This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. After reaching out to your office, we were told the crew would arrive between 8am and 12pm. However, that window also passed with no sign of anyone, and our follow-up call went unanswered. Eventually, the crew arrived at 4:45pm and completed the trimming on all the trees--except our pear tree, which we didn't realize at the time. The crew left all the trimmings piled on our driveway and assured my husband that they would return at 8am on Saturday to remove the debris. Sadly, by 5:30pm on Saturday, no one had come by to take care of the mess, and since we hadn't received a return call to my husband's message on Friday, I decided to call from my phone, hoping you might recognize a new number and respond. I left a voicemail, and thankfully, you called me back promptly. During our conversation, I mentioned both the leftover trimmings and the untrimmed pear tree. Later, the owner texted to apologize for the inconvenience and said someone would be out on Sunday. I also asked for $50 off the total bill, given the hassle and the incomplete work on the pear tree, but never heard back regarding that request. I contacted Ramirez Landscaping sent them a video of the problem and they offered to come out right away giving me a quote over the phone. Daniel came out identified the problem, dug it up I gave him some assistance and he fixed the issue in about an hour sticking to the original quote. I couldn't be happier they really helped me out when I only had one day off before I return to work and didn't have the time to fix the issue myself.
