"Yes come in" got there, Waited with my feet soaking for 20 minutes along with another customer that arrived at the same time as me as there was only the 1 worker there already with a client. 2 other workers strolled in and took their time getting to us. Finally got started and no more than 10 minutes in did my lady start trading shoes with another worker and joking around and left me waiting another 10 minutes for her and the other worker to be done goofing off. Noticed I was upset so then she comes back. She made me bleed and their "callus remover" service is just scrubbing your feet with water. They used no callus remover product that I get at every other salon I've ever been to. The massage was minimal effort and again kept stopping to talk to other workers. Now she's trying to get away with putting the wrong color on my toes ..... what the heck. It's now been 2 hours and my pedicure is still not complete. I came here excited that a salon opened this early and figured I could get in a get going with the things I need to do today. I might as well have waited for the other salons that open at 9. At least I would have gotten what I will unfortunately be paying for. I will definitely not be back. Lesson learned with this place !

I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you.

She told me it was +15 for french tip even though I didn't do each finger. Then another +$15 for design but since it was all of my fingers it was +$35. It seems excessive considering the line work isn't even clean. I was cut multiple times. They look like press-ons to me. They also charge like $4 to use card? Payed $119 for the mani. If you get basic work done I think pricing is ok. Overall just not the salon for me. I don't mind high cost if it's worth it but will not be returning because the quality does not match the price. Altogether my total was $192. They also bribe for reviews, you get a free cuticle oil, so I wouldn't trust their reviews either.
