    From the moment I sent in an online inquiry to the moment I left in my new K4, my experience was amazing! Andrew was my salesperson and he was open, honest, and quick. He made the process painless (hard to say at a dealership) and so easy. I would give more stars if I could. Finance paperwork was easy, test drive - easy, everything. Ashleigh showed me all of the new tech (and there's a lot) and explained it all so I could understand. Seriously, will definitely return here.

    I've been coming to Kia since 2014. Got my first Kia Optima there and I've been using Mr Peter and Joe from day one! ( Service department) EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EVERY TIME! This week I finally traded in my car for a newer model, and the experience was quick and efficient! Mr Peter from the service department along with Mr Antonio the sales advocate, Mr. Rennie the sales manager, Mr. Rameen the finance manager and Miss Ashleigh the customer service advocate all contributed to our experience. This was my boyfriend's first time coming to the dealership, and he finally saw why I kept coming back. And most of all, why I wanted to stick with another Kia vehicle.     Oh. My. GAWD! I have an update that's been six years in the making. I decided to trade in the Kia Soul I purchased brand-new from Towbin Kia in 2018...and the title came up DIRTY! The mileage was incorrect on the DMV paperwork when it was registered to me, but who, you ask, filled out that paperwork? Someone at Towbin Kia. Now there's no way to correct it, and it must be disclosed to any other potential buyer. For the life of the vehicle. So I ended up having to trade it in because I am uncomfortable with trying to find someone to buy a car with a dirty title. Just to put things into perspective, the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value for a 2019 Kia Soul with only 36,000 miles on it is almost $9,000, but I had to take $5,900 for mine, and it's definitely better than the "fair" condition I put in for the KBB estimate for the sake of this review. I couldn't get anywhere near that because the odometer has been deemed unreliable on the title. Thanks, Towbin Kia! Y'all are just the gift that keeps on giving.

    Their service department has completed multiple recalls on my vehicle and they dona great job. 4-stars because they left a portion of my interior broken and disconnected. I contacted them and they ordered parts to fix it. They're overall a great dealership with good customer service.

    I had a lot of reservations about going back to Towbin Kia for my car search. I purchased 3 vehicles from them previously and had a bitter taste in my mouth from the last point of sale. I had (2) point of sales people that I worked with to find my 4th car; VIP sales Aaliyah & Tee (Finance). After briefly discussing some of my reservations about purchasing my 4th vehicle and Tee taking the time to explain and offer his apologies, I gave them a chance to earn my business. I found a G80 Genesis and test drove it and really liked it. Everything from the start to end was smooth and non stressful. Like most people, I hate the sales process and the forced conversation to build rapport. All in all I was in and out in about 2 hours. I'm happy with my purchase and I appreciated them Addressing my concerns. Will continue to go back as long as they do right by me.

    Beware of the service department. My car is a piece of junk that no one will fix. The AC won't turn on sometimes in 115 degree heat, it's less than 1 year old, and the service department won't call me back to help make an appointment. Buy from literally ANYWHERE else. I'll never own a KIA ever again. Pile of junk.

    I saw a Facebook ad from Tobin Kia-they were giving out vouchers to people interested in purchasing a car from them. I submitted a form and I was contacted by them. I received a voucher and made an appointment to come in on Saturday afternoon to check out their inventory. My husband and I went in and we were immediately greeted by two friendly receptionists. She looked up who my salesman would be by my phone number. Our salesman was great. His name is Bailey. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process easy and without any problems. My husband and I took the Niro out for a test drive with Bailey. It was a good experience. We took the Niro out on the freeway too. It drove like a dream because it's all electric. Towbin Kia is an excellent dealership, with friendly staff. I recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car.

Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. Doc fees are ridiculous and I have never paid doc fees in my last 3 purchases since I bought my first vehicle. But here, they refuse to remove them. They want to charge you an enormous amount for "options" that they previously added. They want to charge you for an interior/exterior coating that you can get later for a quarter of the price they ask for. The salesman was very friendly but the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by offering all the upgrades. Now mind you, we were only buying a used car for $5499 as advertised but the price at the dealership was $13k+. EXPLAIN THAT. We ended up NOT being fleeced and just a little more effort, ended up buying elsewhere where they were all about customer service and actually trying to sell you a car. After our visit, they did text me to remind me that if I had any questions to let them know because they were there to help. I have never seen so many fees added to a vehicle. I can only imagine if I was there to buy a new vehicle. I guess it is true that they don't want you to own your vehicle anymore. They want to sink you in debt. My advice, shop for a car when you're not in a hurry and visit as many dealers that you can. Acquire a written quote at each location and ask for any unnecessary fees or up charges you didn't request to be removed. Someone will appreciate the consumer and actually fairly sell you one.

