Found this coffee shop near the kid museum, went to Arizona for a conference brought along family and friends, and we found this coffee shop. It's very catchy, but not great for kids. In fact it's connected to a dorm like facility for University of Arizona students etc. and unfortunately or fortunately for them they all come down to study and have coffee there and they treated quite a bit like a library. How much noise and people start looking at you funny :-( Good selection of coffee's there I had an Americano. They also have a few breakfast foods but their muffins are in definitely incredible. Especially their blueberry oatmeal was muy muy Delicioso read more

Stopped in after Phoenix Convention Center, most excellent coffee & fresh food creations. The staff was amazing and so friendly, lots of seating, highly recommend if you're in the area read more

Strange coffee place. The baristas are not kind, the coffee was bad, and the decor is a random hodge podge. Go across the street to Xanadu, or even better go to Futuro! read more

Politeness of the staff is 5 star, both gals working were super sweet. Everything else not so much. Out of bagels, out of jam and the Cubano is biter as hell. I knew better than to order a cubano outside of Miami. Just wasted $10. Ugggh read more

Fillmore Coffee Coy is definitely our favourite by a long shot!! The coffee, food, staff and ambience work well together as with the greeting you get walking in the door, setting you up for an enjoyable experience. It really is a great place to chill out and enjoy some time with yourself and your friends. An amazing variety of cold brew, filtered and expresso (my favourite) coffees and teas are available. Do yourself a favour and checkout Tristan, Mike and their great team - you wont be disappointed. read more

Really good coffee! Came here between classes at ASU to study and have lunch, and I'm happy with both the food and my drink. It's really nice and cozy in here, with houseplants and tons of local artists' work hanging on the walls for sale. As an artist who sells pieces on the side, I really appreciate that. Only bad thing was the gnats. Usually I don't care if there are one or two flies; they might get in through the doors, things happen. But there were tons of gnats to the point where I had to constantly bat them away from my food and my coffee the whole time I was there. Not super fun. Maybe it's the summer heat bringing the bugs in, an infestation in the houseplants, or maybe the corner I was in was just bad, but hopefully that's a one-off thing. Otherwise great place, will probably come again (but maybe for takeout ) read more

Just happened to stumble across this place on our road trip back to Cali. Was greeted immediately walking into the shop. The employees were kind and courteous helping us decide on items off the menu. They even helped us with some hot water to warm a baby bottle for our 6 month old. Coffee was excellent had a honey hazelnut latte and a flat white. Atmosphere was great. Very open, comfortable and inviting. Only wish we had more time to spend there. read more

Stopped in after an unsuccessful visit to the Phoenix flea market haha. This was the perfect place to escape to! Cute, not busy, fast service. I was excited to see their list of iced teas, there were quite a few that interested me! I ended up getting the red mango, which was risky because sometimes I'm picky about fruit teas. Luckily it was so amazing. Probably one of the best fruity iced teas I've had. My sister got an almond milk chai latte. I tried it and it was good, it had the perfect amount of cinnamon, yum. read more

Cool spot close to the convention center to grab a good coffee and snack. I had the pumpkin pie latte because 'tis the season! It was great. I also enjoyed the acai bowl, but it was huge! I couldn't finish it all. It was just what I needed to get the day started right. Love that this place has lots of windows to look out and daydream. Very nice spot for coffee with great service. read more

Woah. AMAZEBALLS! I'm a Cali native and was fortunate enough to encounter Fillmore Coffee. I had the orange juice, Pesto grilled chicken panini and the Chai Latte. Here are some highlights: - CHAI latte delicious. It tasted like Autumn in a cup. Undoubtedly, the GREATEST most delicious chai latte I have EVER had. - the orange juice was freshly squeezed - the location was super hipster. White walls and green plants aesthetics. It even had a chess board. Can't wait to learn only to go back to Fillmore to play chess while sipping on a Chai latte! - it was decorated with the classic Phoenix desert cacti - the panini chicken pesto was so moist and well seasoned (i had it without Chutney) I only wish I could have taken Fillmore Coffee back home with me. read more

Came here for breakfast because it was close to our hotel and the convention center where we are playing in a volleyball festival. My friends and I were taking a lunch break from lab and we decided to get a coffee. Firstly, this coffee spot is actually a delicious pastry and açaí bowl secret spot as well! Secondly, their chai is BOMB! I got a dirty chai and was in love! Thirdly, our barista was THE BEST!! His name is Cass and we all loved him. He knows what he's doing, which is a plus because I've had some awful cups of coffees before. Plus, Cass has really cool hair that all of us girls approved of. Anyway, great experience. 5 out of 5 would recommend. read more

We decided to try a local coffee shop while we were in town, instead of sticking to a chain like Starbucks. Fillmore has cool vibes & looks like a nice place to just hangout and get some work done. This place is amazing!!! Mike and his business partner have done a great job. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this coffee shop. The coffee is outstanding, they have free wifi with lots of seating and outlets, cozy couches, outdoor seating, great food and pastries (I got the blueberry scone which was amazing), and an overall chill/cozy atmosphere. Plus, they have games and are dog friendly! Everything is just so cute, even the little touches like the dinosaur and dog shaped pepper and salt shakes. Come check this place out! Spacious coffee house with homey decor and pathos overhead. The Brekkie Scramble was delicious with buttery sourdough. The chai latte was creamy and the honey lavender latte was light and sweet. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the recommendations. There's a bunch of old school games to play with by the front couch area. Highly recommend this place to just chill and do some work if you don't mind the soft music background. read more

