She showed me the tint displays and explained the different options/coatings available. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!

And I did ask her about it and she said oh no, you can pay in the beginning or you could pay the end but as soon as I walk through the door, she just asked me for the money. I've never paid for services like that before once you I give you my car key I gotta pay you to get it back anyway. it's a five star business and if not for that snafu, it would've given it five stars . I think I'm not feeling the way they got the money from me cause I was gonna pay them regardless and my car looks great. And I'm not trying to throw shape. They do have Black people that worked there and they seem to be a family oriented business but somehow another they just wasn't feeling this black man right here.

Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! So I took delivery of a 2022 Tesla about six weeks ago and I knew I was going to CWT to get the windows tinted and I was NOT disappointed. Rick's a pretty laid back and professional business owner and I'm impressed by how he's started from the ground up and built a successful business such as CWT. He was able to get me in and out pretty swiftly but his pricing just can't be beat! The guy uses high-end material and he warranties his work for LIFE! No bubbles, no cracks, no peeling......none of that nonsense and this means a lot to me. I brought a 2002 BMW 325xi when they first came out and had it tinted by some clown shop over by Springfield and the rear window bubbled up on my like crazy years later.
