We had a great experience. They had a black golf gti with the specific trim that we wanted, so my husband called right away and spoke to Buck. He was excellent. The whole process was very smooth and Buck was so helpful and not pushy at all, he made sure we were happy and emailed me all the forms to sign since I was working. The finance manager, Christian is also very friendly. Thank you!

Dropped our Passet off at Findlay VW and the service was so perfect. MICHAELA OZONE was outstanding on the customer service and treated us like VIP. MICHAELA got my wife and Uber home and communicated perfectly with updates on when the car would be ready. Once ready she called my wife to set up an Uber for pick up at our residence. MICHAELA went above and beyond on perfect customer service and she is the reason why we keep coming back to buy our VW products from Findlay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDLAY VW AND MICHAELA OZONE.... Best customer service and thanks you.

I just purchased an ID.4 from Christine and couldn't be happier with the process. I came in 3 times total - twice before I purchased. Christine and team were friendly, patient, and super helpful. I never felt pressured or like I was wasting their time. The entire team was really respectful of my timing and it was just overall a great experience. When we came in to buy we worked with Luke and Christine, and again the experience was great. It was still the usual back and forth and negotiation and all of that but I got a car at a price I was happy with. Finance was quick and easy, and all in all it was about a 5 hour process from test drive to walking out the door. They did have water, ice, coffee drinks, and tea while you wait. We lease cars so we go through this process every 3 years and just did this a month ago at a different dealership with my husbands car. This was a painless process and overall just an easy low pressure process. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

The dealership also doesn't want to help. They just say they do! They give you the run around and just refer you to a number that has no intention of helping or responding with any responsibility for any defects. I have opened up a case with consumer protection for VW twice now, and they just close it with no notice or interaction with the customer at all. They just keep saying they are aware of the defective vehicle issues (and there are MANY!) Zero responsibility for their safety issues and no help for the customer who just got screwed. $40,000 for a piece of crap car that is basically going to keep breaking down all of the issues are APPARENTLY "Known " problems that VW is very aware of. They just failed to tell you that before you sign the contract and get screwed! They answered numerous times "ITS A KNOWN ISSUE" for the same issues that are never repaired. What a horrible company! (Not very good for your brand is it?) They need to do a recall or replace the defective product! And NO I DONT EVER WANT ANOTHER ONE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES! and I'm gonna keep posting these until you take that car back and shove it. My anger runs deep. This car is a nightmare to drive! It's constantly screeching and grinding and it has been since the day I drove it off the lot! I guess you figure if you just tick along and keep stringing me along and telling me some BS that you're gonna fix it if it breaks and that you can't fix it cause it'll avoid the warranty and all that other bullshit basically what you're waiting for is my Warranty's to run out and then you have no liability and that's total fraud Total fraud you hear me? F R A U D U L E N T B U S I N E S S P R A C T I C E S ! SHAME ON YOU VOLKSWAGEN! You're never gonna repair your reputation for being shady because that's exactly what you are. You should change the name of your car to the shady shit show. Everyone knows it. Got you attention yet? Cause every single day that I own this car and it scares me to drive it and it keeps breaking down with less than 8000 miles on it. You're gonna hear a post from me complaining about your company every single day on every social media platform, I can find to spread the word about what a crappy experience I had buying a car from your horrible company!!!!!!! Reviews of the 2023 Volkswagen Taos frequently mention issues with the brakes, particularly premature wear on the rear brake pads, leading to complaints about excessive noise (squealing, grinding) and the need for early replacements, with some owners reporting needing to replace their rear brakes at relatively low mileage like 15,000 miles; this is considered a significant concern by many owners and is often cited as a major drawback of the vehicle. Key points about the brake issues in the 2023 Taos: Premature wear: The most common complaint is that the rear brake pads wear down very quickly, sometimes needing replacement much earlier than expected in typical driving conditions. Excessive noise: When the brakes are worn, they can produce loud squealing or grinding noises, which can be concerning for drivers. Noises persisting after replacement: Some owners report that even after replacing the brake pads, the noise issue may continue. Potential safety concerns: Early brake wear can potentially compromise braking performance, raising safety concerns. Where to find more information about these issues: Online forums: Several forums dedicated to the Volkswagen Taos have threads discussing brake issues, with owners sharing their experiences and concerns. Consumer review websites: Sites like Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds often include user reviews mentioning brake problems with the 2023 Taos. Lemon Experts: Websites specializing in lemon law cases may also provide information about predatory practices AND THIS HAPPENED ALSO.$ Jun 2024 Well, didn't think I'd write , but my 2023 Taos just turned 1 and I have 20k miles. I had the coolant light go off 5x and brought it in and each time VW said no evidence of a leak and topped off my coolant. Ok last week went off again and now I carry a jug of anti freeze in the cubby by the wheel well..so last week I'm getting my 20k service done and they said my rear brake pads were down to 1mm ! This car has 19,500 miles on it.. all very concerning .last week when at the service I told the guy I want the head gasket checked out while still under warranty.. came back a week later today and sure enough, they found a small leak and have to order the parts. (this is a new model remember) AND THE HEAD GASKET BLEW AT 12k miles .....?! Lemon! . My concern is what happens when the warranties are gone and the car value is completely upside down and I can't get rid of it or afford to fix it every three months like major repairs. This is the problem and I hope that Melissa your listening