A cute place to stop by, cool that it's Australian based. Soon as I saw "brekkie" on the menu it was clear. My friend got a breakfast sandwich and said it was very tasty. I got the avocado toast and wasnt completely satisfied. And maybe that's on me for ordering something with goat cheese when I don't love goat cheese. Granted, I do think there is a better fit of cheese for this snack but I won't tell the place how to do their thing! I do appreciate that it wasn't just one piece of toast, instead it was 4. The coffee was great too! Go support the place. read more

Delightfull breakfast at Filmore Coffee. Located north of Arizona Center. Had their Burro which was excellent. Scrabmbled eggs, bacon, goat cheese, tomato, jalapeno chutney and fresh spinich. I consider myself somewhat of an açaí bowl connoisseur and if I find a spot with one on their menu I always order it. It's my litmus test for any coffee shop, restaurant, etc. and often determines if I'll be back. Fillmore Coffee's açaí bowl is EXCELLENT. It had great açaí and other berry flavor, wasn't too icy, and was piled high with toppings (strawberries, bananas, chia seeds, agave syrup, and granola) enough to last until the very last bite! I also ordered an iced dirty chai with almond milk which was great, but I prefer mine a bit more spicy. The prominent flavor of this particular chai was cinnamon, so if that's what you like, then this chai is right for you. Overall I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back! read more

I had the best experience at Fillmore Coffee shop. The environment was great! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and the aesthetics of this place are on point. The art they display is very appealing, the plants they have around the shop are a nice touch and the music they play is very chill. You could definitely come in and simply enjoy a cup of coffee or just get some homework done here. They offer a wide variety of options if you are hungry or if you just want something to munch on. I got the açaí bowl, and let me tell you it was one of the best açaí bowls I've had ever! It was delicious! I also got the Mexican coffee and that was good too! Definitely recommend this place if your in downtown PHX. read more

So many choices! From coffee to pastries! Even if you're wanting to lunch there's food too! I was finally able to try an affogato and it was pretty good! The vanilla sweetened the espresso ever so slightly, but I have to say their chai was the main star though! It was perfection. The location is a little weird and hidden but if you want good coffee you'll find this awesome gem. Their decor is so cool and trendy! There's definitely plenty of local art work hanging. And the plants!!! I just wanted to take all of them home! Anyway long story short it was a good experience I will definitely be back for some more chai! Haha read more

From LA but currently in Phoenix this weekend for a wedding, my wife, brother and I ventured into Fillmore Coffee yesterday, based on the stellar reviews and must say that it didn't disappoint! The coffee was great and the food was awesome (Mexican Mocha and Brekkie Scramble were "gotta haves!") but the stand-out, was the service. When there was a minor mix-up with the food order (no fault of the staff) both Drew and Collin immediately stepped-up to fix things, in a polite, respectful and professional manner. I gotta say that great coffee and food is one thing, but an excellent, professional staff isn't always easy to find. Kudos to these folks behind the counter (all of them) because they made an already good meal absolutely exceptional!! Wish I had more stars after five!! read more

On a recent visit, used my trusty Yelp to find nearby coffee shops and this place was nearby (among others). I don't know why I was surprised to see it part of a larger building complex but it was still a cozy spot. Lots of areas to sit, whether alone, or with larger groups. LOVED the outlets with USB ports. Wish that was more prevalent in Philly. Tried the vanilla caramel latte which was delicious.....went back the next day for it! Cool spot for coffee and hanging out. read more

Great shop near my hotel in Phoenix. Loved the artwork and all the games. And a comfy couch to enjoy my mocha on a cold morning.

Came here for the first time this week and absolutely loved it! Coffee and tea were both superb (we had a pumpkin tea latte and the pumpkin black tea), service was friendly, and there's a large selection of food in case you get hungry. I also really like the free water. I know, it's goofy, but there was a large pot of water containing oranges and mint that was super refreshing. Chairs were comfortable, with a big range of seating choices (we went for some upright high-tops, but there are some cozy couches in the back with a good-looking board game selection). Even better, a lot of the people in the apartment complex upstairs seem to come by when they're headed out to walk their dogs, so you get to say hi to a lot of super cute puppers while you work. 5/5, will be back. read more

In the downtown Phoenix area around ASU, Fillmore Coffee is by far my favorite coffee shop. It might even be my favorite coffee shop that I have tried in Phoenix/Scottsdale for the following reasons: 1. The cold brew is great! It doesn't have the super acidic taste. It is smooth, full of coffee flavor, and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. 2. Breakfast options are good, and the cinnamon roll is awesome. 3. DOG FRIENDLY. I have a stressful job so it's so nice to just see a dog chilling in the morning with its person. It reminds me not to be so stressed either! 4. Baristas are friendly and there is a plenty of varied seating options, from your standard tables, to counter seating, to high tops. read more

Barrister was very nice, received coffee with a smile. Liked my cold brew and hubs latte, plus I bought several pastries. This is such a great coffee shop! Very spacious to sit and do some work. Super friendly staff, very welcoming. I was in town visiting, but could see most of the customers who came in were regulars who had great rapport with the employees. The brekkie scramble was SO flavorful, I ate the whole thing! Many things on the menu include goat cheese :) wide coffee selection, staff was very knowledgeable on this end as well. read more

Five stars for the baristas who were friendly and lovely as can be and the ambiance is awesome! Zero stars for the coffee itself which was Terrible. Legit undrinkable. My cappuccino was oversteamed with a dollop of foam on top and the espresso was clearly over roasted (I love dark coffee so used to a bit of bitterness, these beans were terrible). My partner's vanilla latte tasted like a powder blend from the gas station, both the flavor and how weirdly watery it was. Maybe the good reviews are all for the food and ambiance? We Loooove all kinds of coffee but this was one we threw out after a couple sips :/ read more
