The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. Romeo in the service department has absolutely zero customer service skills. We purchased an extended warranty on a used Toyota vehicle, and the second he found out that our vehicle was not purchased from this location, he wrote us off. He explained he would have to charge us outrageous costs on diagnostic tests. I purchased my car from this dealership in June 2024, and I've been dealing with unresolved issues ever since. At the time of purchase, there was a scratch on the rear driver-side window caused by tinting that I never requested. A team member acknowledged the damage and assured me it would be taken care of, but no one ever followed up. I was also told there was a key shortage and that I would receive my second key fob within a month. I understood the situation at the time, as I was part of the first batch of customers purchasing the redesigned 2025 Camry. However, it has now been nearly two years since I purchased my vehicle, and I still have not received my second key fob despite multiple follow-ups. At this point, newer Camrys are being delivered with two key fobs, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I never received my purchase paperwork due to a cyberattack that occurred around the time of my purchase. When I followed up, I was sent a broken link. After that, I emailed multiple employees including Gay Otey and departments on several occasions and never received a response. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My experience at Findlay Toyota Henderson on July 29th, 2025, was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed 9:00-9:30 AM appointment to view a specific 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE (VIN: 5TDACAB5SS060138), which I had confirmed was available and physically at the dealership via text message (screenshots attached). What followed was a complete waste of 30 minutes and a shocking display of disorganization and poor customer service. Upon arrival, the front desk seemed utterly confused about my appointment, despite my clear communication of the time and vehicle. I was then redirected to Linda Dang, who was supposedly in charge of dispatching vehicles for customers to view. My interaction with Linda immediately set a negative tone. Before even acknowledging what vehicle I was there to see, she asked what vehicle I wanted to trade in. When I reiterated that I was there to see the specific Grand Highlander Hybrid I had requested via message, she dismissively stated, "everyone that goes through Linda purchases a vehicle." This comment was incredibly rude, pushy, and unprofessional. It was clear Linda had no idea what vehicle I was interested in, as I had to repeat the VIN multiple times. The VIN I provided was for a black Grand Highlander with captain's row seating, which the messages confirmed was at the dealership. Linda then instructed my friend and me to go outside, claiming the vehicle was in the lot. We followed a worker out to the parking lot, only to be led to a vehicle that did not match my description at all. It was metallic red, non-hybrid, and lacked captain's row seating. The worker then casually mentioned this vehicle was just for driving to the actual location of the car I wanted to see. By this point, it was already 9:20 AM, and I mentioned to the worker that I needed to be heading out soon. His response was a dismissive "whatever" tone, as if my time wasn't important. He then sped across the dealership to a "staging area." While there were other vehicles present, none of the vehicles I had specifically requested and confirmed were in their dealership inventory via text message were to be found. After looking around for the vehicle, he finally admitted that the vehicle I was interested in was not, in fact, at the dealership. He then sped back and dropped us off at the front. I immediately went back to Linda Dang to inform her that none of the requested vehicles were available and that I was leaving, as my 30 minutes had been completely wasted. Her response was astonishingly unapologetic. She blamed "Ashley," the AI platform they use for texting customers, for the misinformation. This entire experience was a testament to Findlay Toyota Henderson's complete lack of organization, disregard for customer time, and abysmal customer service. From the initial confusion at the front desk to Linda Dang's pushy and uninformed approach, and the worker's unprofessionalism and ultimate failure to locate the confirmed vehicle, every step was a disappointment. Blaming an "AI platform" instead of taking responsibility for their own internal communication and inaccurate inventory database is simply unacceptable. When we arrived, she greeted us, then immediately handed us off to another salesperson, claiming they were up to date on everything. 