I'm not sure what's up with these reviews but I went in today and seriously the best experience I've ever had and I'm a little picky but they did exactly what I wanted from making the color they didn't have to getting my frenchies thin and clean , great combos and so appreciative of the girl who helped me I wish people gave them more of a break they really do their best so thank you found a nail home I live my nails so so much !!!

I could've done a better manure and pedicure. Polished looked bubbly and uneven color. Cuticles were also terribly cleaned.

Never coming here again. The service is awful even if you make an appointment which I had at 10am with Katherine. The same lady who did my appointment two weeks ago. I waited 15 minutes thinking I was the next one and the owner told her to take someone else sitting next to me, that mad me feel stupid, Seriously. So I would have to wait an hour to see her. Then the gel coat peels off in a week. 2 major things and thats enough for me. I'm not paying for any services from here again.

I really was giving this place a chance, despite the reviews. But unfortunately, as of 8/10/22, I'm now adding to those reviews. To start, the technician used a what appeared to be "clean but stained" towel and that should of been the red flag for me but I decided to overlook it. A white towel with old blood stain (photo for reference.) I went for a gel pedicure and the lady cut me a few times, although there was minimal blood, I knew this wasn't going to end well. The next day, I wake up with what appears to be a infection. In my whole time of getting manis/pedis, not once have I gotten a infection, so it was pretty upsetting to say the least. Be warned.

I got a pedicure yesterday. I looked at the prices and it said 35+ I asked what is the exact price she told me $35. The lady did a good job. However when it was time to pay, they were trying to charge me $38 because it was a product supple fee so just be aware they will add on additional charges. So make sure you get exact price before you start any service. read more

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE! I usually only get a pedicure here, but I decided to give them a try for a regular acrylic fill. Not only did she cut my cuticles twice but she proceeded to say it's because my cuticles were to short. I've always gotten my nails done and never has the nail tech cut me. She left my fingers covered in acrylic. Didn't let me wash my hand until the end. Even when I asked she said no. That's what I get for switching nail salons. Terrible service. I hate to write a bad review but this spot is horrible. I'm not sure how this place is still running or passing safety checks. This place has roaches everywhere. The tools they use are never cleaned properly. I've gotten a serious toe infection on 3 toes after receiving a pedicure service here, and had to get surgery done. If you care about your health do NOT come here. read more

Terrible service , I had called prior to coming in to make sure there was availability and I wouldn't have to wait , the said yes come in we have chair for you . I came in within 10 minutes and I wasn't greeted in and I sat there for 35 minutes without being talked to or helped . After reading reviews I got up and left knowing I'd be better off somewhere else , do not waste your time coming here !! read more

The last time I've went the lady dug into both of my big toes for ingrowns that I didn't have prior, and shortly after (dif day) both of my big toes got bad ingrowns that escalated to puss and infection, yeah it was not a good time. read more

I usually have issues with my acrylic nails lifting when I get them done because of my nail shape, but mine have been on for multiple weeks with no lift! Do not recommend this nail salon. After appointment time had to wait another additional 30 if minutes to get my services two days later my nails are popping off. I go back in and tell them that they're popping off and I just had them done. They told me there's nothing they can do about it, but they're too busy, they're too busy to fix their work, but not too busy to take my money. read more

Save your self from coming here. The ladies are so rude and argue with you about a nail shape and when you correct them they try to hurt you on purpose. I work in sales and I'm not saying that customers are always right but when you pay for The service to be done then you wanted to be done correctly. You don't wanna be yelled by a technician when you're not even raising your voice i could've got crazy but I chose not to lower my standards and fuck a bitch up. I really wanted to like this place because it's really close to my house however I ended up getting the sloppiest gel manicure I've ever gotten. The gel is on my cuticle, super crooked and lumpy! AND they charged me 35$ for such a crappy job. On top of that they are super moody when you walk in like you're an inconvenience to them for walking in. The lady that did my pedicure did a decent job that's why I'm leaving 2 stars. read more

Let me just say I have been going to Jennifer for over 15 years, she is the best ! The shop is always clean and all the ladies there are great at what they do ! Kathy and Trina are nice ladies that do a great job too. Jennifer is my go to and always does my nails exactly the way I like them. $35 for a gel manicure! The girl next to me got full set of acrylics and she paid 38. It's ridiculous. First chair, I think she's the owner, not gentle at all. I had to push my glasses back because they were almost off my face and she told me not to touch them. Find a better place to spend your money. read more

2nd time here and so far the experience was pretty good. One thing though, they aren't punctual (that's why 4/5). Other then that the lady that sat 3rd seat from the counter was amazing. Nails are smooth, beautifully shaped, careful around my cuticles. Prices are good $35 for my fill, 4 nails with rhinestones, and gel polish. read more

It was my first time here and I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I really liked this place and had a great experience. Trina did my nails and she was awesome. The pricing was really good too, $26 total for nails and toes. I came right when they opened so there was no wait, however, about 15 minutes after they opened all the chairs were full and the wait was an hour! So book an appointment ahead! My husband and I went to the salon this afternoon. My husband is wearing a walking boot because he's waiting for foot surgery, I didn't get her name but manicurist was very rough with his foot and he told her to be careful with his foot several times because its very painful. We have always paid $17 each for the pedicure and now they say it's $ 20 for men. I'm not sure why men's pedicures are more expensive than women's , no nail polish involved in my husbands pedicure and he had no other services done . Very disappointed how my husband was treated, he said never again. Bye bye. read more

