I've came here a handful of times simply because it is convenient. On there door it shows they open at 9:30 they're never actually open at that time. They showed up around 10:25 yesterday more then 45 minutes late in which there were two other people that had appointments. When they showed up they had an attitude with everyone which was ridiculous. If you're going to be late at least understand that people aren't going to be in the best of moods. I used to frequent this place because they do a good job with nails and pedi but the customer service is very poor. They say they open at 9:30 am and on a couple separate occasions I've went and waited and they hadn't even shown up by 10am with a line of customers waiting outside. They are always busy, which is a good sign but even with an apt you will sit and wait. For people who work and have children it is not convenient or professional. I have been getting my nails done here for the last 10 years. Recently Tracy no longer works there and I had Tram do my pedicure. She was a bit rough and it was painful at times. That night a woke up to both my big toes throbbing. My toes felt wet and very painful. I called the shop and spoke with Lisa that wanted me to come in. I went that afternoon after picking up my daughter from school. By that time both toes where infected with pus on the sides. She said to just put whatever ointment on them. I told her that I would go to the doctors if they didn't feel better. She said to send her the bill if I decided to go. I soaked my feet every nigh for a week and put Neosporin but it took a good two weeks to get better. The sides of both my toes skin completely peeled off. I am upset because no follow up was ever made and my money was not refunded for the pedicure. I will never return. read more

This salon is really good. I only give them 4 stars because 1. They don't do gel nails on the toes and 2. The time I had them wax my rm pits and eyebrows the wax was not hot/warm enough and felt super painful as they were ripping it off my skin lol. But as far as the work they do I love it! The lady who did my pedicure removed so much skin that my toes were bleeding. For days it hurt to wear socks and shoes. The service is average but the customer service is terrible! Communication consists of tugs, pulls, and taps on your legs or hands. It's a shame too because I used to really love this place. Businesses like this shouldn't be in business how they have lasted this long is beyond me. I thought they would close before Kmart because everyone's always grumpy and rude there. You feel like you're an inconvenience to them when you are supporting their business. Times are hard for everyone and for people to be spending money on these services when you can buy the stuff on Amazon and do it yourself for 1/4 of the price. The way they talk about everyone while they are working on them it's awful. There's so many nail shops to pick from so do yourself a favor and find one with better reviews. The reviews on here and yelp speaks for itself the shop is not a welcoming warm spot to be at. The staff all clearly hates their job or are unhappy to be there the work environment seems hostile. Okay so I'm giving this place 5 stars based on two of the techs there. I ALWAYS get Tracy for my mani/pedi. She is amazing. Attentive to detail and thorough in her hand a foot maintenance. My nails and feet always look perfect when I leave. Love love love Tracy! My Mom gets Trina. She has had occasional problems with ingrowns and such but Trina fixes and prevents all that. Is it a bit painful while Trina is working the nippers? Yes but Mom says its totally worth it to not have to deal with nail problems in between visits. Plus the warm towels after the massage portion make up for it. :-) (I hear Trina is great at acrylics too!) This place is very inexpensive considering the service you get and they have the new spa chairs with the back rollers and arse massager. A caveat is their polish selection. Pretty sparse unless you want red or neon. I always bring my own so that doesn't bother me. Go get a pedi from Tracy or Trina and you'll never go to anyone else again. This review is for Trina -- she is AWESOME at cutting and styling men's hair! I've been to several barber shops and have left looking like someone took a lawn mower to 1/4 of my head...here, she gets it right every time. I've seen other guys get haircuts here as well, and one time there was a lady getting a pedicure who made the same comment I did about how Trina is really good at cutting men's hair. I have a pretty simple haircut, so if you want something super complicated or crazy, I can't speak for that. But I've never left disappointed. Just a note -- they get super busy sometimes, especially on weekends, so I would call ahead and make an appointment. (Mostly, I call just to make sure she is working the day that I need a haircut.) Also, there is a $1.00 charge for using your card, BUT you can tip using your card!! They have a slot for the tip -- so you don't have to feel bad about not tipping bc you didn't bring cash. read more

I went to get a gel pedicure on my birthday. The lady cut me 3 times and my toes were bleeding so bad she had to put super glue on them after they bled for 10 minutes. Every time she cut me with the nail clippers her response was "oops". I was about to say forget this and just leave but I decided to give this lady one more chance. She did a gel manicure and it looks like crap. It looks like regular nail polish and there is nail polish all over my skin on the sides of my toe nail. She didn't even bother to clean it up a little bit. I will never go back not only do 3 of my toes now have cuts on them (which I've had to clean and put bactine and neosporin on) but my nails look like crap. All for 38 bucks. I was searching for a new nail salon and came here, big mistake. Rude service, rough and short with me and was made to feel very uncomfortable. The salon itself is nice, a little stuffy but looked clean. She was rushing the entire time pulling my fingers and bending them in painful angles. All I could think of was telling her to stop and just leaving but I had a graduation to go to and needed them done. I got a full set with regular polish that I had brought in, which she didn't seem happy I did not want gel. The price was not bad but for the service I received it was way over priced. If you're looking for a salon that greets you with a friendly smile, this is not the place for you. The lady at the front almost seems irritated when customers come in to the shop. That being said, they are fast and the quality is decent. A good place to go of you're in a pinch and need to get in and out. Not a good place if you're wanting a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
