The store open nice and early! It's clean and well organized. It has employees that smile and make you feel welcome. The headlights that we were searching for they have so many options. The car in question was a Nissan! The pricing was reasonable priced all four bulbs were covered for window cleaning products for about a hundred dollars. Talk about perfect timing....I was just in Havasu then Laughlin on my way home and my friend & I stopped @ Railroad casino and once we left my check engine light came on....oh boy!! Not something any car owner wants to see. So I went onto Yelp to see where the closes AutoZone was & this one was on our way home so we stopped in to get the code read on the car. It looked busy when we walked in. There was one girl talking to an employee @ one counter and a girl in line and then two other girls (together) standing next to the line. Well luckily the 2 girls together weren't in line and the one in front of me had an easy transaction. The employee then greeted me & I told him my check engine light came on & he told me Anthony would help me. He was the other employee helping out the other girl at the counter. So once Anthony was free he grabbed the code reading device & we went out to my car. He had me turn it on & it was real quick thing to do. Then we had to go inside so he could run it into the computer (or whatever it is they do?? LOL) and he told me it was showing it was possibly was my thermostat. He told me he was going to give me a print out. It tells me how the thermostat works & what happens when it doesn't work. It even has my odometer reading, car make & model on it. Real quick and easy!! My friend looked up replacing the thermostat on my car cause he's good with car stuff but it looked like a pretty involved process so I decided I would contact my automotive shop to have it looked at & see if that is what is wrong with my car. It sucks that this has happened now, during these hot days we've been having & I pray my car will get me to work tonight & to the automotive shop tomorrow to get the problem fixed but what is super cool is because of this service AutoZone offers I now have some what of an idea of why my check engine light is on and IT'S FREE!!! What's better then a dead battery when it's time to go to work in the morning ? This autozone opens at 7am, which is super convenient. Walked in Jose H was ready to help. He came out tested the battery saw it was low, quickly checked my warranty and got a new battery in and just like that everything was back to normal. Everywhere else that you go to an AutoZone is very helpful and professional except for this one today. The young gentleman behind the counter was on his phone and didn't want to be disturbed and when he was asked if he could help he said that they didn't even have a battery tester and didn't even provide the service so I promptly said thank you and I'll go to another store. Autozone is always my go to store for needed parts and most especially battery replacement on my Chevy Equinox. I've patronized several over the years, most recently the AutoZone on Silverado near Maryland. A nice young man replaced my battery when my car died in the parking lot of Smiths grocery across the street in 2020. it was not a cool day either, but he came over and installed a new battery for me! Now that is service! And again in 2023 my battery was dying but this time I made it to the store. A wonderful gentleman replaced my battery while my grandson walked me across the street to McDonald's for a burger.Cannot say enough good about this AutoZone!! Good folks work here! read more

The manager here is very shady and unprofessional. They tried to up-sell me a product thinking that I don't have common sense. When I didn't want to purchase the more expense product, the quality of service declined (primarily from the manager). If the quality of your customer service stands on customers purchasing more expensive products, your employees do not have good morals. Customers come to a place like AutoZone because they are trying to find solutions. Having to deal with shiesty representatives like yours make them rethink what your business is about. read more

This is for the Auto Zone on Stephanie on Henderson. My rear right backup light was out. I was lucky to meet employee CJ. He told me could be the bulb or the whole thing. He immediately checked my light and found it wasn't plugged in all the way...he even showed me that the bulb was still good. So he put it back in tightly and had me back the car up AND IT WORKED JUST FINE. There are businesses for cars that will say something else is wrong in order to make money off of customers. Not him! I thanked him so very much as times are very difficult regarding money and I'm one of them. Besides that, he was happy to help me with a smile on his face and a good clean heart to boot. I came into Autozone Aug 2023 asking Joshua (staff) if know any good trusted mechanics and he referred me to one, the one he uses, is Miguel Mobile. I tried them end of Aug 2023, realized the issue came back and did an email worried about why the issue didn't go away as I paid quite a bit for the parts and service. Then after Miguel was kind to come back free of charge to do thorough diagnostic, the time this happened, he got word from Joshua that I reported him, then Miguel came back and said he can't do anything more for me since that happened and I thought I told this Autozone on Stephanie to hold up on the email complaint but it was too late. I called the HQ Autozone awhile back now and no call back to resolve this issue. What kind of service does this Autozone do to people, scam them? read more

BIG Shout out to the employee at Auto Zone who helped me today. I had a dead battery, fortunately, the car started today to get me to the store. I cannot remember the name of the employee who helped me. He looked up the last time I purchased a battery from Auto Zone, got a replacement battery, and installed it for me. When I asked him how much I owe him he said no charge the old battery was still under warranty. Gave him a nice tip and was on my way. Thank you, Auto Zone, and the new Duralast Gold battery.