Sarah Lee would have stopped me from buying that decrepit Volkswagen Scirocco. Foremost, why wouldn't you want to have a savvy and tireless broker finding the best deals for you in the contiguous United States? For the average person, an automobile is the second most expensive purchase you will ever make, the third most expensive for airplane owners and Russian bride husbands. Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to.

Doc fees are ridiculous and I have never paid doc fees in my last 3 purchases since I bought my first vehicle. But here, they refuse to remove them. They want to charge you an enormous amount for "options" that they previously added. They want to charge you for an interior/exterior coating that you can get later for a quarter of the price they ask for. The salesman was very friendly but the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by offering all the upgrades. Now mind you, we were only buying a used car for $5499 as advertised but the price at the dealership was $13k+. EXPLAIN THAT. We ended up NOT being fleeced and just a little more effort, ended up buying elsewhere where they were all about customer service and actually trying to sell you a car. After our visit, they did text me to remind me that if I had any questions to let them know because they were there to help. I have never seen so many fees added to a vehicle. I can only imagine if I was there to buy a new vehicle. I guess it is true that they don't want you to own your vehicle anymore. They want to sink you in debt. My advice, shop for a car when you're not in a hurry and visit as many dealers that you can. Acquire a written quote at each location and ask for any unnecessary fees or up charges you didn't request to be removed. Someone will appreciate the consumer and actually fairly sell you one.

I…read moreresearched vehicles online and put in all the specifications that I was in search of, and found a 2025 Nissan Sentra in Palmdale, CA, shipped it for $99 and waited for it to arrive. The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. Still overall a positive review and hopeful experience.

Never bothering to check if the rotors needed attention. I realize I'm a woman therefore I clearly know nothing about a vehicle. I'm also the daughter of a mechanic. I had to know how to change my oil, breaks, a tire, etc all before I was even allowed as a teenager to get my license. Now my driver's side read axel/shock is leaking hydraulic fluid. I'm sorry? WHAT?!?!? Who passed this vehical during its inspection? What happened to their 125 point inspection? I'm convinced that means - "We eyeballed it, it looked fine." Before even leaving the dealership, I mentioned more than once about the radio. I realize in the grand scheme of things a radio face working and showing the stations, the clock, the Bluetooth etc is pretty irrelevant. However when you spend that kind of money on a used vehicle that is supposedly been checked over? You expect basic things to work. Haven't even had the car 6 days. I haven't even driven it 400 miles Now I have to get it to their service dept that is only opened Mon - Fri. No idea if a loaner/rental will be provided. "Possibly" is what I was told this afternoon. You know the stereotypical thoughts about used car dealerships? Can't imagine why people feel the way that they do. I haven't had a reliable vehicle in over 20 years. I've been buying beaters from private parties because that's all I could afford. Finally foud myself in a much better situation. Saved up for the down payment, and this is how it plays out. Beyond disappointed. Completely disgusted. I completely feel like they lie about everything to sell the vehicles. Which as a used car dealership I should have known better. I wouldn't purchase a vehicle from them again if it was the last dealership in Las Vegas. This has been a horrible experience. Yes, they offer a 10 day money back guarantee regardless of the reason. When you're on a very tight budget and have no other vehicle; it's kind of hard to to return it and start over. Not to mention the fact that I used my old vehicle as a trade-in. So yes, I would get the trade-in value and my down payment back. However that leaves me with absolutely no vehicle. You know what I was told when I explained that to the person who answered the phone today? "Well, we do offer one way Lyft rides. Oh goody! So you can drop me off at my house and I'll just be stranded there. Since you will have both vehicles now. My trade in and the POS you sold me. I have the same 30 day repair warranty as any other customer. Why on Earth would anyone going to buy a vehicle that was "inspected" think that they would have to have repairs made in the first 30 days? Yes, stuff happens. That being said? A 125 point inspection should have caught these things. Thinking I'll just get a horse and buggy from this point on. Instead of gas? I'll buy feed.

When I got to work I called my mechanic on FaceTime so he could double check the work. Fortunately, this time, they did everything they were supposed to do.
