    T-O-Y-O-T-A!! What's more F-U-N! Our T-O-Y!! Yay!! It's not time to get a new ride, it's time to service the old ride. The key to keeping the vehicle happy is proper maintenance and care. Make sure and keep it in proper working order. Especially with the car care program that Toyota offers. When you show up, make sure and have an appointment. These days we always, always, always need an appointment . Or you will wait and wait some more. You pull up to the service bay and the employee will check you in and give you an estimate when the service is complete. All the employees here are truly amazing and seemed dedicated to helping us the customer. What brilliant jobs they perform ! Now that they have the Toyota Rav, we play the waiting game. The lobby is filled with coffee and hot chocolate if you want, help yourself. It's a self contained service machine. It's decent too for a machine. They have places to sit and sip your beverage either in front of a screen or a table. You could walk around outside and see what's happening with a new car or truck. As you walk around there is individuals that will come out of nowhere and they are trying to make sure you are happy and perhaps want to take something new home. While out and about on the property we had to shatter the sales team pitch, but were enlightened and parted with a happy "no!" If you need tacos, they are out front too on a food truck. The tacos look fun, but the vehicle is all done so it's time to go . Thank you to the team here for making us feel special. The service and maintenance team is amazing too. Thank you to all!

    First off, we reached out to a few places before moving to Las Vegas and selected Matt for our services among all because of his consistency in communicating with our long distance needs and concerns. We felt like family even from afar! We expressed shortly before landing that we had a concern with lugging our family and luggage from airport because we needed lots of space and seatbelts. Matt went OUT OF HIS WAY to not only get us but at 5am in the morning and that wasn't just good service, it was heart warming and truly made me feel like I want to give back in some way.....and plan to. We were able to settle in and hopped in with some family to the dealership and he listened to our needs, didn't just think of a big old sale and understood we wanted to start off with a budget and ended up with a deal we didn't even expect and for that, Matt is now our designated salesperson and will be recommended from us indefinitely.     My 2021 Tundra

    Got a 21 Tundra little over a week ago. The roll-up bed cover didn't work. Sales asked me to have service look at. Service said the whole cover needed to be replaced. Sales told service to order replacement and install at no cost to me. Got a new back-flip installed few days ago. This dealership really knows how to take care of previous customers. I won't go anyplace else

    7/32+ tire tread,

    I came in today for my six month maintenance, now I don't know if this is because I'm a women by herself or if this is something they do to all customers however-- not even 15 minutes after they took my car back two workers come up to me with the paper saying i need all four tires replaced, and quotes from 1,200 - 1,700 for all new tires. I'm told my tread is completely gone, it's not safe for me to drive, i cannot wait until my 20,000 mile maintenance (car is at 17,000 now) I'm thinking wow! I just got this car, and i literally only drive it to work everyday how in the world is it this bad and i JUST checked my tread with a penny not even two months ago. I tell them no thank you i don't trust it and I'll get tires somewhere else -- then as I'm leaving i decide let me grab my penny and just check see if i need to go to a tire shop right now, the worker outside who was nice even asks "you're checking your own tread?" I straight up said yeah i don't trust yall lol. Penny test comes out looking good, i then decide you know what ill go to the tire shop that helped me with all my old cars they're great wouldn't finesse me. Get there, they check my tread and immediately tell me whoever told me i need new tires is scamming me because i have 7 in the front and 8 in the back. I get home and check through my paperwork and it literally says on here i have 7/32+ tire tread. Cars COME with 10/32 or 12/32 -- aka my tread is fine! Thankfully i didn't just say okay and buy the new tires like i would have if i trusted them! So yeah, always shop around, don't assume they have good intentions -- and if you're a girl maybe have someone come with you because this happens everytime i go alone. I work hard for my car, i want to do everything to take care of it and make it last; but not replace tires with 7/32 tread lol.

    I had an amazing experience out at Findlay Toyota. The salesman who worked with me was Jorge ("The Hat") and I also had the pleasure of working with Kris, who was an exceptional customer experience specialist!!! Jorge showed me several vehicles and was patient with me as I weighed the different options. As we discussed my target monthly payment, Jorge helped me identify additional options, which was super helpful. After I narrowed down my options to two different vehicles, Jorge introduced me to Kris, who spent several hours with me discussing the financial aspects. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle at a price tag above my comfort levels, and I also felt Kris (and his finance manager) were very reasonable in both the vehicle purchase price as well as the value of my trade-in. If you've ever been in a dealership where it's heavily sales-driven and nearly suffocating, the alternate sales approach taken by the team at Findlay Toyota definitely offers a far superior experience!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to change up their current vehicle or add to their inventory. And I especially recommend working with Jorge and Kris!!! Thanks to them, I have a beautiful 2024 Toyota Camry that suits my personal driving needs AND meets my budget comfortably.

    No! Gone for good. They are being water conservationist (which is good for the valley) and as of 03/2023 they stopped the courtesy washes for good.

Whatever system you guys have going on, it's definitely working! It's so refreshing not having anxiety whenever I have to contact you guys. It's such an opposite experience for me in comparison to ABC Hyundai on Rainbow with my previous vehicle purchase. It's like night and day! So much so that I would 9/10 prefer getting my car serviced at other dealerships because I just couldn't trust them to be honest with me or transparent. While I was contemplating on going to Discount Tire or even Costco to get all 4 of my tires replaced and installed, when speaking with Ariane, she reassured me that they price match, mentioned their current Spring Deal promotion of $200 off if I were to purchase a set of 4 tires. As well as just trying to work with me at getting the best value and bang for our buck! I was almost convinced of going elsewhere and settling for non run-flat tires because I wasn't too educated on why I even needed these types of tires, but she assured me that it's helpful because my car didn't come with spares. Which I do feel is extremely important considering I was able to drive to my job with a deflated tire a couple of miles perfectly safe. After hours of contemplation and taking into consideration the numbers she had worked for me, I felt that the overall value in assuring my vehicle would for certain be taken care of was worth getting serviced here! He treated me with so much patience and kindness throughout the entire process. At no point did it feel like a typical sales interaction, it genuinely felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He listened to what I was looking for, never rushed me, and was incredibly accommodating and personable the entire time. What really stood out was the level of service during the purchase. Eldred personally delivered the vehicle to my home with a bow on it, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. If you're looking to purchase a luxury vehicle, I highly recommend going through Mercedes of Henderson and specifically working with Eldred.     Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!

They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent -- I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician's arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Overall, I highly recommend Miguel's Mobile Mechanic to anyone looking for honest, low-cost, and reliable service for their vehicle. Exceptional experience from start to finish!
