I hired Fernando to remove a stump from my front yard. When he was finished he told me if we found more roots he would come back and remove them. After spending hours shoveling dirt and debris from his work, we found numerous roots remaining. Despite several phone calls and texts over a two-month period, he has yet to come back and remove the remaining roots. Very disappointing. read more

Just hired Fernando and his team. He came up to Crestline just hours after I called yesterday for a free quote. His guys showed up before 9;00 a.m. this morning, as promised and got to work. My dead Sugar Pine was down and stacked in my yard (at least 30 feet away from the house) within an hour, my 3 other tall pines were trimmed above and beyond what was needed for insurance regulations. That was Fernando's idea so I wouldn't have so much maintenance and at no extra charge. His price was fantastic! The person gave me an estimate on removing 3 tree stumps. The price was good, so I scheduled an appointment the following week. The following week, there was some miscommunication, and they were a bit late. Once the team started, they finished removing 3 three stumps for me quickly. Best tree service ever! I called for a free estimate at noon on a Wednesday and by 3 pm I had hedge trimming and palm tree service scheduled the next day by 10 am. The crew started on time, and had everything I needed done knocked out in 3 and a half hours! I do have a fairly large hedge made up of different types of bushes and they tower over the south perimeter of my yard; it must be about 10 feet tall. Fernando and his team worked diligently and safely along the wall bordering my neighbors front and back yard. I asked if they could spare a rouge fig tree that made its home in the middle of my front hedge, and they obliged and I am glad for it.
