Since his team did such a great job, I had them come back for the other 4. They were able to do 2 in one day and the other 4 in another day. This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. It seems like he knows the area very well and has experience with home insurance as well so he was able to advice us what to do with the trees. They did such a great job with the first thing, that having them come back out for something else just made sense. Daniel stopped by our house to give us a quote to trim our grapefruit tree and remove a tree stump. After speaking with a few companies, we felt like Elene's was the best option. He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! Again, quick, efficient and job well done. Next we plan to work with them to trim our giant pine, and help us create a planter wall- two things that've been on our "list" for a long time. They wanted to do the job a day early without any prior notice and claimed to be working on a job two houses down from us, which turned out not to be true. They were overly insistent, even yelling at my brother over the fence in the back yard to get his attention, and it soon became apparent that they wanted to do our job a day early because they had booked a more lucrative job into the time slot that had originally been reserved for us. I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. I tried to reason with him, but he simply stopped responding to my texts. Why couldn't he have just been honest with us in the first place and told us that they had given our scheduled time slot to someone else and needed to reschedule instead of trying to saddle us with the lie that they happened to be in the neighborhood and working two houses down from us, which wasn't true? Their lame excuses, their bad behavior, and their total lack of professionalism are frankly mind boggling!

I did my homework and verified that their license and insurance was valid. I couldn't be happier with their work and the quoted price was better than received from others. They showed up right when they said they would. The team worked safely, efficiently, and cleaned up so well. The only suggestion I have is that the online quote request form should be removed from their website because I never received a response or contact from it. When I got no response, I received quotes from 3 others. But I really wanted a quote from Kevin's because they did work down the street from me recently and it looked like a legit operation. So I called, but the phone is never answered and the mailbox is full. The only way I was able to get in contact was to send a text message.
