They communicated professionally, listened to my concern, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how much they genuinely cared about their customers. Overall, I'd give their service a 10/10 and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tint services. We chose Polar Tint based on strong recommendations and initially had a positive impression, as the…read morestaff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived for our 10:00 AM appointment on May 15. We planned to have all windows tinted, including the windshield. The team walked us through tint options, pricing, and payment details, which we appreciated. However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

I know I should have made an appointment, but I wanted them to take a look at my window first, so I stopped by as a walk in. Manager Mike was very accommodating and took care of me even without an appointment. He helped me get my rear window looking great again! What I really appreciate about Mike is that he never tried to push me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he gave me honest advice about what would work best for me. I've been to other shops where I felt pressured to choose a more expensive option, so I really appreciated that. The shop is also super clean, comfortable, and professional. I'm really happy with my tint and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Precision Window Tint to my family and friends!

We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed.

During the quoting process, Dave was very responsive, explained all the options clearly, and answered every question I had without making me feel pressured or upsold. After reaching out to several other tint shops in town, I decided to go with DC Auto and chose the Autobahn i3 for the front windows and windshield. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. I believe Christana was the receptionist who helped me, and Brian handled the installation. Both were friendly and professional, and the tint came out perfect! The waiting area was also comfortable, with Wi-Fi, snacks, and coffee available. The tint made a noticeable difference in reducing the heat and added some privacy, which is especially helpful in Vegas. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the customer service stood out. My most recent visit made me appreciate them even more. My windshield had to be replaced, so I contacted them about redoing the tint. They let me know it was covered under the warranty from my original installation and honored it with no hassle or unnecessary questions. Even better, I was greeted by the same receptionist and installer from my first visit. They completed the work quickly, and I was in and out. A big shoutout to Christana and Brian for being so great both times. For anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and welcoming local business for window tinting, DC Auto is the place to go!!

It wasn't frequent, but enough for me to decide it was time to find a better option. I reached out to three highly rated businesses, and this shop stood out immediately. Chris responded quickly, was straightforward with pricing, and provided quotes via text/Yelp with no hidden costs. He made himself available for any questions and gave me multiple options to choose from. When I arrived, he took the time to go over everything again and provided a quote for my wife's vehicle as well. At that point, it was just a matter of deciding which service I wanted. I ended up going with ceramic tint since that's what I'm used to. He quoted about 2.5-3 hours, which was completely reasonable. I arrived a bit early due to scheduling with my wife picking up the kids. While I waited outside, Chris came out, offered me a chair, and welcomed me inside even though they don't really have a formal waiting area. That level of consideration didn't go unnoticed. I chose not to stay inside long because I didn't want anyone to feel rushed, which can sometimes happen when customers are waiting closely. Once the truck was finished, I was extremely impressed. The tint came out flawless. Chris also gave honest advice about the windshield--I initially wanted 5%, but he recommended around 70% to maintain visibility while still getting heat rejection. I followed his recommendation, and it was absolutely the right call. The quality difference compared to my previous shop is very noticeable. I've inspected the tint closely and haven't found a single bubble. On top of that, he offers a lifetime warranty, which gives me even more confidence in their work. I also appreciated the honesty in pricing. I had other shops either not respond or quote significantly higher without justification. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and while I'm not cheap, I expect value--and that's exactly what I got here. Chris and his team were professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results. I'll definitely be bringing my wife's vehicle in next, and I can confidently say I have zero complaints.