6/15/2026 Burned again by the Findlay Auto Group. A year ago, Findlay Honda tried to sell me a used Civic with a bad catalytic converter, a repair that would have cost me over $1,000. Now, Findlay Toyota Las Vegas has wasted 5 gallons of gas, 5 hours of my time, and insulted my intelligence with misleading promises and dishonest conduct. I own a loaded 2024 Camry LE with only 18,000 miles on it. I was looking to trade into a RAV4 LE Hybrid. Online, they gave me a lowball offer of around $23,500. Once I arrived at the dealership, that offer suddenly dropped to $22,000. Iman Shahbazy took the key but did not even bother to properly inspect the car. Instead, he encouraged me to sell it online. This is the message used to get me into the dealership: "The only reason I wanted to reach out is that pre-owned 2024 Camrys like yours are at an absolute peak value right now because of low inventory. If you still have a few minutes this Saturday at 11:00 AM, I'd love to quickly look at your car and give you an official, top-dollar appraisal certificate." That was not my experience. I was not given anything close to "top-dollar." I was given the runaround. I dislike dishonesty, and I strongly object to being lured into a dealership under one impression only to be treated differently once I arrive. Findlay Toyota advertises itself as the "#1 Selling Toyota Dealership in Nevada" with the "Largest Inventory of New and Pre-Owned Vehicles." John Barr says, "I will do anything to sell you a car." Based on my experience, that statement feels like just another empty sales line. I dealt with Iman Shahbazy and Mahan Salavati, and I left deeply disappointed and frankly disturbed by the way I was treated. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and pushed aside. I also felt there was a troubling difference in how they interacted with younger nonwhite customers compared to how they dealt with me as a senior customer. Whether they intended it or not, it felt like racism and senior bigotry, and that is unacceptable. It became very clear to me that once I refused to spend $38,000 on a 2026 RAV4 LE Hybrid -- a vehicle that started out at around $33,000 -- they had little interest in treating me with honesty, patience, or respect. A couple of years ago, new RAV4 XLE Hybrids were selling for around $35,000. Now I was expected to accept inflated pricing, a reduced trade-in value, and poor treatment on top of it. This was not professional salesmanship. This was bait, pressure, disrespect, and dishonesty. Findlay Auto Group has lost my confidence. I will not ignore this experience, and I will not remain silent about dealerships that use misleading statements to get customers through the door and then treat them as disposable once they refuse to overpay. I went here to purchase a vehicle and had such an awful experience. We had negotiated a price and when the vehicle came in they tried to get us to pay $2,000 more than we had agreed on. After about an hour of trying to negotiate I got my husband on the phone and all of a sudden they were willing to lower the price to what we had talked about, but of course not without telling us that they would be "losing money" on this deal. once I went to the finance office it was all going well until I mentioned that we would be registering the car in a different state because we were currently living in 2 different states. At that point the guy in the finance office got very hostile and low key aggressive with me. I left the office physically shaking and still get emotional when I think about how I was treated in that office. Beyond disappointed with the service department. Findlay Toyota used to be a place I could trust, where I thought they are looking out for the little guy. They have gotten too big for the little people and are not your friendly neighborhood dealership anymore. They have turned into the big corporate juggernauts that only care about getting every dime they can out of you. I have bought and serviced 7 cars at Findlay Toyota and I will never go back again. This is not my first major issue with Findlay Toyota but it will absolutely be the last. I brought my car in because it broke down on the highway driving home from Colorado with 3 kids. The car's alerts said "Hybrid Malfunction / Visit Dealership" and sent my car into limp mode (can't drive over 40mph) in the middle of the Utah desert with no cell service. Limped to an outlook for service, had it towed to the nearest town and finally got it all the way home to Findlay Toyota's Service department. My daughter brought the car in, explained to Jamie what happened and left. Hours later I received an email saying the fuel pump, o-ring, and fuel suction needed to be replaced for $900, and I was being charged $200 just to run the diagnostic. I requested a call because I didn't understand why this was being suggested to be replaced. Jamie called and said that was what their computer suggested to replace. I asked him what it has to do with the Hybrid battery and he said it doesn't. I tried explaining to