My friend and I both got pedicures yesterday. We both woke up with infections. My friend was nearly in tears during the pedicure bc of how rough the lady was with her toes. When I called to tell them about our infections, she told me there was no way I could have gotten one in one single day. We both have one. Please explain that. Don't waste your money. read more

I gave this place four stars for a couple reasons. One, you will have to wait! Even if you have an appointment. Which is fine with me because every nail salon I've gone to I have had to wait anyways. Two, the place is pretty small. They only have about 7 chairs to sit if you are waiting, not very comfy might I add. BUT. Tiffanie does an amazing job! I've only have gotten my nails done with her about 4 times I believe. Amd I've gotten my toes with her sister which did an amazing job as well. Tiffanies attention to detail and making sure they are exactly what you want. She is AMAZING!! read more

If you ever plan on leaving your elderly love one alone while you run errands, this is not the place! I walked in to my mom being yelled at because she couldn't pick a color fast enough. The male employee barely communicated with her throughout the appointment. Rather than politely asking her to reposition her hands, he repeatedly slapped them into place. I find that completely unprofessional and inappropriate, and had I known in the moment I would've walked out then and there. The nails took only about 30 minutes, and the turnout was very poor. The nails were noticeably crooked, lifting immediately, and had excess glue left around them. After waiting over two hours for sloppy work and spending $100, there is no justification for the high price to begin with. Very disappointing that there is such an awful salon in our new and developing shopping center. Believe all the poor reviews, don't waste your time or money.

I have been going to this nail salon for quite sometime and had been happy with my mail lady However one day I didn't like the color and glitter that she used and I told her , she became so rude And upset that it was unbelievable ! She started speaking In her language well shouting that I was really embarrassed because she wouldn't stop and all the customers and other nail technicians were starvations me . I was like wow after so long I told her to please stop . That I was paying her for a service and I had the right to change the color . She just said ok ok and I was polite about it . She has always done my hair exactly as I wanted it done. I have moved around a lot, but I grew up in Corona so I always come back (now my family and I live here once more). I say that because I've been to many salons looking for that stylist who will put your vision to life. From Italy (truth) to San Antonio, to San Diego, to Pittsburgh and back to Corona... nobody has done as great of a job as she has. And at such a reasonable price! I haven't had a mani or pedi here yet but I thought it important to share that you won't find spa massage chairs at this location. You'll find a quality mani/pedi experience though without the discomfort of being talked about in a foreign language (although I like to pretend that doesn't actually happen). Now she's trying to get away with putting the wrong color on my toes ..... what the heck. It's now been 2 hours and my pedicure is still not complete. I came here excited that a salon opened this early and figured I could get in a get going with the things I need to do today. I might as well have waited for the other salons that open at 9. This is a long one, so I…read morereceived a 10% off coupon for my birthday which was perfect because I had a wedding to attend so I needed a pedicure, I have been here many times I've never had this experience as they have always been very friendly and on point with their services so it was never a question about where I was going to go. I went it and wasn't greeted I stood there for a bit before they approached me, I asked for pedicure I was sat down and I told them the service I wanted which was the CBD one which is about $88 with card which is the one I always get because they do hot stones, a 20 minute foot massage and scrubbing with hot wax. At first everything was going well until it came to the foot scrub, the lady only scrubbed the bottom of my feet I thought she was guna do the top last so I waited she then proceeded to drain the water so I told her she had forgotten to scrub my toes and top of the feet so she went back and quickly did it still leaving dead skin on, she moved on to the other services I told her I wanted a French tip. I sat there and let her do her thing she then began rubbing my feet which was horrible there was zero effort very lightly more as caressing rather then a massage, she then went on to the hot stones which she rubbed once on each side of my leg then put them away. She didn't finish the 20 minutes before she stopped and started drying off my legs with a towel. When everything was finished I looked and my toes were completely wrong the French tip was different, a piece of my nail was sticking out, the gel was bumpy. I went to the front to pay for the service and they asked me how it went I said I was unsatisfied with the way they came out I showed the polish and the piece of my nail that was sticking out. At first the lady up front tried to fix it but still wasn't able to I however had to leave because I was heading out of town which I said I had to go. She then told the lady who did my nails and comes back saying the lady told her I had a chip in my nail which is why the polish shape was off, she asked me if that was true as if I was lying about something or it was my fault. I paid and left they had texted me to which I left a review fully explaining what had happened. They then blew up my phone which I was at wedding, I then received a text which I posted below stating I could go in for a redo or get a refund, I declined the service because I had already gotten my nails redone when I went out of town so I asked for a refund. They then tried to offer me a $43 voucher to which I declined and then again asked for a refund, they then offered me a $43 dollar refund however they were also taking off the full 10% which only was going to be a $38 refund. I said no that was unacceptable as I was only getting a partial refund so adding the full 10% off was not okay. They then stated that was their policy. At this point I was done with the conversation as they were being rude and blaming me. I then let them know I would just be contacting my bank to dispute it through them. They then told me to go ahead and that the bank would contact them and they would let them know my services. I did not respond at that point then I received another message saying that the boss would not be arguing with me over 10% and that I could come in and get my $43 via cash. Again I did not respond. My services were $90 and the level of disrespect is so disheartening. I've come here many times I've spoke nothing less than highly of them and the treatment I have received over this. I will never be coming back here. They are nice people until something is done wrong then they flip and start being so rude and blaming the customer.
