I had one guy come out for a quote who just glanced at the trees and gave me a suspiciously low quote without asking any questions. Timber Pros came out and asked me exactly what I was looking for, and they offered advice on air flow and shaping the trees. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good. We'll definitely be back for maintenance and touchups.

The palm fronds were left at base of the tree, and on my neighbors fence, and my outdoor lights were broken and ripped off the house. If I had not walked the work area and found the torn down lights, the ripped electric wire would have been live when the autotimer turned on in the evening. The hot wire could have electriculted my family or my dogs. The $100 comp to buy the $60 string of lights is not enough for me to remove and rehang the lights from second story and across the yard back to the palm tree in 100 degree weather, requiring me to carry a ladder to second story and out into the garden and at the palm tree. The supervisor offered to not charge service in compensation for the destroyed yard lights. He requested I remove this review and I refuse.

We scheduled the first visit and the crew came out and did a fantastic job on the backyard! It looked great! Then, about a month later, we reached out about scheduling the monthly maintenance. It seemed as though we may be a bother as it was difficult to schedule, then the crew suddenly showed up and took care of the yard. We can excuse some communication issues with good work. Then, then next time it came for the on-going maintenance we both reached out to Isidro and I M Landscaping Yelp messaging page (we initially found I M Landscaping on Yelp), and we heard absolutely nothing for going on a couple months now. I am not sure what happened to have I M Landscaping completely ghost us. I sincerely hope that Isidro is okay and nothing happened to him or the business. But, after I M Landscaping disappeared on us, we had no choice but to find a different company. After this experience, we could not recommend this company.
