Very chill winery that has beautiful view and tasty red wine. We came around 12 Pm on a Sunday not too many people. The winery is in top of a hill where you can oversee the mountains. They have flights either $30 or $40 5 1 oz pours. We got the premier flight and all the red wines were delicious. Their food was pretty good, we got the braised lamb flat bread and turmeric shrimp salad. They had a BYO pasta bar that day as well but were too full. Rozzette was soo rude !!! I had a really unpleasant experience during my wine tasting visit. The woman helping us ( Her name was Rozzette)had a clear attitude the entire time, especially toward me and my boyfriend. It honestly felt like once she saw that I had already made a purchase, she just didn't care anymore. During the tasting, she was cold, rushed, and barely explained anything about the wines. There was no effort to make it enjoyable or welcoming--just a lot of attitude and disinterest. It made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. A wine tasting is supposed to be fun and engaging, but her behavior completely ruined the vibe. Definitely not the kind of service you expect, and I will never, ever go back because of this experience. read more

I have celebrated two or three birthdays here now and Fazeli Cellars never disappoints. As someone who works in the wine industry, I always appreciate visiting wineries that deliver both a beautiful experience and quality wines, and they absolutely do both. The wines are consistently impressive and well crafted, with options that appeal to both seasoned wine drinkers and casual guests. The property itself is stunning and makes for a perfect celebration setting. The views, architecture, and overall atmosphere feel elevated yet welcoming. They are also very accommodating for larger groups, which is one of the reasons I continue coming back for birthday celebrations. Service has always been attentive and organized even with bigger parties. The wine club is a great offering and adds to the overall experience. My only wish is that they offered shipping, as that would make staying connected to the wines much easier after visiting. Fazeli Cellars Winery was our third stop of the tour. I was recommended the Grapeline Wine Tour. I really enjoyed the tour! The individuals that were on the tour with me made it even more fun. Our tour guide and driver, Tony, was very knowledgable about the area, its history, and wine making. This winery is large. The structure and outdoor area is very nice. Service is very courteous, attentive, and knowledgable. We were given 6 wines to taste. I really enjoyed the wine. I thought it was unique because their wine contains interesting ingredients, especially the sweet wines. A friend I met on the tour ordered a flat bread, and we shared it. The flat bread was delicious and paired well with the wine. Will definitely be back to explore more of their menu and wines! read more

The grounds are gorgeous. The food was good. Service was friendly. They aren't super dog friendly (dogs can't go into any of the buildings and there are multiple). You do have to stay on the inner patio with a dog. We went on a Monday, so it was quiet. $10 glasses of select wine too, which was nice. We really enjoyed the wine here. The food was good -- I like that it's different than the rest of the area. Persian food. We ate some kebabs. This was the first stop on our wine tour and they were very under prepared. Nothing was set up, the wine was sitting in boxes out in the sun, and no one seemed to know we were coming there. We were directed to the tasting room while they set up the outdoor area but the lady inside promptly told us she wasn't ready and started complaining saying she needed 10-15 before she was able to serve us. Once she was ready she continued to complain that she was alone and the other person called out sick. Overall, it was a bad experience. read more

I had the membership here when I was living in the area. It was my favorite spot for a solo date during the week and brunch spot to bring family and friends when they were visiting! Their food portions and options were my favorite across the board compared to the other wineries in the area, which ultimately got me to get their membership. Their sweet reds and sangria mixes were my main go-to for drinks as well! I had my two favorite workers that I always sought out on my wine bottle pick up days because their service and conversation always made my time there. Their names are completely escaping my mind right now, but it was one red headed female on the VIP side and one tall male on the general side. Don't know if that helps, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve by others as well! If living nearby again, I will definitely restart my membership. read more

