This winery is absolutely breath taking! From the view to the whole building. It is pretty secluded which I personally love! Could simply relax and drink some wine while admiring such stunning view! We stopped in at Fazeli Winery on a tour of the wineries to the East of Temecula. This is a really beautiful winery, with a stunning view of the valley from the Baba Joon restaurant. Just walking up the flight of stairs to get to the restaurant and tasting room is breathtaking. Ther'es plenty of parking - and valet on the weekend. Came here today. The place were pretty packed. I ordered the Kabobs which was mentioned on the menu not a Mediterranean style so we're disappointed. The chicken kabob was good but the beef was super hard. I felt like the kabob was missing the grilled tomatoes, the flat bread which garlic sauce so I wasn't really happy with the food and so as my husband. I also didn't like the fact that they use paper plates and plastics forks and spoons. I also ordered the flight which comes with 3 different sweet wines for $25. The wines were good at least . I visited the Fazeli Cellars Winery with girlfriends to watch the tribute to Elvis on November 23rd. This winery delivered a fantastic show! The performer, James, was a super good singer and definitely looked and sounded like Elvis. He did a fantastic job! We enjoyed the performance, the food , the ambiance and the wine. The young man that served the food to our table was so helpful and polite. I wish I knew his name. He's an asset to this winery. The event venue was cozy with the clean bathrooms nearby. I do have a suggestion that you fix the lock on the first stall of the Women's bathroom. It does not lock at all! Aside from, that, I enjoyed the place and I hope to go back with some friends at another time to do some wine tasting and to enjoy the beautiful winery. It was our first wine tasting experience in this area and it met our expectations. Our server was Christian and he was attentive towards my party. Had the pleasure of visiting this establishment for breakfast yesterday morning with a friend. The location is very nice, the view from our window table was great, and the food was super good! There are items that I'd not heard of in the Mediterranean menu and so glad we tried 3 of them. All were excellent and soooo flavorful; it's tough to get a beautiful soft poached egg on a dish and the chef put 4 on mine. The service was great it was attentive, but not pushy or overwhelming. My only critique sounds kinda silly, but did make me pause when we first got there. I'd suggest to the management to get some better chairs than the white folding wedding venue chairs for guests to enjoy. I was afraid I might end up on my backside a couple of times. My girlfriends and I discovered Fazeli Cellars due to a wine tasting Groupon but it was the food that really set this winery apart for me. After finishing our first round of drinks at another winery, we decided it would be a good decision to eat before starting round two or we might get a little too tipsy. We placed our order indoors and then chose a table on the shaded patio outside. The view of the vineyards from the second story was incredible and reminded me of photos that I've seen of Tuscany. I haven't been in real life but it's what I imagine an Italian winery to look like. It was a warm day in Temecula, well into the 90s, and the patio was warm but not unbearable thanks to a breeze. I ordered the Prime Rib sandwich and it may have been the best version of French dip that I've ever had. The horseradish aioli had the perfect bite to it and the meat wasn't fatty at all, which is often an issue I encounter with these types of sandwiches. The au jus dip was thick and flavorful and I was obsessed! Although the sandwich comes with cole slaw, they swapped it for a side caesar salad that had delicious croutons. All in all, it was an amazing meal! As for the wines, I loved the sweet Ruby Rose, Riesling and Norooz equally. Despite the recommendation of many of my friends, I was not a fan of the overly sweet Shirin dessert red. I took one sip and it was more than enough. Thankfully, they offered to pour me a different glass of wine. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Temecula wine country! read more

