This is our favorite seafood/Chinese food restaurant. The seafood alone available here more than justifies the price even the weekend price. We've been here many times. Seafood part of the buffet was pretty good and was a great value. Crawfish was flavorful but smaller than normal. Crabs were pretty good and had some meat on them. My favorite were the salt and pepper shrimp. The shrimp were jumbo! And cooked very well. For dessert, my favorite was the green tea cake and coffee cake. Totally recommend trying this place out! First of all this place is big as far as sq footage wise. But the selections of food is about average. It is comparable to most Chinese buffet in the area. To me just my opinion that it is more hype than it actually is good. The first thing you step in is that they make you pay first as if you will run away after a feast. LOL The price for drinks is high and the selections of food is basically the same as all the other Chinese buffet around town. In some cases the selection is very slim compare to other buffet. A good number of food choices yet I can't really say I like any of them. So why 2 stars? The mixture is alright, not the greatest of selection and not the worst so I'll give you what you want to hear. The good: If you like chicken (I mean chicken meat is probably one of the cheapest you can find so I don't blame'em) then they have an abundant variety of ways it's cooked; fried, buffalo wings, stir-fried, steamed, general tso, sweet and sour etc. etc. They do have Korean spare ribs but it's overcooked2 different types of blue crabs (fried vs steamed) crawfish (probably not fresh since it's not in season) and the fruits. The bad: sushi is skimpy like most bargain buffets. Sashimi is chopped leftovers and not sliced in a uniform way (doesn't look very appetizing), the rolls are just a bunch of rice rolls with the same ingredients over and over like the creamy imitation crab meat with some cucumber or avocados with mashed tuna or salmon with some spicy sauce and you got a roll. The dessert buffet is pretty typical as well in terms of the pastries. cheap sheets of cake, poorly made dan tat egg tarts, and the list goes on. the Hibachi is also disorganized and not very tasty. Yes, I get it, you get cheap labor so you end up getting what you pay for. I really hate saying that because I hate wasting food. Get someone who understands and knows how to cook, please. The staff besides the wait staff understands English well but the people handling the food are really the people who connect with their customers. They can't take the orders and your noodles end up burnt or the proteins are overcooked. I've been here a few times now and it's a bit out of the way but decided to give them another chance but I will give it a rest for a while and come back some time later in the future. This place has a very wide variety of options that can satisfy even the pickiest eater. It's a very nice environment inside and it's always clean. The waitress forced me to tip. I tipped up front and she told me to tip her again after she saw us sign the receipt she came over asking for a tip told her I tipped infront and she said you have to tip again. Very enjoyable food! Probably the biggest buffet selection in Houston. Our top buffet choice is usually Hibachi Grill, but we decided to try this place out. It's up to par with Hibachi Grill with their food choices. We came for dinner, and all of the food was fresh and and tasty. It's not as good as a made-to-order restaurant, but no buffet is. It's similar to Golden Corral in that you pay before you are seated. I enjoy this method so you don't have to waste time at the end of the meal waiting to receive the bill and then to pay. It's interesting to state the 3-star review isn't due to the place or the service. Really it came down to the clientele that they served. I've never seen a group of people behave like pack animals before at a buffet. Some folks acted like it was their last meal. It reminded me of COVID toilet paper hoarders. Tipping culture in America is out of control. As you enter and pay you are asked to tip before even getting any service. The food was ok the service was good no problems. As we left the server asked if we are done and said we didn't leave a tip. I was kind of shocked that she was asking for a tip so I said we tipped up front when we paid. After seeing this place on TikTok, my friends and I journeyed to try out Feast Buffet. The parking lot is massive so even when it's packed, parking isn't an issue. There are some cool decorations and unique trinkets sprinkled throughout the dining area. The weekday dinner buffet price is $17.99 and you have to pay in the front before being seated. This Buffet has a good variety of food ranging from Tamales to Sushi. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat and sample all the different types of food there, but they did have some great standouts. The coconut shrimp is a must-try. The shrimp is lightly battered and the coconut sauce has a balanced level of sweetness. The sushi is also worth trying because they have the typical California and Philadelphia rolls, but they also have salmon and shrimp nigiri. The nigiri doesn't taste as good as eating nigiri at a sushi restaurant, but it's nice that they include it in the buffet. Also, you can't go wrong with the fried fish or General Tso's chicken. These proteins are well-cooked and flavorful. Also, the Friday night buffet included crawfish and whole blue crab, which is a pretty great value! Our server was kind and she consistently came by to refill our drinks and remove our finished plates. If you come in expecting above average food than you will have a great experience. The location is huge, clean and has a ton of variety.
