Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. Seeing a company show up for the community like that really means a lot. Great service, dependable team, and a company that gives back. Hard to ask for more than that.

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. As for cost, considering Brandon is flexable about pickup and delivery; the small extra amount is well worth it!!! Paul H.

I think it's so important to do your research when you're looking for services and I kept coming back to Creative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I spoke with the owner via Yelp messenger, and he was very responsive to everything that I asked! I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. All three of them were so friendly and personable, I loved getting to spend time with them while we were moving all of my belongings. I can't recommend another moving company enough, if you're looking for someone to take care of your goods and provide incredible customer service for reasonable pricing, this is absolutely your company. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. I appreciate him and his company for their help and I plan on reaching out if I ever end up having another domestic move here in the future! As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. He even helped my mom take an old TV stand to consignment for us which was very much an appreciated favor of his company with the original job and furniture that I had with him.

Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We recently had an interior door replaced. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

I was in need of a storage unit. Upon arriving at StorQuest I was met with Renee the store manager…read more I have to start off by saying she has such an amazing welcoming personality. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.
