I went based on an issue with my instrument panel which was a known issue. I was given the run down by Hector the Service Agent who thoroughly went over everything with me. They provided me with a courtesy rideshare back home & was in contact with me throughout the service. We purchased a used jeep at this dealership back in May 2026 and we took it in for what we thought it was warranty work but it turned out that none of it was. We had a window that didn't move well and the emissions system needed to be replaced. The window wasn't under warranty because the parts were after market and this is something no one would ever have been able to see so it wasn't covered. The emissions should have been but I think that we were sold a lousy warranty. On top of it all, they called us to tell us that the car was ready at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, they close at six. The only good thing is that they covered a rental car for us but when I arrive to pick up the vehicle we were told that we could've waited an extra day instead of hurrying but this was not mentioned on the phone message. On top of it they did not wash our vehicle. I won't ever buy a used car from them again but I may purchase a brand new vehicle because the sales experience was decent. read more

Installed my stabilizer incorrectly and left it rubbing into other parts of the car and damaged the chastity and power steering. I pulled in to drop my car off but I wasn't sure about which lane to pull in to. I asked an attendant and he told to hangout where I was parked. I did what I was told and didn't see that guy again. Fast forward a few mins later two white Jeeps pulled in front of me and a white guy got out of each Jeep and IMMEDIATELY got assistance while I was still in the back (a black man) unhelped. After noticing that those two guys got immediate assistance, I walked up to on of the service offices and explained the situation, it was then he gave a half assed apology and said to pull up and someone would be with me shortly. I was a bit ticked off that these guys not only skipped me but were immediately met with amazing service by multiple people and I was left ignored. This was not a great first experience with your service team! Eventually, the guy from earlier showed up and assisted me. He was extremely nice after noticing I was not happy. He apologized about the wait and got me going. He got my recall fixed, called to let me know and he helped me when I returned to pick up my car. The only reason that Im rating this a 4 start instead of 2 is because that guy redeemed himself, noticed an unhappy customer and did everything he could to turn that experience around. read more

Wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa Kerman at service. My girlfriend needed to get an aftermarket bumper on her truck (2023 Gladiator) installed; she managed to take off the original but couldn't put the new one on since it was too heavy for her to do herself; I brought it to my personal mechanic He did the work and changed out fluids per my request however he mentioned that the oil housing/cooler was leaking. He was going to replace it for a small fee but her truck still had a balance of 11k miles left on powetrain. We brought it here; in case they didn't find anything wrong the diagnostic was going to cost around $300; sure enough Melissa and her team found -axel leak -valve cover leak -oil cooler leak I was FLOORED; my girlfriend heavily relies on her truck for work; if she never gave it to me to get it fixed, she would have been without warranty and still needing the repair! Melissa is nothing short of an Angel and we need more people like her in the car buying industry in general; I worked for CarMax so I am familiar with business practices. I decided to throw in an alignment and wheel balance and rotate just to add services to the bill even though she made sure to get me an uber and a rental when the repair was holding out on the valve gasket. When my girlfriend got the truck back she said that she drives even better than when she first got it! Recommendation; get a MOPAR (Granger/Ziegler ) certified warranty on your Jeep Chrysler vehicle; it's got a reputation for repairs; also bring your vehicle to Chapman Jeep and say hey to Melissa. Her team will tell you exactly what needs to be done to get it back to showroom condition ready to take you wherever you find adventure! read more

It has been several years since I had taken my jeep to the dealership, choosing instead to go to another shop that was just more convenient and closer to my house. What a difference this made! First of all, I pulled right into the service station. They got me an immediately printed me out a quote based on what my check engine light was showing within minutes. I worked with Melissa, she was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and outgoing and super fast. She even set up an Uber ride for free to get me home. Communication was on point, I knew exactly what work needed to be done and could approve it online, and the work list done exactly when she said it would be. This would have been my third vehicle purchase from your dealership, and I was promised that I would receive a good deal because I have been such a loyal customer. I will never step foot in Chapman Jeep dealership/ service area again. Made an appointment Monday to get a recall fixed for Friday. Then Wednesday came and a sales person called to offer to trade in my Jeep before all the "costly repairs start coming up." Ironically I go in for the oil change and recall, also the Aux battery wasn't working right and they needed to keep it over the weekend for "more tests" so they offer me a "Lyft" home, while another customer before me was offered a rental car for the weekend. Then by Monday afternoon they don't call me, so I call them, and they hit me with nearly 3000$ of "critical" repair suggestions. Needless to say. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT lease a car here... but first The definition of "customer service" from the Oxford dictionary: The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. Three years ago I leased a vehicle here. At the end of my lease I called and talked to Hobbs in the finance dept. Once we had gone over and exhausted all buy out options over the phone I then made my intentions known that I would be turning in the car since my obligation had been fulfilled. At that point Hobbs did not return a single call from his cell where I left messages and no one else from there called me back when I left messages. Roughly 5 1/2 hours later I got a text saying they "could not" take my car in unless I traded it in or buy it out...aka: We are not helping you unless you buy something. So long story short, things went south from there and all forms of customer service disappeared completely (see definition above). I also gave them 1 full week to reach out before submitting this review to see if maybe Hobbs or anyone there would follow up and see if I was able to get my car turned in somewhere..but nothing at all so there you have it. read more

Service was very good. Good communication between customer and service department. I was a little disappointed with the cost though. I have a warranty with a $100 deductible. I thought my repair was a serious problem with my radiator. After having my truck for 2 days I was told it was just the radiator cap. A $5 part and they still charged me $100. They knew it what it was right away because I was alerted to it by the place who changed my oil. read more
