If you need tree services...stop right here! Choose this company. You will not regret it. I spoke to Jesus regarding quotes, scheduling and payment. He was responsive, friendly and professional. The work itself was great. We had them remove 2 trees (1 really big one and then a medium one) and they were done in 1 day - even with rain delaying plans for a bit. They also made sure that it was tidy afterwards. Recommended to my neighbor already. I've had really bad experiences in the past with people coming to my house to do jobs...I was very pleased with this experience. Ive had multiple tree people come to give us a quote. Some are really just rude and some wishy washy. Beginning to end - this company is top notch. And they have pride that they will do the best job. They need more 5 star reviews!!! read more

Although I didn't get to use their fabulous service, Mark and Fidel were super responsive in getting me set up for a quote and even offered to do a same day quote. If you would like speedy service I would definitely recommend MC trees :) read more

This is my second time using Fidel's. They did a great job on a few of our trees last year and we called them back out again over the weekend because some neighbors in the condos above us were complaining our trees were coming over the fence. The guys did an excellent job of removing every part of the trees that were overhanging the fence, and thinned out a couple of them as well. I contacted them on a Friday, they got back to me 20 minutes later, came out Saturday for an estimate, and the work was done on Monday. They are super responsive and very appreciative of business. Pricing is very affordable as well. We are very happy with them. read more

Very happy with the removal and trimming of my trees. Professional and quick response time on communication. Though they did show up a little late the job was done in a timely fashion besides some extra request I ask to do when they came to my home. I will use them again and I highly recommend their service. read more

Our big pine tree went down suddenly in a rainstorm during the week before Christmas, and it was dangling over the neighbor's house. We scrambled to get a tree removal service over quickly, and Fidel's guy Jesus was very responsive. His team -- accompanied by the owner -- showed up on Christmas Eve and they completed the job at a good price. read more

Mark was quick to respond and arrived the same day to provide an estimate in person. He was transparent and extremely kind. I told him I was still looking around for other quotes and he completely understood. After browsing around, I decided that Mark was the best person for the job, and we were able to schedule for the next morning. He arrived early and prompt with his team, and cut the tree within the timeframe he provided (just under 3 hours), super impressed by his professionalism. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Mark and team! read more

I needed a giant Blackwood acacia removed from private property ASAP! MC tree experts came through and provided a quick, competitive quote, scheduled the work for that same week, and completed the job with no supervision/oversight from me. We hired MC Tree Experts to trim and remove large branches from 2 elms which are probably almost 3 stories high. I was impressed how efficently they worked and how well they cleaned up afterwards. My yard and roof are cleaner than they were before they started! Jesus was very professional, responsive and gave me a very reasonable quote for the extensive work. He was very clear and communicated clearly the plan as we agreed to the crew. The trim itself took less time than we expected and their quote was accurate. I'm very happy with the work and would hire them again!!! read more

Look no further than MC tree experts. They are 100% satisfaction garunteed. I called them a few months out from my initial palm tree removal job since I still saw roots when renovating my yard and they came by within a few hours and fixed it ASAP same day. That type of garuntee and pride in the work from the owner and his team is hard to come by nowadays. They were the most affordable and reliable out of all the companies I contacted for sure. Thanks again Fidel and Jesus. read more

The team work hard , and the price fair, however the boss Fidel doesn't speak English, so I can only contact with the estimator jesus, he is very nice person to talk with, everything I requested always say ok, but when they do the job, things come differently. The team did half way of the job left to do somewhere else, I am ok with that, but I told jesus to come back finish the work on Saturday 14th that I can check how the work is done, I want to make sure they grinding the stumps deep enough, however they didn't come as the scheduled, they come the day when I'm not home, fine , they still not finish the work, I contact Jesus to make sure they come on Saturday morning, he said ok, but they didn't show up until 4pm, they didn't finish all the work but it's so dark already, of course they didn't do what as they promised to show me how deep of the tree stump grinding , they left, Jesus was promised to come back on the Tuesday to remove some of the stumps mulch away. But he never come back, and no response the text message They left my property very messy, no clean up. read more

Fidel's did a great job removing three trees and a large stump adjacent to a block wall. Would definitely use Fidel's again.

We have several cypress trees in our front and backyard that we needed to cut down on height. Fidel quoted us the most affordable price. It is fortunate Fidel can schedule the work on the same week. Watching Fidel made us realize that this is physically demanding and dangerous work. It takes strength and expertise to climb up and move from one tree to the next, juggling hand saw, pruner and several ropes, and in the heat of the midday sun. Fidel and team also collected the debris and left our yard clean. We highly recommend their services and we will definitely call them back again for future needs. read more

I called to have a large Chinese flame tree trimmed back to the "old cut" (i.e. all new growth removed back to main branch and trunk). Not only were they one of the lowest cost options, but they were available on the same day they provided the estimate. It is a very fast-growing tree so there was considerable foliage to remove. They removed all of it. I am happy with their work and plan to call them again. read more

Felipe was very professional and cordial and he communicated clearly throughout the job. Fidel's tree experts were responsive, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them for your tree needs. Thanks!

We had few fully grown trees in our property, which needed trimming and fixing. I created project in yelp to get quotes from different service companies. Fidel/his team responded back very quickly and came for free estimate visit the very next day. We explained our need and they shared their input and provided estimate which was very very competitive compared to other 2 quotes we received. They came between 8:30 - 9 AM on scheduled day . Fidel and team were exception in their craft and were also accommodated additional request made during the tree trimming process. Even though our original quote price increased due additional change we requested , we were happy that work was done with really good quality . They cleaned up our property and neighboring properties as well, since bunch of residues fell on other side of fence. All in all at the end of the day all the work was complete with full cleaning . I would definitely recommend Fidel and team any day to anyone. read more

Fidel's tree experts are great!! We were on the hunt for some help with our backyard and got quotes from several companies before deciding to go with them. They were really friendly, professional, and have competitive prices! They came by for a quote and came back the next day to take care of the yard. We had a couple of giant trees that needed to be trimmed back and they climbed the trees with ease to carefully remove the branches without damaging our Japanese maple tree below. They also helped remove several smaller trees and bushes. Before they left, they also helped clean the debris and our yard is looks so much better thanks to all their help! I was given a good estimate to have some trees removed and I wanted to move forward with them to have the job done. I was scheduled for the team to start the job at 8 AM and nobody showed up. I tried calling and texting multiple times and received no response. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND UNRELIABLE! Use another tree trimming service. Don't waste your time. read more

This is the best tree company in California! I have never met such responsible, professional tree experts in my life. They are efficient, clean, and very reliable. If you want a great price, you need to call these people! Not only are their prices, so competitively low, the work is awesome! I used them for my home and my rental. The neighbors and friends liked their work and used them too. I will put my stamp and high ratings on the family run company!!!!! Trust me, they are sooooo good and I got such a great deal. I called 6 other places and they were the cheapest. I am so happy with their work!!!! Thank you so much! These are the hardest working people so far! read more

Nice people and very reasonable price compared to 5+ other vendors that estimated. Well done on the job!

I was very impressed with the service received by MC Tree. They were prompt for estimate and tree removal times as scheduled. They were kind and took extra care to ensure my house was not harmed in the process of the stump removal. They alerted me to sprinklers lines intertwined in the roots which was very considerate. They removed a large birch tree from our front yard in one days time and removed all branches and debris. I would strongly recommend their services to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for your excellent skill and service. read more