I was "wowed" by this two-story winery. It was on a hilltop with great views of the vineyard and surrounding area. This was a great discovery with my girlfriend, @Te-see B. We enjoyed a wine tasting flight and brunch (available on weekends). The food service on-site is available by Baba Joon Kitchen. MENU HIGHLIGHTS: -Wine Flights in a towering holder. -Charcuterie Board of assorted meats, cheeses, olives and fruits. $42 -Chicken Shawarma Sando. $26 -Chicken Pesto Sando. $22 It was a fabulous feast for four adults. We always go to Fazeli, we always receive the best service. We usually spend hours when we are there. Rosette is always fantastic. This review is in response to Mary G comments giving one star. Lies. The only reason you won't be going back to Fazeli is because you were asked to leave. My wife and I were in close proximity and witnessed the whole thing. We spent 3 hours enjoying our lunch and wine. Until you disrupted our good time with your loud rude demands. The woman Rosette you speak of served us. She was kind fun and very knowledgeable. She spent over an hour with you with hospitality. Later I learned that you had canceled your membership a year ago and came to pick up your last shipment. she still treated you with respect and gave complementary tastings worth $80. She went out of her way and treated you as a member but you kept insisting on more free stuff. You never made a purchase. When she started helping others is when you threw a fit. We heard you yell and disrespect other customers so your server called a manager. The only good news in this whole story is that ornament of a man that was standing with you is your 'boyfriend' and not your 'husband', either he speaks no English or he has no balls. My advice is for him to RUN, because your sense of entitlement will make his life hell. read more

I had been wanting to come to Fazeli Cellars for the past couple of years as they always have so many public and special events listed on their website but never got a chance. So, finally I decide to take a date for Norooz event (Persian New Year). I expected a large number of Persian guests, good food, and good music but we were disappointed. The food was horrible, they ran out of desert (one type of cookie) and the music was not Persian except a couple of pre-recorded songs. Not worth it for $50 a head. I won't say I won't ever come back. I'm willing to try another event in the future but this one was not something to write home about. read more

We enjoyed the tour and tasting however our friends asked to purchase the sparkling wine, Wycliff brut. It was $32/ bottle. Its actually made by Gallo and sells only at wine shops for under $7. I expect to payback little more at the winery but thats outrageous. read more

We ended up at this winery by mistake (we turned too soon) and were hungry, but the upstairs people told us they were closing soon (it was 4:40) and sent us downstairs. Then the downstairs people said they weren't open until 5:00. We were a little lost, confused, and frustrated until the chef took pity on us and gave us a little tour, told us his favorites from the menu, and told us we were welcome to sit down while the musical act was setting up and wait until the bar staff was ready to take our food order. The musicians ended up playing to a crowd of two (us!) and they were amazing! George and Gracie were their names and they gave us a private concert with all the songs we requested and then all songs from Minnesota complete with stories because we were all chatting this whole time and they knew we were from Minnesota. Our food came and it was ok, nothing to write home about (except for the caesar dressing which the chef said he made himself and it was amazing!) But hey, stop in for free live music so these entertainers have someone to play for! read more

Beautiful property to visit in Temecula Wine Country. We came for brunch on a Saturday. It was not crowded on the beautiful sunny day, which was surprising. They have a downstairs tasting area and restaurant. Upstairs is an expansive patio, another restaurant, and a members only lounge. Service was friendly and slow to start. We opted for the brussels appetizer - a huge portion of sprouts with a poached egg; the shakshuka - a tomato and olive sauce, feta, arugula and 3 poached eggs with 2 pitas; the log French toast - a huge cube topped with bacon-mascarpone, blueberry compote, and maple syrup. Portions are large and made for sharing. I asked for the bacon mascarpone to be on the side, which they forgot. Took time getting the cocktails too. Food was tasty and plentiful. Hubby and I spent a weekend in Temecula to enjoy our new found wine club memberships, and happened upon Fazeli Cellars Winery from a recommendation. What a sweet spot on the "backside" with gorgeous views of rolling vineyard hills and a perfect setting for sunrise and sets. We got a tasting and enjoyed some sips of reds and purchased "Uproar", a limited edition red that we adored. Service was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and honest, which we loved. Live music piped in from outdoors of a solo artists and his vintage guitar. We are excited to return to Fazeli to enjoy a longer stay, and hope to enjoy the grounds a bit more during the day... and YES we joined the wine club, so we will be visiting soon! read more

