truck. 20 bucks. I needed my registration renewed and they did that to. Another 20 bucks (saves me the hassle of taking a day of going to the dmv and more. Worth the 20). After work at 5 pm i went back the same day and they had my Registration Sticker from the DMV. I didnt have to wait for it in the mail. The employee was awesome, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. read more

Smog Plus was just amazing. Dionicio took care of my smog in no time and he had my registration taken care of online, I did not have to do much it made it so convenient and easy for me to get my car smogged. I had taken my car there a few days before and it did not pass smog but I got fixed what needed to be fixed by my trustworthy mechanic Tony and when I came back Dionicio took care of the rest. Car passed smog, he took care of my registration so I did not have to wait in that long line at the DMV. I highly recommend having your smog check done at Smog Plus and if you get Dionicio as your representative you will be very happy with his customer service. read more

Paid Smog Plus to register my vehicle 04/29/2020 and they never did. I ended up having to pay another DMV service to register my vehicle. Smog Plus still hasn't reimbursed me. I'm a disabled veteran with a 100% disability rating. I'm probably going to have to take them to court to get my money back. Sarah at DMV Time Savers registered my vehicle and I got my plates in three days. read more

Great service, awesome people, willing to go back again for my Dmv Services. Christian and Rebecca are the best.

Coming from California with a 5 year old car, all they had to do was hook it up to the OBD sensor and it passed, given that CA smog equipment is already better than they require by far in Nevada as long as it's functioning/has no error codes. $20 is quite inexpensive as well. The DMV makes it sound horrendous, but CA cars are a snap - no codes for the last two weeks and not blowing clouds of smoke? Easy to bring over. Also, they do offer quick registration services as well, but the trick is to just go to Henderson in the early morning if you have a few days before your tags expire - you'll be in and out in no time at all if it's just registration. I highly recommend it since the default plates in Nevada now are like Texas - nasty stickers on metal/not stamped. It's worth going to the DMV office and getting stamped/commemorative plates instead. If you have to register it today/procrastinate like most everyone does, they can do that for you. read more

Omar is the best!! I come every year and always fast and friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Who wants to go to LV DMV?? NO ONE!!!!! If you are in the area of this smog stop service, swing into this one!! Just as the other reviews for this Smog Check place it was awesome. Omar the service tech took care of my smog and expired registration in 15 mins. Exceptional customer service with a smile. Now I have my entire day to spend on me and not stuck in the DMV. Keep up the great job guys. read more

Great customer service! Came in to get my plates they told me they would call me once they arrived shortly after they called I went to pick them up. I was most definitely surprised with the fast service and so thankful I didn't have to wait in those long DMV lines! Thank you john for all your help! read more

Drive-thru style smog station conveniently located close to the DMV. I had a bit of trouble finding it via google maps- it's behind the 7-11 across the street from Smith's. Super quick service, I was done in about 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend. read more

This drive thru style smog check was quick, easy, and convenient! The smog check attendant was back at the time he said he would be back from his break, and was very friendly. He got the smog check done very quickly and efficiently. I would return back here for my smog check any day! read more

My registration was a day from expiring, I couldn't make an appointment to the DMV for the day of. Thankfully as I was driving home I happened to pass by Smog Plus, I was helped by Omar who made the whole process fast and easy! I'll continue to go back every year from now on! I recommend anybody that waits until last minute (like me) to go here! I was in and out within 15 min thanks to Omar! read more

I go every year And omar is always amazing! Gets me in and out fast. Go here, you will not regret it!

I went there to get a smog the guy running the shop had no customer service skills, saw that the machine could not read my smog because the battery had recently been disconnected but he charged me 21.00 and gave me a paper that can not be read because the printer he used is out of ink. He wants me to drive my car 70 miles and bring it back for him to charge for another smog... I rather give my money to somebody else read more

I bought a used car and needed to go to the DMV. I didn't have time to wait all day at the DMV so went here to have them do it. Needed plates, title transfer and registered to me. The fee they charge was a little pricey but worth it. I have two young children and the DMV is no place to bring kids and wait all day. They said my plates would be back by the end of the day and they were not due to having another issue come up with another customer at the DMV they were also assisting. I was able to pick them up the next morning at the time they said they would have them. They were very professional apologetic about not having my plates done same day. I would definitely recommend this place for DMV services.. When I went to pick up my plates there was other people picking up plates too and someone getting a smog, even though the guy was very busy he was quick and efficient and friendly read more

I just moved here from Maine and the last thing I wanted to do was to navigate the DMV offices all day to register a car from out of state! I came across Smog Plus and decided to give it a go. Man! Glad I did! They did my smog test and got my car registered for me in the same day! I went to the one the on N Jones which was manned by a a very helpful, polite and respectful young man by the name of Dionicio. He is very knowledgable about the process and full of helpful hints about how to get things done. I would give him more than 5 stars if they were available! Thanks Dionicio! And the wait time for my smog test was very minimal! read more

I needed to get a smog done for my car cause it was coming up due in less then 2 weeks! I hate waiting till the last minute to get these kind of things done! I was passing by this location and saw that they do smog tests and also Dmv services as well. I don't know about you but I would rather not sit all day at Dmv waiting to register my car so when I saw they could do it for me I was so excited! I decided that I wanted to get personalized plates this time and they were able to all of that for me. John was so helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs a smog or just needs to register your vehicle and would rather not sit all day at Dmv. They charge a small fee to do the leg work for you but it's totally worth it. read more
