I visited this center twice to attempt a return, the first time the retailer neglected to provide me a return label. The staff at FED Ex instructed me to return with a label and they could assist me. I returned the following day with the printed Label from the retailer. Typically other Fed Ex locations have provided me with a plastic envelope for free. Not this location, they wanted to charge me for a blank plastic envelope and would not offer a complimentary FEDEX one. I asked if I could reuse the original envelop, they declined. Don't get me wrong it was about the dollar they wanted to charge for a 30 cent plastic envelope. It was the fact that they did not disclose the charge in advance and did not offer any real solutions. Exteremely poor customer service and problem solving. I went to a differnet location and they not only provided me with a complimentary envelop for my shipment, but also offered and apology for the poor experience i had. read more

Amazing service! I had a presentation to deliver and needed to print out some documents for the meeting. I was flustered, but Kelvin was extremely helpful and patient with me. He walked me through the process of sending in the document to have it printed, and had the printouts in a manner of minutes. Very convenient location. Never busy and staff are always friendly and looking to help! Each time I come, I'm in and out in under 5 mins! Couple of things to note tho are that they only have 1 copy/print machine so you may have a wait if someone else is using it. Also, they aren't open on weekends so if you are expecting a package and have it held here, make sure you pick up during the weekday or you have to wait out the weekend. read more

Been here a couple of times. Always in and out in minutes. Very friendly staff. I wanted to ship using FedEx ground, and then was happy to ship it, when she took the effort to tell me that if I shipped in one of their standard fee boxes, it would be cheaper. So, I re-packaged it right there and saved about 2 dollars. And the package now went faster than FedEx ground. I know go here for print jobs as well! read more

USER BEWARE! If I could give less than one star I would. The delivery driver threw my packages from his truck in front of me, breaking the items insides. Assaulted my property manager, threatened to take all of my packages home with him, so I would never get them. Now that the companies that I ordered from have resent the packages the delivery driver keeps marking my packages as "No one is home, business is closed" they have done this for three days now. I have already filed a complaint with Fed Ex, Complaint # 0714-748-834. Clearly, the manager that I spoke to at Fed Ex has done nothing since the same driver keeps doing this. I have received other smaller packages from different Fed Ex drivers over the past three days. I have provided pictures of the damaged boxes, and my property manager has also filed a complaint, at this point the companies I ordered my supplies from are having to reach out to the managers of Fed Ex to see what they can do to get my packages delivered. Clearly, this delivery driver is making good on his promise and holding my packages so that I can not run my business costing me thousands of dollars every day that I am without my business equipment! Turning this over to my attorney for them to handle. read more

The best as it gets in regards to shipping packages. This is my go to spot and there is hardly a crowd here when I go. Parking is plentiful and I have never had an issue finding a spot even though it shares parking with other companies. If you go to the UPS store linked to the Doubletree nearby, you'll know that this is a huge plus. Patty and all the other employees here are very kind and welcoming once you enter the store. Staff here are very helpful and make it less of a headache to ship packages. I've been a regular here for a while so I figured it was time to give my props! They recently changed locations but still on the same street as the old location. Look out for the FedEx sign on the side of the road! read more

This morning received a notification that my delivery was on the truck and out for delivery. So I took a PTO day as the object is large and heavy. About Mid-day I receive another notification that it was changed tomorrow. When contacted, FedEx basically said there was nothing they could do. I used to think that FedEx was the gold standard compared with UPS and USPS. But now...not so much. So much for FedEx's commercials and word as to their concern for their customers. Many words...but actions and integrity don't seem to match. read more

I accidentally went in here to return an Amazon package, not realizing it was a UPS label and they couldn't ship it. The woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful. She printed me a label, affixed it, and told me where the nearest UPS dropoff point was! Absolutely 5 stars. read more

Wow, this has to be the best FedEx Office Ship Center I've ever been to and I use them regularly for work. I stumbled upon this FedEx on accident. I just needed the closest FedEx to make the overnight deadline for an important package, and I found this one. For the life of me I cannot remember the lady's name who helped me but she was AMAZING! (Sorry I'm horrible with names)! I've been to this location 4 or 5 times in the last 3 weeks and she has been there every time. With a smile and the BEST customer service ever. She's the reason this location gets 5 stars. :) read more

This place is well hidden in an office building at the end of a street and can be tough to see. There never is a line so that's a plus. The staff is always friendly and I never had a problem with FedEx's service, and I hope they don't close this location. read more

This place is hidden near the airport. The lines are pretty short; the longest I have seen the line is three people. Their customer service is great and very helpful. When we were trying to print something, they tried their best to help us print our flyer. Unlike most FedEx, they do not have computers to use. This made it difficult for us because we did not bring our flier on a USB and the FedEx person was not able to pull it up for us on the employee computer. It is a small location, but I think investing in a computer for customers to use would be helpful. read more

WOW! Five stars for the astounding customer service from Kelvin. I went in to print some invitations & I knew I wanted matte looking invitations before I walked in, but ended up getting glossy just because he had recommended it. That's how awesome he was... kudos on whoever hired &/or trained him. I do wish they had folding equipment specifically to fold paper in half to make them look more "professionally" made instead of having him hand fold them, because it's a bit hard to fold that type of paper, but he still did a great job in almost no time at all. He even offered to get envelopes, for the invitations, delivered to his location so I wouldn't have to drive elsewhere, but because I needed them right away, he gave me the address to the Oakland Rd location (the closest & bigger FedEx) & told me to ask for Denise; didn't meet Denise, but Mary helped me out; she wasn't exceptional like Kelvin, but still nice. Best kept secret, evah...with regard to shipping, I guess. In my line of work, there are copious documents to send, an avalanche of documents to print, and about a forest of trees to decimate. That's okay, though, because this place is the perfect place to get your shipping needs serviced. The staff is always super friendly and willing to assist a tired admin professional, and I can finish the least pleasant part of my job in seconds! The location is perfect (hidden behind the airport), and I've never had a package not get where it's going late. In fact, they always get documents sent out early...I love this place!!!
