Jesus responded fairly quickly to a request to have a fallen tree removed and another birch tree that needed to be brought down that wasn't healthy. Fidel came afterwards with their wood chipper and cleared away the trimmings. I appreciated the thoroughness to clean my yard of the debris and their professionalism. Definitely will recommend to others and will request their expertise in the future. read more

I requested for quote to remove 4 Jupiter bush stumps. Fidel send me a timely response and reasonable price. Their crews started working on the project within 3 hours after I send the request. We are very happy with their performance and timely response. Thanks read more

I would give them 5 stars for the work they completed, but would give them 1 star for their response/follow up, so this is the average. They were referred by neighbors who were having work done. I called, texted and used the YELP app to try to reach them When they finally responded they were able to perform the work the next day. I agreed to their estimate for additional work and they said they would return on Monday, 2/21/22 right after they did another neighbor's job. I saw them at the neighbor's house on said day but they never came by to do my job. I have reached out to them several times with no luck. read more

We got three estimates and they were all very close in price, but we went with MC tree experts because Mark was quick to respond. The guys came out to cut a huge pine tree. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. They checked with us as long the way to make sure we didn't have any questions. We will definitely use them again! read more

I contacted Fidel's Tree Experts for a large trimming and cleanup job. The price was competitive and the work was superb. The workers paid attention to detail, were efficient and helpful. The job was done perfectly and everything was cleaned up meticulously. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. This has been the best experience ever with landscaping, trimming, and cleanup. read more

We need a tree removed and two large stumps removed ASAP. Jesus and Mr. Fidel contacted me and made a quick visit to our home after a long day at work. He was great communicating with me and detailing the process and work entailed. He was able to schedule our project 2 days later on a Sunday! We are so grateful he helped us out in a time crunch and at a reasonable quote. No rush fees! I will definitely work with them again and refer them to others. I also found them trust worthy and honest when reviewing another upcoming project we will have in the near future regarding a large Ash tree. read more

MC tree responded quickly and did the job well. I have a few dying tall italian cypress and plam trees that I want to remove asap. They gave the quote and came the next day. They couldn't finish the same day b/c the truck was full, but they cleaned up nicely and came the second day to finish it up. The communication was fast and accurate. Next time I have tree troubles they'll be the first one I call. read more

I requested bids from several tree services for tree trimming and the shaping of 12 trees. I accepted Fidel's very reasonable bid and his team showed up as scheduled, and worked diligently until the job was completed. They went above and beyond to ensure the trees were trimmed, nicely shaped and that everything was cleaned up before leaving and the yard was secured! I highly recommend them-honest, hard working & dependable. read more

Mark and the crew were very accommodating and professional, and they delivered high-quality results. They helped me remove several big, tall, but dying trees in my yard and grind the roots. They cleaned up everything nicely. They were even kind enough to cut a stomp in the shape I hoped for. The crew was very friendly and worked efficiently. Best tree service I've received. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Monte Cielo Landscape Tree Service! Fidel and Mark were quick to respond to my inquiry, listened to what I had in mind, gave good suggestions about the project, and made a reasonable and fair offer. Paul and his crew were quick, efficient and thorough. They dispatched a large pine on an upslope and a dying cherry, and cleared troublesome oleanders and overgrown rosemarys. I appreciate Mark's follow up check in. The backyard looks great! read more

I called the (714) 589-1349 number and spoke to Jesus. He came the same day to look at our job, three very large eucalyptus trees. He provided a verbal quote, on the spot. I asked if he would provide the quote in writing, and he quickly responded by e-mail with the same quoted price in writing. I was happy with the quote as it was cheaper than the other quotes I had received. I asked for a copy of their insurance and business license, and again quickly received copies via e-mail. A neighbor had used these guys and had also dealt with Jesus. He was very happy with the job they did, so I decided these were the people for our job. They scheduled to begin the work on 1/10/2022 and estimated it would take 4-5 days. They never showed up. I have called and e-mailed over 10 times since their no show and in contrast to the quick responses I had previously received, I have had no response. I have no idea what happened. I have never written a YELP review before, but I thought this may be a way to get a response. Jesus, you have my phone number and e-mail so please contact me so we can discuss what happened. I would still like for your team to do our project and we have a few more projects on our block that I could facilitate. If you no longer want to do the job, then please let me know why. I would like to have closure on this, and I will update this review and improve the stars if you contact me so we can discuss. I look forward to hearing from you. read more

