Throughout it all, Julia was exceptional. I also want to praise others , technicians etc who were involved in obtaining the authorization for the repairs. She stayed on top of the warranty company, made numerous calls, challenged information that did not make sense, kept me informed, and most importantly, advocated for me as her customer. There were times when I was ready to give up out of sheer frustration, but Julia continued working on my behalf until the repair was finally authorized. What impressed me most was that Julia genuinely cared about what I was going through. She was professional, responsive, compassionate and persistent. I never felt like I was simply another repair order on her desk. BMW of Henderson is very fortunate to have someone like Julia representing its service department. I also found that concerns and questions are not always handled well, especially when customers challenge information or point out inconsistencies. During one visit, I had a disagreement with a manager regarding recommendations for services and purchases for my vehicle. The conversation became uncomfortable enough that the manager later apologized for coming across as though he was trying to influence or manipulate my decision-making. What was especially frustrating was being accused of relying on ChatGPT for my knowledge and questions about my vehicle, rather than recognizing that customers can have their own experience and understanding of dealership sales tactics and service practices. I expect transparency, accurate time estimates, and respectful communication when bringing my vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not reflected that standard.

I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done. I should've raised hell. And the guy Andy Lammers is extremely condescending. I've dealt with him 3 separate times and they were all negative experiences. A very nice man who did not seem pushy nor needing to sell but just asked us if we needed help. I'm pretty frank person and said that although I hate to be at a car dealership, I wanted to come to test drive the vehicle and will not be buying today. And within about 15mins minutes, that's what we did. Sydney got me behind a wheel of a car I have been eyeing online, he was in the passenger seat and my partner and daughter are in the back seat. We drove for a good 20mins on the inside street and then the highway to give me a good feel of the car and some of the functions. We also had some talks about what I'm looking for and exchanges on the price of the car. Upon returning to the dealership, I told Sydney that I'm still not ready to buy but would like him to send me via email all the info we discussed on the car including price and out the door price and we will be in contact. Surprisingly, Sundays are their day off so I did not hear from Sydney. I liked that a lot. I did hear from him on Tuesday afternoon via text as he wanted to make sure I received what he sent me on Monday via email. The email was in my spam so that's why I didn't get it but then told him I'll review and revert. I am not in a hurry to buy. My car is currently a 2018 sedan with no issues. This new car would be a want and not a need. Sydney did not push at all. On Wednesday evening, I emailed him what I wanted from the purchase and see if he can do anything about it. I shared I do not want to be sitting at the dealership for hours to not get anywhere. I'll do everything via text and email until all is agreed and if the car is available on the agreed terms, I'll be there to sign for it and take it home, and hopeful to be done in one hour. And by the next Saturday evening, and exactly 58mins sitting at the dealership only, Sydney and I walked to my new car with a red bow on it. I cannot ask for a better experience with any dealership. Each person I spoke with, including Sydney, was cordial, courteous, respectful of my time, and not rushing me to do one thing. I am home with a few car now for 3+ weeks and still share with my friends and family the perfect experience I had at this dealership and Sydney.
