I showed up and was immediately greeted by a very welcoming staff. It was around 5:30 PM and they were able to work on my car and complete it. I needed rear speakers fixed, and they were able to do that with no problems The owner of the store convinced me to buy a subwoofer and an amplifier for a great price There is a nice waiting lounge while they worked on my car and had some good conversations with the people that work there overall I had a very pleasant experience. I'm surprised that this store. Doesn't have the best reviews I had a wonderful experience. Granted I just got home but the 30 minute drive home was amazing. My speakers were thumping and it was amazing. I can't describe how rude and dishonest they are. Is it ok to yell at customers? So, I did what I never done before...asked law enforcement to get involved to retrieve my property. I couldn't be more impressed after visiting Johnny and the folks at Electronics Plus. I visited another local audio shop to look for a powered sub for my new F150 the other shop insisted there were no solutions under $2500 to add a little bass to the stock system. The crew at EP had tons of options under $1k and really took time to understand what I wanted out of my sounds. Their prices were on par with online vendors and they answered all of my questions patiently and clearly. I've already returned once and will continue to visit this shop. There are a lot of mixed reviews on here so I want to clear some things up before you head in. I've been going to electronic plus to get work done on my cars for almost 7 years. It's pretty much the same 4 guys running that place since I've been going. ( I've had tint, head unit Install, amp and wiring Install, sub purchase, and various audio equipment) Here's the most important thing if you read no further in this review: they are professionals, they do what they say they are going to do, they are men of their word, in my experience, and don't get mad because you think you are paying to much, or not getting enough for your money, if you don't want quality workmanship, go to a different shop. I see a lot of negative reviews from people who seemed to have just not liked what they heard from the shop, they are salesmen, so negotiate with them, they will try to work with you. If you tell them what you want they will point you towards a good deal and great quality. They are good at creating repeat customers because they deliver and excellent product. You just want audio hardware? they will sell it to you. You want it Installed? they will do that as well. They have always done professional and high quality work on all my vehicles, from BMW's to pickup trucks . One instance there was a small issue with my tint, and Johnny (the owner) apologized profusely and fixed the issue promptly. A couple of the folks there can be a bit blunt, but I trust these guys with all my business and I recommend you do the same. To start off my car audio system is about 8 years old, all kicker all around and suddenly it stopped working. I went into this shop expecting to get the old spiel of "this is what you need to get it working and upgrade etc". I've also been doing sales for 10+ years so I know how that works. Needless to say, Johnny was awesome and took great care of me! He only needed about an hour to diagnose my car and see what's going on, not to mention it was late in the day around 5:30pm and my time is limited since I work a lot. Promised a two-hour turn around. After agreeing to product (dash cam) and installation and price, they said it would be a three- to three and a half-hour turn around. When I questioned the almost double time, the Klerk became argumentative and the manager started being insulting and disrespectful I took my business elsewhere. These guys rock. I needed to install two DVD headrest units in 2019 4Runner. The dealership did not offer DVD players expect a single unit for $1200. I paid way less with Electronic Plus. They were a little more than Best Buy, but they did a great job. I feel more confident in their installation than a high school student at Best Buy. I took my handicap minivan for a diagnosis for remote start, they told the cost was $150. later they called me, that they found the problem and that it was $300 for hours of labor work. in addition they offered to fix the problem for $250 for parts and $300 more for labor, the total was $850 for the job. I found the parts elsewhere for $140 plus $70 for labor work total $210 and they wanted to charge me $850. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don't touch each others heart to collect. read more

Got a subwoofer installed here, I'm relatively new to the area so just went off of a recommendation, but I'm glad I put my trust in these guys to get the job done. They clearly have the experience/knowledge to back up their talk. I got hooked up same day and they did an excellent job. Had a minor installation mishap, I brought the car back and got that slight issue handled without any trouble at all. Absolute scam. Overcharges, underperforms. Horrible customer service, techs don't know what they're doing. Absolute joke of a service shop.

I took my truck there to get an amp and sub installed. I was asked to drop off my truck Tuesday and come back Wednesday night before they closed to pick up the truck. I went back Wednesday at 7 pm to pick up my truck and the salesman said that he thought someone had told me that it wasnt ready to go but it would 100% be ready in the morning by 10:30 am. I went back at 11 am and found that not only was my truck not ready but they said it was in the back getting worked on. I went outside because I was a bit upset that they had not communicated with me when I saw my truck being driven into the shop where it was supposed to have already been. I decided that I would just take my truck to Nova Electronics right down the street . On top of all that they charged me $50 and performed no work that I was aware of. read more

