I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at Henderson Porsche. We dropped off our vehicle on Wednesday at 2:00 PM and were initially told it would be ready by Monday. However, we were contacted on Friday at noon and informed the work was complete. Despite the service advisor's assurance that all requested tasks were finished, we are skeptical that the extensive work reported could be completed in such a short timeframe. We were charged over $3,000 in labor for less than two days of work. Given this experience, I do not recommend this location for automotive service needs. read more

First off if you got screwed over by Gaudin Porsche at 215 and Rainbow even though Porsche Henderson is owned by the same company, you need to go to Porsche Henderson! For almost 2 years now as a returning client to Gaudin Porsche they were horrible, miserable people to deal with. They would only give me a $1,000.00 discount on a brand new 2025 Macan T. They were rude to me and they will NEVER get my business again. Now moving on to my experience with Porsche Henderson- WOW! Night and day difference. From the first moment I walked into their beautiful showroom I was treated with respect and they listened to me. They never upsold me anything and if I told them that I did not want something, that was the end of it. No pressure sales! It was a very pleasant experience and they have earned my loyalty and all of my future Porsche business. Carley Carrozza was my sales person, General Sales Manager Brain Weisenberg and of course Finance Manager Pablo Hojberg all of them were honest with me, direct, friendly, they didn't waste my time and 3.5 months later I have a beautiful brand new Macan that I built and designed for myself without any issues or stupidity to deal with like Gaudin Porsche gave me for 2 years. If you are in the market for a Porsche automobile, drive the extra 10 minutes east on the 215 and spend your money there. You will be respected there as a client and you will get what you want. Our experience as Henderson Porsche was an amazing experience not at all like your typical car dealership. Carley was our sales representative and was so amazing. Very kind,courteous and knowledgeable with whatever questions we had.We also worked with the sales manager Brian who was also very respectful and knowledgeable. The service department is just bad. They couldn't find an issue with my rear hatch not closing all the way on my '23 Macan and was told by Eric Duckro that it's because my vehicle is old. A 3 year old vehicle being written off as being old is a joke. Along with the audacity to charge me a diagnostic fee of $350 is just ridiculous. We have just completed our 50k Service at Gaudin Porsche in Henderson, and i have to say this was the best Service experience we've had across many different dealerships and even across different brands. We've been customers of Gaudin Porsche for a few years now, and when i called the original store to book a service appointment, their loaners were booked for almost a month out, and they needed to keep my car for the whole work week - even possibly over the weekend. Since we live in LA and drive to LV to visit family and maintain the car - for a quicker turnaround time i was referred to Eric, at their new store in Henderson. It seems the locals still haven't adjusted to the idea there is another location they can go to. From the moment we dropped off the car on Wednesday morning (the service bay is actually inside, with a sliding garage type door that opens when you approach), until picking it up on Friday afternoon, the whole experience was smooth. Our expectations were set pretty high for this new location, yet they were somehow exceeded. A few things I'd like to highlight: 1. The new store looks absolutely phenomenal. It has different levels and the overall layout and attention to detail is amazing. We actually received a tour of the new facility that makes you feel welcome, unlike most Service departments where you usually feel rushed to leave. 2. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Eric was our Service Advisor. He was very thorough and clear in his communication, yet very patient throughout the whole experience. He made sure to keep us updated throughout the process, and followed up after we got back to La. We also saw Art, the shop forman we actually know from the other store (always very kind and helpful). Eric introduced us to Brian - the Sales Manager, and Pablo - the Finance Manager. 3. We received our car back in tip top condition, mechanically and aesthetically. It was fully charged and detailed. It was also kept clean inside the covered Service Bay, even though it was raining outside that day. Apparently the locals seem to think that the additional 15 minute drive to the new location is inconvenient. I would suggest it's quite the contrary. We got an earlier appointment and our car was at the dealership for a shorter time. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Recently purchased a used car from Anthony Mendoza at Porsche Henderson and could not be happier with the experience. Purchased the car remotely from the San Fransisco Bay Area. Anthony was fantastic and extremely professional throughout the process, he answered a lot of questions, took a bunch of pictures and described the car in detail. I flew into Las Vegas and arrived at the dealership, to find that Anthony had the car inside the building, fully detailed, and ready to go. The car was better than described by Anthony, so the inspection and test drive occurred without an issue. Then with the help of Pablo Hojberg the finance manager who had all of the paperwork filled out and just waiting for signatures, the purchase process was completed in a few minutes. I took my Porsche 911 Carrera S to Henderson Porsche yesterday for an oil change and fresh filter. Keyan Evans was my service adivsor. I gave him specifice instuctions regarding the service I wanted done and how I wanted my Porsche handled. Keyan was polished, professional and very knowledgeable. The service was completed in a timely manner and Keyan returned my 911 S back to me in perfect condition. I am very greatful for how my car was handled due to the fact I had just detailed it the previous day and it is a show car. I have been a customer with Gaudin Porsche in Las Vegas for over 8 years and I am now having my car serviced at the new Porsche dealership in Henderson due to the fact it is much closer to my home. While waiting for the service to be completed everyone at the dealership was kind, friendly and obviously very focused on customer service. I am very greatful this dealership has a culture of outstanding cutomer service and handles my investment with such care.
