Prior to hiring them I asked them numerous times if they had insurance to take care of anything that was broken or damaged. They said yes. I expressed to them numerous times my bedroom furniture was fairly new and that some of the pieces were heavy to please take good care of it. They said no problem, we will wrap and secure every item very well and told me they basically have a white glove service. It has been since 4/29 that this has happened and NO ONE has resolved my issues with the broken desk. I have called numerous times and they just keep saying a manager will call back and he never does. I am very upset and want my desk replaced! I really need a desk for my office

Brian and Cole worked hard, were honest, trustworthy, and punctual. This was the first time we used a moving company in our lives and it was an affordable, pleasant experience. The owner Alex is a veteran and my friend recommended him to us, highly recommended! By the way, I think the other negative reviews that you are seeing for this company must be for another moving company of the same name. When you speak to one of the representatives, they will act like they are here for you and be in your corner. Joann Wistoski, I am speaking about YOU. When we needed you, you completely ignored me. You're not as good as people say they are. Also, customer service? Yeah if there is such a thing with this company. They take hours to answer your call. Moving along, when the guys picked up our boxes and furniture, they told me they would deliver it the following week. WRONG. We waited THREE WEEKS! (Side note: These guys will nickel and dime you any way they can) Unacceptable. I am writing my review as they bring up our boxes in as we speak. We saw our boxes destroyed. We wrote FRAGILE on them and one box was completely destroyed. Unacceptable. They call themselves a 5 star company? Pfft. They are a 0 star company. But here's the catch everyone.... EVERY MOVING COMPANY IS THE SAME... pick your poison on who you go with.... I am literally sick to my stomach and shame on you "ALL PRO MOVING COMPANY". What an embarrassment. My advice?? Sell everything you own before hiring a moving company and then just start over.

With Axis Moving, you can be confident with them! And their costs are very black & white, easy, no hidden fees. And their crew is wonderful! Shout out to Josh & Nathan who helped us! At the end of the move the only thing that was packed well was my china. This was done by Chris. Many of the boxes were marked miscellaneous which doesn't reflect any of the items in the box. Not only is this a very expensive item but it was a memory from my parents 25th wedding anniversary dated 1947. I will say that 3 days after the move, Chris came to the house and opened every box, everything in the house, every piece of packing paper only to determine that the item was not in the house.
