I experienced what feels like blatant disrespect dealing with a salesperson here. After days of back-and-forth, he refused to break down numbers his own team had thrown out at their own discretion. He then stopped communicating altogether, claiming his managers were at a "stalemate" with me until I came in for an in-person appraisal for my trade-in. When I called out multiple discrepancies and questioned the dishonesty in what they'd told me up to that point, I was left with no response. The following day, a male family member of mine reached out to the same salesperson and told him I had an offer from a competitor. Suddenly, after allegedly being in a "stalemate" until I showed up in person, he had a deal proposed within an hour or two. From that point on, they only communicated with him, despite having my number and knowing I was still the one actually purchasing the vehicle. It took one final deception for me to walk away completely: they claimed they'd matched the competitor's financed price on a "better" Santa Fe Hybrid, even though my salesperson had the direct listing link to my desired vehicle since the beginning of our discussion. Only for us to discover, it was a vehicle they'd previously tried to pitch to me, the caveat being that this "new" car had 4,574 miles on it. Earlier in the week, they'd tried to lease me this comparable version of the vehicle I was originally looking at. It had been used as a loaner at one point, and, in his words, "it's never been sold before, so it's still 'new' and can be sold on a lease," quotes around "new" included. It took multiple demands for numbers on paper before we confimed this was the same vehicle now being presented to us as the "new" financing option that we were getting a "better" deal on, compared to what the competitor was offering. After I told my family member to finally cut off the deal, he was the one graciously thanked for his time, while I am still left with no response. We've purchased multiple cars from this dealership, and I went out of my way to make this work with them, including sourcing a vehicle from another property to give Henderson Hyundai my business. Between the persistent deception, lack of real transparency, and blatant disrespect shown toward me as the actual customer, I won't be returning. Our experience with this Hyundai dealership has been defined by a less-than-stellar day of experience, followed by a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service after the sale. When we purchased our certified pre-owned vehicle, we were required to purchase a nearly $2,000 protection package that included window tint, paint and fabric protection, exterior protection, and other add-ons. We were told this package was part of the vehicle purchase and could not be removed, so we negotiated and completed the transaction with the understanding that these services had been performed or were included with the vehicle. Shortly after the purchase, we learned that at least some of those services appear to have never been completed. When we took the vehicle to a tint shop, we were informed there was no evidence that the windows had ever been tinted. We ended up paying out of pocket to have that work performed ourselves. After taking a closer look at the vehicle, I found additional concerns. Protective film on portions of the vehicle appears old and worn, with dirt and debris trapped underneath in some areas. This directly contradicts the impression that these protections had recently been applied as part of the dealership's preparation process. I first raised these concerns over two months ago. The salesperson initially responded with urgency, but after that, communication essentially stopped. Calls, emails, text messages, and follow-ups went unanswered. I submitted inquiries through Hyundai's customer support channels and even escalated the matter to Hyundai Corporate. Their response was simply to work with the dealership. Unfortunately, that is impossible when the dealership refuses to communicate. To make matters worse, less than 60 days after purchasing the vehicle, we received a maintenance notification indicating service was due. For a vehicle sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai, that raises serious questions about what inspections and maintenance were actually completed before the vehicle was offered for sale. The most frustrating part is that no one has made a meaningful effort to investigate the issue. I have repeatedly asked for documentation showing what services were performed, who performed them, and when they were completed. I've asked to speak with management. I've asked for someone with authority to review the situation. Instead, I've spent months chasing answers while being ignored. At this point, my concern is no longer whether a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. My concern is the dealership's complete unwillingness to address the issue after it was brought to their attention. After more than 60 days of excuses, silence, and no resolution, it's difficult not to question whether the package we were required to purchase was accurately represented in the first place. