The palm fronds were left at base of the tree, and on my neighbors fence, and my outdoor lights were broken and ripped off the house. If I had not walked the work area and found the torn down lights, the ripped electric wire would have been live when the autotimer turned on in the evening. The hot wire could have electriculted my family or my dogs. The $100 comp to buy the $60 string of lights is not enough for me to remove and rehang the lights from second story and across the yard back to the palm tree in 100 degree weather, requiring me to carry a ladder to second story and out into the garden and at the palm tree. The supervisor offered to not charge service in compensation for the destroyed yard lights. He requested I remove this review and I refuse.

Because of their friendly attitude, affordable quote, and quality work, I will not hesitate to use this company again!

I live in a rural area have quite a few pepper trees on my property. If you have you trees then you…read moreknow what a beast they are and how quickly they grow and the leaves trail all the way to the ground. So I found myself in the position last week of being informed that my one of those trees of mine had branches to low into the street and that if not fixed I'd pay a fine. Sooo I asked around and a coworker of mine suggested this business. I consulted Yelp reviews and can't say I was 100% sold - they have both really good and really bad reviews. Buuuuut in the end I went with them because my coworker has used them for a decade and said they were fast, cleaned up well, and had good prices. My personal opinion? I can only base it on Pepper tree removal/trimming. Mosis team was very efficient, I can honestly say it was so fast that if you blinked you'd miss them. They roll up deep, I think I counted 10 people in their crew. Some are climbing trees, some are cutting, others cleaning, and a few throwing stuff in the wood chopper. It was wild. They 100% did exactly as I asked to the T and the price was very very good. They also were as clean as my coworker said with not even a twig left behind. I'm one happy customer and will not only use them again but actively recommend them as well.

Best and worst tree service experiences I've had We…read morefollowed a family members recommendation, and they'd used Mosi's twice and been very happy with the service. 2 years in a row we had our palm tree trimmed by Mosi's and we were happy with all of it, price and service and scheduling. Then we were trying to schedule during the 3rd year and the only time that worked was when we were out of town. I told them the house sitter could give them access etc, but we'd be in and out of signal so I'd need to pay them the next week when we were back home. This was all agreed upon and planned. During our trip, I get a message from the house sitter that the tree guys came. Then I get multiple texts and missed calls from Mosi's saying that they needed to be paid immediately, right now, that the tree service was complete and they wanted to be paid now and not the next week. It was weird and unpleasant, but we'd had good experiences with them before, and since I happened to have signal, I went ahead and paid them online. The next day I receive a photo message from the house sitter: Mosi's completely botched the job, the palm tree looked horrible. THAT was why they suddenly insisted on instant payment and changed the terms, because they'd ruined the job and saw a chance to get full payment before we were back to see how they'd ruined our front yard palm tree. Once we were back home, we tried to talk to them, and not only would they not give even a partial refund, they didn't offer to try to even out the trim for free. Instead they insisted on keeping the full payment and suggested a slight discount on a return-and-repair visit. We had a text conversation as well as 2 phone calls, and they were not the least apologetic or conciliatory. They acted like it was a normal hazard of the job, which, given that was the 8th time we'd had the tree trimmed the same way, with no earlier issues, doesn't ring true. We were so disappointed and upset, not just by the damaged tree but by how Mosi's acted afterward. It's damage that the tree can't ever out grow or heal, we'll just have to get a repair trim eventually done (by someone else of course!!!) to try to minimize how obviously it's damaged. The tree is alive and thriving still, thankfully, but every single time we pull into the driveway, we have to see our poor mangled tree, and it makes me feel sad and mad to remember how they acted and treated us.