I had to get the lemon tree in my backyard pruned. Mark and his team were great - very professional and friendly, prompt to respond to my query, and were on time to do the job. Estimate was close to others. They completed the work in about an hour, made sure I was happy with the work, and cleaned up very nicely. They noticed a small stump in the yard and removed it for no additional cost. I will definitely call them again if needed. read more

We were very happy with Fidel's Tree Service. Getting the free estimate and scheduling the job was seamless. They removed a dead tree and trimmed back several others around our house. It was obvious they had a lot of experience. The team was professional and finished the job in one day, as promised. Jesus did a final walk-through with us to ensure satisfaction before we paid them. I would definitely hire them again! read more

What can we say? This is the best, most professional, hard-working and efficient tree team we have ever worked with or seen. Jesus was amazing as a estimator and as a project manager. The on-site team was perfect - they cut down 9 HUGE and dangerous eucalyptus trees which were so large and fire hazards. They also performed stump grinding all over the property. They were EXCELLENT with everything they did, even though the work was performed in a rather difficult neighborhood. They finished the job on time and completely within budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Book them today - you will not be disappointed. read more

I requested tree trimming service and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Good price, quality service, the team went extra mile to complete the work on time. From time to time communication could have been better, but it was all compensated by the great results. read more

Mc tree did a great job removing our palm tree in our backyard. Price is reasonable and crew members are polite. They got the job done fast and left our place clean. highly recommended! read more

Both my neighbor and I agree that MC team did a great Jon in trimming a tree at our borderline. They came in personally to agree on scope of work twice as our plan changed. They provided accurate estimate of amount of work needed (man, hours). They accommodated our minor special request out of the plan. They cleaned up the areas in a late afternoon at a level much better than my expectations. They were awarded additional work in my neighbor's yard later. read more

O.M.G. MONTE CIELO TREE SERVICE is awesome. They first left a card at our doorstep. My husband called them to make an appointment to see what they would charge for trimming two very high King palms in our front yard. They said they would contact us the next day. However, we left to go to Cost-co for about an hour. Unfortunately they came while we were gone. The next day they were at our door again. As a GENERAL NOTE: There are so many companies that you never hear from again after they say they will return your call. But Monte Cielo Tree Service delivered. We hired them to do the job and they were excellent. They covered the drive-way so that no oil dripped on it. They used a truck that carries the worker on a hydraulic lifter to trim the palms that are at least 50' high. They cleaned up all the debris from the trees and they were extremely affordable. GOOD JOB MONTE CIELO TREE SERVICE. We tried to get ahold of the Monte Cielo Landscaping company to design our entire front yard but despite the fact we tried contacting them 3 times and they said they would come the next day, they never showed up. It appears that the Landscape company and the tree service are two separate entities. read more

We received service from MC tree experts. Very reliable and easy on wallet. Jesus and team were very professional, made sure to understand exactly the need and got the job nicely done. Thank you for your service!! read more

In the recent storm I had most of a 35 foot acacia tree fall filling my backyard and nestling against the fence on both sides and the house. MC Tree Experts responded quickly to my request for help offering a competitive bid among three other companies interested in the project. My decision to have them do the work was based on reviews and photos showing experience in working with tall trees in tight spaces. MC showed up on time, quickly cleared the yard of debris, and systematically removed the half of the tree that remained standing. It should be noted that the work was complicated by the need to carry all of the debris through a narrow door and the garage to the front of the house. I asked that they take on a small amount of additional work that they agreed to do at a reasonable price. Overall my experience was outstanding. You should seriously consider them for your tree trimming and removal needs. read more