him again the issues that we had and he said this was what was suggested and that's all he gets. I asked if this is going to fix the problem so that I won't break down in the middle of a desert again because of the "Hybrid Malfunctioning" and he said he doesn't know. I was very disappointed and frustrated so I told him to pull the car around and I would pick it up, said good bye and hung up. On my drive to the dealership I received a phone call from the head of customer service saying that Jamie told her that I was yelling, rude, and hung up on him. I explained the whole situation to her, very calm and rationally, and explained to her that I didn't even raise my voice to him so I don't know where that came from. She agreed that I seemed calm to her and offered a discount on the diagnostic. She also asked what I intended on doing and I told her I was taking it to a mechanic for a second opinion. Took my car to a mechanic around the corner from Findlay. This guy looked through the Toyota Highlander Hybrid lists of warranties, recalls, and service bulletins until he found one that explained my breakdown to the T! A Toyota Service Bulletin was issued for my car after I bought it but because it is just a Bulletin and not a recall Toyota is not required to make you aware of it. My issue was just that the Hybrid computer was not updated with the latest software and the car "hallucinated" a problem that was not there. It only needed to be reprogrammed! Which only a dealership shop can do. So back to Toyota I went. I called the CSR manager and explained what MY mechanic found out about TOYOTA's car. She rolled out the red carpet for my daughter to drop off the car AGAIN and it only took an hour for the Hybrid computer to be updated. She called me back and said she was cancelling the discount and calling what I already paid for as a wash for reprogramming my system because it was past the 90,000 miles. Wow! How nice right? But the guy who actually did the work? Who found the service bulletin? MY Mechanic? Didn't charge me a dime. Only asked for a good review on FB and/or Yelp. Nope, not okay Toyota. Not only did Toyota Service not find the issue, they believed a computer over the customer about what was wrong with it in the first place. They didn't dig into the actual issue at all and wanted me to pay $900 for something that didn't even need to get replaced. They were going to send me back onto the highway for this "anomaly" to happen to me again. What about the people who bring their cars to Findlay and blindly agree with the service guy that racks up $1000s of unnecessary "fixes" that nobody has in their back pockets? What about the people who don't think to get a second opinion because "that's what the service guy at Toyota told me it was"? I had every service done at Toyota on this car to this point. I have had a few issues but never voiced them because I shrugged them off as minor issues even though some were more major than others. This one put me over the edge. Why did they never suggest reprogramming the computer before I hit 90,000 miles? Why didn't they do their due diligence and check all of THEIR OWN SERVICE BULLETINS? They acted like they were being so nice to me by calling my $200 payment a wash for both services when they really should have been apologizing for MIS-Diagnosing my car and acting like I was the problem. Awful experience here! I was judged and belittled by a sales representative who made an assumption that I could not afford a vehicle. This same sales rep ran a hard inquiry on my account and tried to force a sale on me. The most offensive part is the sale rep repetitively telling me I can't afford my taste in cars and constantly emphasizing that I couldn't afford the vehicle I wanted. Fun fact, if you have issues with disrespectful sales reps you can reach out directly to Toyota and report this dealership. They lose points based on how they are doing rating wise. I will be contact Toyota about this incident especially since I told customer service about my experience and they assured me a manager would reach out to me, but again to my surprise, NO ONE has reached out. For my Prius this service center is the only place I take my car for service! Jesse G. Service consultant was amazing. He was able to make sure I could get back to work while my car was being serviced. He advised that it would take the entire day and I was able to get back and pick up my car and it was in great shape. He was in constant contact with me to let me know all the things and even offered a discount they had available online. Overall everything was very reasonable. read more

Their aggressive sales tactics are gross. As soon as you step onto their lots, sales vultures are ready to pounce on you. Sales manager asked me if I wanted to flip a coin to potentially get a bigger discount (or lose the one I've already negotiated). They have a big scoreboard in the lobby showing sales figures.