This is in relation to having a wedding at Fazeli Cellars. My husband and I saw this winery and felt it was the perfect place to have our wedding in May of 2019. We signed the "contract" in early 2018 and the wedding coordinator at that time had promised us many things. She would be the Day of coordinator, access to all the grounds, private room for the bride and groom, drapery for the ceiling, a stand for a sign I wanted...etc. I should have known better because the contract was only 1 page and only stated the food, the bar, coffee, and some decor. Time went on, the wedding venue coordinator would change. Each one promising less and less than the one before. The next one would tell me the packages would change and the contract that stated my package is no longer available and didn't translate into the new packages so we would have to upgrade the bar if we wanted what was promised. Again, the contract would just state "x" package without many details. 2 weeks prior to the wedding, I'm told there are no ceiling drapes, the groom had nowhere to get ready and needed to be ready by the time he got to the venue, no stand for a custom mirror I had for the ceremony, and she was not a "day of" coordinator. You can only imagine how much stress that added (finding vendors and paying an unexpected charge on top of everything). Now we see it's about to rain on our day and I asked about a location change, the venue coordinator states we can move everything inside the bar area. Cool, one less thing to worry about. Day before the wedding, my new Day of Coordinator and I ask the venue coordinator how the seating will be arraigned inside the bar area and she states she doesn't actually think it will work! they've never tried it but it definitely can't hold 150 ppl. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F!?!? We couldn't even find a place to rent a tent because other brides in the area have rented them all out...a literal tent outage. So, I'm had to come to terms that it was going to just rain on all my guests. Wedding day, bridal team get to the room to get ready and it stinks...bad. We can't pin the smell but we had to light candles. We had to beg one of the workers to bring the champagne promised to us. Then throughout the process of getting ready and taking pictures, the venue coordinator opens the room and starts showing RANDOM STRANGERS the room! I asked what was going on and she states "We're still a running business so we are going to be running tours through here until noon". 4 tours went through there, that day. All of them commented on the smell and 1 of them was so stunned to find me getting ready for my wedding she actually apologized and tried to hurry out of there...only for the coordinator to tell her "oh, don't worry, she knows" just...wow. Throughout the day, random people would stop by the ceremony grounds, try to get a picture of me, with me, drink with our guests....yeah, they don't close the place so anyone can just join your wedding! You can even see in one of the reviews one guest actually admitting to wanting to crash a wedding. The food was good but they forgot to bring out the coffee which sucks because in our culture, the coffee and desserts are the best part of the food. Never saw a refund on that... Finally, the day after I go to pick up the stuff left in the bridal room. The owner helps me open the door and he immediately comments on the smell. He goes to the bathroom and flushes the toilet. He tells me the sewer tank and that it dries out and the oder comes up if you don't flush the toilet often enough.... So yeah, what we were smelling all day was sewage. It's a beautiful location, the food is good but honestly, I don't think they have the wedding thing down yet. If I could do it over again, I'd probably get married at Wilson Creek Winery. ***update: I had previously given this a 2 star rating but now I see another bride had stated they had offered her the draping for free! I am in disbelief of how rude, unprofessional and adamant they were when they told me drapes never have been offered by Fazeli and tried to talk to me as if I was the crazy one! Just stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache and misery. read more

Gorgeous view. But really, coming here feels like we were mainly paying for the atmosphere. They had wine flights option but note that its all pre-selected. Norooz appears to be their popular wine choice. I wasn't really impressed with it, but maybe I am not a white wine sort of person. As for the food, it was ... mediocre, to put it nicely. There was so much more to be desired. I got the kabob plate and they ran out of chicken so it came with 2 beef skewers instead. The beef was not tender nor juicy. It was hard. My friend who was with me also tried a bite and agreed the meat was tough. I am looking at it and it does seem like it was cooked right. So were they using old or poor quality meat? I had no energy to raise the dissatisfaction, they were so slow with service that I was famished by the time the food came by. I get that service might be slow because they may be short-staffed due to covid-19, but quality should not have been sacrificed as well. The food that finally arrived did not meet expectations or leave me with any feelings of "this was worth the wait". My friend got the tacos which I saw a few customers getting it too. It looked good and delicious, but she was not satisfied with her meal either. A beautiful view so it might be worth a visit if you want to try their wine flights and enjoy the scenery. read more

Came here for a glass of wine but this was my 2nd visit as I have done a taste when they first opened. I found the Red wine flavors to be interesting...but interesting in a good way. For my glass of wine I had the Ferdowsi which on the intial taste wasn't overwhelmed by. By the time I was done with the glass I was liking it and wanted another glass. The grounds of this place are spectacular. Definitely considering joining the wine club here as I have struggled to find something good in Temecula wines. The environment is really cool. We sat and ate at the resultant which had great views of the Temecula wine country. The service was good. Our server was very kind. At the restaurant you can get three different flights. The flight we got was a Chardonnay and two reds. The wines were not my favorite, and it was $25 for three small tastings. It took sometime for our food to come out and it wasn't busy at all, we were sat right away. We ordered the gyro flatbread and it was so good! We added feta and it was delicious. We also ordered the award winning Persian tacos, which were delicious as well. We had to leave the drinks on the table. It didn't help that they cost far too much for the amount of tastings, even if it tasted good.