Second Review: I guess lighting does strike twice! My man Chris took care of me again! Since my first experience was so positive, I decided to come back and let them do my tint. In short, Google need to have 6 stars instead of 5! Don't let the name fool you, these guys know tint and how to apply it. That best part, Chris is not pushy and recommended against high end tint because the car being tinted is old (2004 Civic). The service tech applying the tint did an excellent job and even took the time to answer all my question and explain the process. I would recommend Electronic Plus for all your after market needs. Next up, new radio for my mini-van -------------------------------------------------------------------- The following is my first review, I guess Google only allows one review The sales folks (Chris) know their car audio business. They were very knowledgeable and Chris even took me out to his truck to listen to the sound system that was designed and built by them. He said his was a modest "I want to use this every day" system. UPDATE: I had my tint and remote start done now and boy am I SATISFIED! The tint is excellent quality and was installed perfectly without a single blemish. Car audio this is the place! But tint ....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They have great customer service and incredible audio selection but as far as tinting is concerned go to someone that specializes in tint. Tinting a car window is a art form. I had so many bubbles in my window tint such a disappointment and huge waste of going back weekend after weekend. Supposedly I got their high end ceramic but out of all the cars I ever owned this might be the worst brand of tint I ever got! read more

WORSE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS I took my 2016 Range Rover to Electronic plus for audio system upgrade, initially they showed me all the options they had which I sellected one, aged to pay for their asking price, after taking my car inside their shop, the sales guy came to me and said , with these cars after installing after market amplifier, it affects the clarity of the radio, Even tho it might not happen to my situation. I therefore ask him what will happen if after installation it happens , which he answered let's wait and see. After about an hour I believed the main guy Johnny that owns the place came to me and said , my car is different and complicated and so another $200 will be added to the agreed price of about $800, and also should the radio clarity be affected, they will be another $250. Long story short I said to myself does these guys even know what they are doing , it looks like they are doing trying and error, so I just ordered them to stop and took my car away haven't just waisted my time for no reason. My little advice is they should be upfront with their customers, don't get me in and try to take all my money and in such situations, they should also take care of their customers. These guys are the REAL DEAL! Johnny , Desi , and the rest of the staff were friendly , easy to work with , and know what they are talking about. One mechanic (if not more), do not know what they're doing when it comes to electronics...all I wanted was some upgrades on lights on the interior of my car and the light bulbs were all soldered incorrectly. Along with that the actual light bulbs were not aligned with the interior dome lights. You pay $100.00 an hour for their work and it comes out terrible. At the end of the day I ended up doing the MECHANICS job and I did it CORRECTLY. read more

Price just kept going up and the counter person was more interested in telling me what could go wrong and how they were not responsible and their hourly rate over and over. I recently had a new satelite radio installed. First I had not been told up front prior to my appointment how long it would take to install. Once i arrived, i found out that it would take an hour and a half or possibly more. Once i left the store and got my radio set up with the vendor, my radio frequency was a lot of static. Since the install just over a week ago, I have called my radio vendor to solve the problem. It ended up being that my radio was not installed properly. I should have been offered an adapter that gets connected behind the dash to make the radio work properly. This was not offered to me and I went to another vendor to have my radio fixed. read more

I would strongly suggest looking else where before you make a purchase at this location. I asked for a refund seconds after I made a purchase and the guy told me "No refunds... Ever!" Customer service was horrible. I've made 2 purchases within the last 6 months and each time I leave that store, I think "why did I just spend my money there." I had 2 separate unites and had a all in one unit that I had bought. I went to Safe and Sound before going to this place. Safe and Sound blew me off after telling me to come by. I then drove to Electronics Plus without an appointment. I met with Chris and told him what I would like done. I dropped the boat that day and it was ready the following day. They did a great job and installed it just as I asked. The price was very reasonable as well. read more

Electronic Plus is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone give this organization your hard-earned money! I went there because I was having trouble with my automatic start, car alarm and auto locks. (I assumed the problem was all related.) I believe I worked directly with the owner or manager, Johnny. Without actually looking at anything in my vehicle, Johnny said he could fix everything, not a problem and for a reasonable price. Perfect! I went to the store the next day and decided I would wait for the service because "it shouldn't take more than a few hours". (I brought along work because I was told they had wireless Internet. Only to find out no one, including the owner/manager remembered the wireless password!) Many hours later, I was called back to the work area only to hear they found a tail light out. When I asked about the actual problem, they indicated, "we haven't even started to look into that yet. We like to give the car a 'once over' to ensure everything else is working ok". Many hours after that I was called back to the work area again, with high hopes they resolved the original issue. No! I was told they don't know what is wrong and tried to sell me an entirely new auto start and suggest I replace thousands of dollars worth of equipment (new auto locks and new alarm system). I said no thank you; I'd like to know what is wrong with my car. I was told they would do more research and call me that week with a solution. I never heard from Johnny or Electronic Plus again. I was charged $80/hour for many hours longer than quoted, only to be told I had a tail light out. This store is terrible. They treated me like an idiot female. I regret ever stepping foot into this sexist and scam of a company. I highly recommend you don't make the same mistake I made. Stay away from Electronic Plus!! read more
