They did such a great job with the first thing, that having them come back out for something else just made sense. Daniel stopped by our house to give us a quote to trim our grapefruit tree and remove a tree stump. After speaking with a few companies, we felt like Elene's was the best option. He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. I tried to reason with him, but he simply stopped responding to my texts. Why couldn't he have just been honest with us in the first place and told us that they had given our scheduled time slot to someone else and needed to reschedule instead of trying to saddle us with the lie that they happened to be in the neighborhood and working two houses down from us, which wasn't true?
