I booked a pedicure online directly through the salon's website with a friend and followed all of…read morethe instructions provided during booking. The website specifically stated that we would receive a separate text message confirming the appointment; which we did. Photo attached. When we arrived for our 6:30 PM appointment, we were told that the text message did not actually mean the appointment was confirmed and that appointments are only considered valid if the salon personally calls you afterward. Because of this, we were told we would need to wait until around 7:00-7:15 PM to be seen because they were too busy. Not only was the booking system misleading and disorganized, but the staff was also dismissive and unapologetic about the situation. There was no accountability for the confusion, despite their own system sending a confirmation text. If online bookings and confirmation texts do not actually secure appointments, that needs to be clearly communicated before customers waste their time driving there and rearranging their schedules. Otherwise, there is no point in offering online booking at all.

I didn't catch her name, but she did wonderful work. The salon was clean and relaxing. I appreciated the privacy wall in the waiting area so clients aren't staring at you. Pricing: Duo pedicure: $40 Manicure: $20 Gel: $15 (gel upcharge) Tipping: I tipped $20 because the massage was excellent. I did notice the night-shift cleaner arrive during my visit, which gave a nice sense of ongoing cleanliness. Overall I have no major negatives and plan to return. Original review: After researching nail salons for a couple of weeks, I decided to book with The Nail Salon. I scheduled my appointment through text and was asked to send a $20 deposit through Zelle, which I did during our conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn't actually have one scheduled. I showed the text messages and proof of the deposit transaction. She explained that because I didn't specifically tell her the payment had been sent, she didn't realize the deposit was from me and never added me to the schedule. At that point, I probably should have left, but since they weren't busy and I had already paid the deposit, I decided to continue with the appointment. The pedicure was honestly very relaxing, and the massage portion was excellent. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was much different. I requested a full set, showed a couple of inspiration photos, and trusted the tech to choose the best products. During the application process, I noticed the nails were crooked and mentioned it. I was told they would be fixed, but the final result still looked uneven and nothing like the inspiration photos. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that multiple times during the manicure, the misunderstanding about the appointment was brought up and framed as entirely my fault, with no acknowledgment of the communication issue on both sides. I'm admittedly not someone who likes confrontation, so after bringing up the crooked nails once, I stayed quiet, paid, tipped, and left. I left disappointed because I had really hoped to find a salon I could return to regularly. The pedicure itself was great, but between the appointment confusion, the interaction during the service, and the quality of the manicure, I unfortunately won't be returning. I'll now need to pay another nail tech to correct the set.