Came here to celebrate my parents birthday and anniversary. We booked a tour and it promptly started around 11 and we got a brief walkthrough of the facilities and wine making process. We were then treated to a flight of wines and a cheeseboard. Our guide, who I believe was named Tim? He was an older gentleman who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the experience a good one! They did say certain parts of the tour were skipped due to heat (which is out of anybody's control) but I do wish we were compensated with maybe a free bottle or the most partial of refunds. The property itself was beautiful and it wasn't at all busy. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was great and so were our servers. read more

Was on a family vacay and had spent some date time with the Mr. here. We ordered the panar and the kabob, along with a bottle of Montepulciano. Disappointed with the kabob as it was cold, the entire dish! Not some portion of food, the protein and rice were cold, equivalent of a cold pizza. After a long day and starving we didn't say anything, just ate what we could of our kabob....... salad... yes it made our mood lighter saying it was a rice salad dish lol. We're unconfrontational people, but was thinking you couldn't have thrown it in the microwave? It's obviously not fresh made so let's not say their food is. They have a few different kinds of flights to choose from, wines by the glass and of course, bottles for purchase. I tried the Mixed flight ($25) with Sauvignon Blanc, Meritage and Shiraz and loved each one. Husband had the Red flight ($25) of Mehregan, Meritage and Shiraz and he enjoyed his as well. We were most impressed with the food here though! The Chicken Shawarma tacos ($20 for 3) and Artisan Board ($42) were sooooo good! The Artisan Board can easily be shared with 4 or more people. We went to see Elvis Tribute Artist, James Kruk! Wow!! There aren't enough positive reviews to give the winery and the show. The service was great. Dana the bar manager wonderful. The young man who was our waiter was so professional , nice and great personality. The show ,well, it was so very fabulous. James does such a wonderful job and recreating an Elvis experience !!! This is our least favorite of the wineries we've been to in Temecula, and we've been to at least 20 already. It's a beautiful venue, BUT felt "cold" and "gimmicky". More importantly, the wines offered for their wine tastings were not good. I liked but ONE, the sparking wine chardonnay which wasn't even great. I liked that they have stuff for sale; great for gifts. However, I felt that the moroccan lamps were not necessary. Don't get me wrong, I like them lamps. I have one of the tall ones and a set of the small ones! BUT, who actually goes to a winery to buy lamps? And priced at $600 and $900 USD? ‍ I so appreciate that they have food; albeit, very limited options. The hubby and I stopped in on a Thursday evening for dinner at the winery's Baba Joon kitchen. The place was empty which was unnerving considering the Altisima and Oak Mountain wineries down the street were both busy. Had we made a mistake coming here? We didn't do a wine tasting, but they did have a nice selection of Mediterranean food options. We ordered at the counter and sat ourselves. The patio is very nice and the scenery is lovely. I had the Chicken Shawarma platter which had generous portions. It had toasted pita triangles, a decent hummus, salad with a tasty dressing and mixed veggies, olives, and the chicken Shawarma. The chicken was a bit dry, but very flavorful. I would get it again. My hubby had the Mixed Kebab platter, which was a bit underwhelming. The meats were overcooked and dry. The rice was tasty but a really small portion. He would not get that again. Our server actually left for the day while we were still eating, so the service only consisted of her bringing the plates and never returning. This could be a really nice place, but they need to improve on the food just a bit and maybe do a little more marketing or music. So this is my 2nd review. Food, ambiance, service were all superb AGAIN. Came for Flights & Bites - the food was really spectacular. Several of us in our party so I got to try the fried brussels, spinach artichoke dip, gyro fries, chicken shawarma, gyro, Fazeli burger with goat cheese, and fries. It was all really really good! My faves were the spinach artichoke dip, gyro, and burger. The cheesecake dessert was unbelievably tasty, too. Chef stopped by a couple times to check on us and wait staff took great care of us. We just recently discovered beautiful wineries of Temecula and Fazeli was one of them. Situated in the backroads of the city it offers beautiful views. Their wine is exquisite and pairs really well with Mediterranean cuisine offerings. We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon on their balcony with live entertainment.