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend reviewing every add-on charge in detail and demanding documentation for any protection packages or services included in the sale. I went to the dealership today, October 2, 2026 to get my tailgate lift bars fixed. My car is 21 years old. I love it, they fixed it, the service guy "Ash" was so kind and helpful, he even let me use a computer that I needed to, before the end of the day when I asked him . Once the car was finished, they checked out under the chassis, fill the tires, washed car and waxed it. I didn't even recognize it when I picked it up, it was a wonderful experience, and I will be back to them again. I even checked out the new cars, Coby Bryan helped me even though I told him he would not be getting a sale today. They didn't do anything to fix my vehicle. He made me leave with my vehicle, knowing the brake lights didn't work, turn signals didn't work, headlights, cameras, speedometer, driver assist, AC, basically the entire electrical system, as it is in these pics and vids. Well, mom was told that she was paying an extra amount of money for a plan " you won't have to pay for any repairs", at around $350 a month. When she called them about an oil change they said you already used your oil change credit. She had used it once. They are still saying there is nothing left on this plan. I had to jump through rings of fire to ask a simple question between 4 different people. All I wanted to know was if I could just bring my vehicle in the put nitrogen in the tires. I had an appointment for Tuesday at 7 am for service. I was told the diagnostics were a two-day turnaround. It's now Thursday afternoon (3 days), and I've heard nothing. I called but cannot speak to a live person, so I went to the location. I was told by Roy that my car did not yet have a technician assigned in their system. The advisor I worked with initially had gone on vacation and neither he nor anyone else moved it forward in the process. Roy further explained to me that the original advisor should have explained to me that it can take 4-5 days after dropping it off to be placed in service. I asked why when I had an appointment that my car would sit on their lot waiting for up to 5 days. It's my car! I need it for transportation. This is ridiculous! While I waited to speak to Roy, I listened to his 10-minute conversation with someone else on the phone where he repeatedly said bring your car in tomorrow and we'll get you in a loaner. No one offered me a loaner and now we're pushing a week, their fault! So, my car sat there on their lot, no one aware for 3 days that it hasn't been assigned to a technician or didn't care. It's going to be there several more days. WHERE IS SERVICE MANAGEMENT MAKING THIS RIGHT?! Now it's Friday, MAYBE a technician will be assigned today. This review is based on the help I got from a Service Advisor named Ace. I bought a used car from this dealership and cost over 20k. So with that being said I was excited to have it. I drove off the lot and then all of a sudden the low pressure tire light came on??! I thought oh no it must be a flat with a slow leak or they never checked the tire pressure while it was parked on the lot for probably a while. Anyway, I drove back and the salesman who helped me with the purchase filled the air but I thought it was very quick and brief. I trusted him and drove off after he told me everything is perfect with all 4 tires and the light should go off by itself after driving for couple of minutes. I already knew this is how it works since I had the experience before with the low pressure light in which it does go off once you fill the tire with air. However, this time it didn't go off even I drove over 30 minutes to get home. I called the salesman but he said they can't do anything for the next few days and I need to bring it in on a Friday morning which I thought that was very inconvenient for me especially I would have the vehicle for the next 3 days with the light on? It bothered me so much that I drove back again and this time I walked straight into the service dept where a young service advisor immediately helped me without any hesitations. He went outside and measured all 4 tires with a new guage and made sure they were all accurate then calibrated so the light went off immediately. I was very grateful that he took his time to step out into the 100 degree temperature and helped me for over 20 minutes to solve this issue. I just wanted to say that if it weren't for him I would've given this place only 2 stars so the 5 stars were all due to Ace the service advisor! They lied to me during the negotiation of the price and trade. I attempted to purchase a car from Henderson Hyundai in Nevada after my bankruptcy. Upon arriving at the dealership, after I provided my information and bankruptcy discharge via text with the salesperson a few days before, I test drove the car, and inquired about various details. The website listed the car at $29,999, but the initial deal sheet was almost $6k over that. The second deal sheet was less favorable due to manipulation of the numbers. Initially, I was informed that Hyundai would finance the purchase. However, at the sales desk, I was told that Hyundai financing was not available. Additionally, the car was a demo model. I was assured this would not affect the service warranty, but according to Hyundai's website, the warranty starts on the day the car goes into service. The sales manager claimed the car was never placed into service. Ultimately, the financing was offered through a different lender. I informed the salesperson that I would not proceed with the deal, as I had been deceived. The salesperson tried to salvage the sale with the finance manager, who insisted I accept the deal due to my bankruptcy. I decided to leave and scheduled an Uber while the finance manager continued to stress the benefits of the offer. In the waiting