They refuse to return my original devices and hide behind a corporate brick wall. Supervisors lie about 72-hour callbacks, refuse to escalate, and literally told me "humans must obey the system." I came specifically to look at their books and the prices of books was amazing. I brought a novel home for $3.99. They have a lot of kitchen and home goods, rugs and small selection of garden things. I looked at the prices of some of their home appliances and it was fairly priced. What put me off about this place was the restroom mainly. It was so dirty, and not maintained. I blame mostly customers for throwing stuff on the ground including dirty toilet paper, who does that? There were not a lot of employees but someone should check in on the bathrooms because it was so gross. The employee at the checkout was so sweet and welcoming though, so I think I would come back if I'm in the area again.
