I have been desperate to find a true arborist to help diagnose and treat Multiple sick trees. My…read moretrees could be dying and I needed help quickly. I had high hopes for this place. However, it's been 12 days since I initially contacted them for help and I only got an answer one one varietal of tree. I have no answers for the rest. When I initially called I spoke to Lupe, who was very helpful. She said they could do a free consultation online if I emailed them pictures and described what was going on. I did all that the next day. A couple days later she emailed me back with more questions from the arborist about one of my trees. I answered right away, and then I waited and sent several emails. After 8 days I finally heard back but I only got an answer for one tree! All my other trees are different. I emailed back asking about the other trees and Lupe said she would ask him. That was 3 days ago. She says he's busy but I can't understand why he would only answer me about one tree and not the others. They are bigger shade trees and a greater concern to me. At this point I guess I'm just going to ask Google or ChatGPT for advice and try treating them myself. I just don't get it. I am really disappointed. :(

This is a first-rate tree-trimming company. We have an enormous pine tree that belongs to our…read moreneighbor, which towers and extends over the corner of our property. The tree badly needed pruning, so we contacted Quality Tree Service based on word-of-mouth recommendations from our neighbors. As soon as I met Lambert, I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional with extensive knowledge. His price was extremely reasonable, and he agreed to do the work, but only after checking with the tree owner to let them know and get their approval. I also learned this from Lambert: when it comes to pruning large trees planted in a neighbor's yard, the correct thing to do is inform them of your plans and ensure everyone is on board. Lambert facilitated all communications, and once everything was set, his crew arrived at our property two days later. To say that we are impressed with their work is an understatement. You have to see the size of this tree to appreciate the job! They started around 7:30 am, and within a matter of an hour, members of Lambert's team could be seen high in the tree anchored by ropes, chainsaws, and tools clipped to their sides. You could barely make them out near the crown of the tree. The tree cutters worked seamlessly with ground-based crew members manning the ropes and clearing the cut branches. Within 4-5 hours, the crew neatly trimmed back the tree and meticulously cleaned all debris from our yard. They were communicative, polite, and highly professional from start to finish. You should look no further than Quality Tree Service. Lambert @ Quality Tree Service is the real deal, and you can rest assured knowing that your (or your neighbor's) tree will be professionally cared for and trimmed.