I walked into without an appointment and was greeted while all the salesman were working and a few minutes later Sergio introduced himself. We talked about what I want and what my situation was. I hate dealerships but this one was different. I've owned about 20 car's throughout my years. I've walked out of countless dealers because of games, pushiness, almost harassment. Not here. Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

I did not come to CarMax to buy a new one…read more My dad just got a new car (the 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron, and yes, he will only exclusively drive all-electric cars) and I inherited his 2018 Tesla Model 3 as a result. This meant it was time to sell my 2015 Kia Soul with almost 70k miles on it. It's been paid off for several years and has had no serious issues for as long as I've had it, with the exception of the battery, brake pads, and engine all having to be replaced; the latter was recalled a few years ago due to a fire risk. Having made a ton of memories with friends and family in this car, it was a little hard to part with it, especially since Kia announced a couple of months ago that they had stopped production of the Soul. Required to sell my car to CarMax was the official title, the registration, the keys (original and spare), myself, and my dad. We had made an appointment to sell it on 2/26/26 at 1:00pm. The registration was under my name and my address, but since the title was under my dad's name and his address (I got it leased new when I was still living with my parents), he needed to be present during the sale as well. The inspection and all that other stuff took about a half hour and then it took another half hour for the sale to happen. They were really busy at the time, but they were able to work their magic and take it out of my hands in about an hour. Selling my Soul to CarMax (not intentional lol) was quick and easy and because it was still in good condition, I made quite a bit of money from the sale, which I won't disclose on here. I've had this car for almost 11 years and my dad said that someone who buys it is going to be very happy because I took such good care of it. If you're looking to sell your car, CarMax is absolutely the way to go.

Well, except the Porsche dealer in SLC. Their service dept. generally delivers a good experience. But I was determined to buy a used car that was economical and reliable, for a daily driver. So, I had to brave the universe of used cars. I also had to trade in a car, and again, didn't want the experience of having to deal with all of the want ad, KSL online stuff, etc. So, having heard good things about CarMax and not wanting to deal with all of the aforementioned nonsense, I drove my now unloved, trouble prone former luxury car to CarMax. I was shocked to find high-service availability people working there that were so kind, and so pressure-free, that it was somewhat disorienting, and certainly unexpected. A great willingness to serve along with significant patience; no steering or pressure toward buying or selling, just what felt like a legitimate effort to provide good service and GREAT business process, was experienced. They also gave me a no-haggle price that exceeded my own internal estimate of the amount I would need in order to get rid of my used car (based on some ChatGPT research and quick online reading.). So, you can imagine how surprised I was when they beat my estimated offer minimum. Fast forward many steps, in the order of brevity.... The rest of the experience, the automation, the business process, and keeping the promises that the business delivered, all the way down to the continuous over communication regarding the car I ordered, and voila! A happy, yet discerning customer was born. CAR MAX. I won't ever do it another way again if I need a used car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    To revisit the issue I previously had... I took my car to a different mechanic to do some other…read morework regarding oil leaks. He took pictures of some problems. He said the work I had done at Asian Imports was not properly done. There were gaskets that were supposed to be replaced that I had paid for that were not replaced, grommets that were loose, and lugs that weren't tightened. He said to take it back to Asian Imports because the work they had (or hadn't) done would still be under warranty. I took my car back to Asian imports and showed them the pictures. He eventually found the paperwork and told me the person who had done the work had gotten multiple complaints and was no longer working there. He said I needed to make an appointment. They got me an appointment for 2 days later. I took my vehicle in first thing in the morning and I was told this would take a few hours. At about 3:00, I called them and asked if my vehicle was ready yet. They said it was almost done and they'd call me when it was. About 30 minutes later they called and told me my car was ready. I told them I wouldn't be able to get there until about 30 minutes after they close. They told me they could leave the keys somewhere hidden until I got there. I got there at 6 only to see my car parked behind a locked gate. I ended up being 3 hours late to work the next day. When I got to work I called my mechanic on FaceTime so he could double check the work. Fortunately, this time, they did everything they were supposed to do.
