One thing an individual notices about this auto parts company brand is the amount of stock verse other brands. That means they might actually have our needs. Come to find out they did! I feel like I'm being held hostage. No one answers the business phone. I'm pretty sure the shipping. "Agency" is the same person I've been chatting with ALL DAY. Because how did they know I " cancelled" the order? Only the a1auto parts person knew that I wanted to cancel and get my money back. Which they are refusing to give.