room, I texted the salesperson to thank them for their efforts, but I just couldn't afford the payments and the interest rate. Disgusted would be the best way to summarize my feelings for Hyundai, their customer service, and the service department. I have a 2022 Hyundai Elantra with roughly 35,000 miles on it. The air-conditioning has ceased to work three times in the span of a month. My vehicle is currently sitting in their service department right now. When I dropped it off for the THIRD time, I was met with the same speech. We are four days behind in diagnostics. Every single visit, they are running behind schedule, and I'm without my vehicle for four days, minimum. No loaner, no, we will make it a priority, and no, offer for any type of reimbursement. In fact, the last time I picked my vehicle up, they left an electronic diagnostic tool still attached to my vehicles computer. After getting my car back this time, I will drive the extra distance to go to another Hyundai dealership. If the problem persists, I will trade in my car for a completely different manufacturer. He contacted this dealership and exchanged texts with a salesperson, ultimately arranging an appointment to meet and test drive a particular vehicle. The salesperson sent several texts to confirm the date and time of the appointment. We arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early and were greeted coldly by a salesperson who brusquely ushered us inside. Another person came out to inform us that the salesperson with whom we had the appointment was not there -- and that the car that we were supposed to test drive was "in transit." No apologies. No offer to test drive another vehicle. In fact, all the Ioniqs were sold. Again, no apologies. Nothing. In other words, horrible treatment. After we left, I called Hyundai of Las Vegas. They, too, were sold out of new Ioniqs, but the salesperson offered to let us test drive a used vehicle and order a new one, which we did. Bottom line: Henderson Hyundai lost a $50,000+ deal, which turned out to be Hyundai of Las Vegas' gain. DO NOT GO TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI PARTS AND SERVICE CENTER! My wife and I dropped off our car for service due to a check engine light and a few other minor concerns. The Service Advisor, Ace, helped us during check-in. We clearly informed him of the issues and requested a quote for the additional minor concerns. He said he would follow up the next day since it was a drop-off. Surprisingly, he called us just an hour later with a text-file listing over $9,000 in recommended services. We immediately declined all the suggested repairs through the app and made it clear we only wanted the $750 repair related to the check engine light. When we arrived to pick up the car, Ace was unavailable, and another service advisor assisted us. He told us the total was $1,136.85 -- my wife and I were in complete shock! We reiterated that we only approved the $750 service and declined the rest. He went to speak with Ace in the back office and returned saying, "That's the total." We were then told we were being charged $230 per concern we mentioned during check-in -- just for having them look at the problems, even though we never authorized those diagnostic fees in a clear and transparent way. To be fair, we did sign the pre-service paperwork, but we did so without a proper explanation or clear understanding that each concern would cost $230, and it was never communicated in good faith. Ultimately, we signed off on the $1,136.85 charge at checkout -- not because we agreed with it, but because we were caught off guard, overwhelmed, and felt we had no choice. We left filled with regret and disappointment. We felt completely disrespected, taken advantage of, and robbed! To add insult to injury, the advisor made a comment like, "Well, our guys have to take out a lot of stuff to find the problems." Meanwhile, Ace sat nearby, looked over at us, and said absolutely nothing -- no apology, no explanation, and no care. We felt hustled! After years of being loyal customers with Henderson Hyundai parts and service, we will never return! Their concern for customers has completely disappeared -- especially after the dealership remodel. Currently, the engine of my vehicle is exposed to rain and rubble that can damage the entire engine. I called Henderson Hyundai to ask them about the missing part and it took them weeks to get back to me only to tell me that they are not responsible for not returning my skid plate. This dealership was the only place I took my car before finally finding a new mechanic. Not only that, but they did this to another customer around the same time I took my vehicle in. There are many other Hyundai dealerships in Vegas that will respect your time and money. I would highly recommend going to those places over Henderson Hyundai and I ask everyone to heed my warning. I came into the service department to address a USB port that was inoperable. I was met my a female porter who was very friendly and personable. She directed me to the service counter were I met my service advisor, Peter Sabatini. After explaining my service issue he advised me of the approximate wait time and I must say, he was spot on. I received my car back washed and I was out the door. Peter was great. He truly understands the importance of good customer service and how to treat customers. Unfortunately, I didn't get the female porter's name but I'd ask that they both be acknowledged and/or recognized in some fashion for their efforts. read more
