Rude!!! I went through them to get my amp sent out for repair on 5/07/18. I thought that once I got my amp repaired I would get my system hooked up by them. I was looking to purchase a JL sub and have them fine tune the system. I called 2 weeks later for a status to see if JL audio tech support received the amp. I was told they haven't gotten an update yet. I was told to call again next week on Monday. I got the same answer again. I was busy with personal stuff, so I thought I would wait to call when I got back from vacation. I got back from my trip and work got busy so I waited to call when I was settled in and things were back to normal to try calling again. Well I called on a Friday (6/29/18) at 6:30 pm. I got the same answer. It's been almost 3 months and Electronic plus claim no word from JL Audio. I wasn't furious, but I was curious to why I hadn't received word. Jose in Electronics got pissed because I wanted to know if they even received it or whether the fuse was bad. He asked me if I purchased the amp from them and I said No. Thats when I got the true character of Jose. I didn't buy the amp from Electronic Plus and because of that I received poor customer service. He also threatened to call and cancel the repairs and then later he said to call back on Monday again. I was hoping for him to call JL Audio, but he didn't. I had to load this app to make this review, so I can warn others about the level of professionalism at this place. Let's see what answer I get on Monday (7/2/18). Im not surprised, if nothing changes. I don't think they did any follow up calls with JL Audio. What's going to happen from Friday to Monday?? It's a weekend, maybe do a follow up call during the week and maybe by Monday, JL Audio will respond. I'm going to contact JL Audio myself on Monday. I feel the level of respect and customer service comes with how much you spend with them. Good luck!!! read more

This is my first time ever doing a review for any business and I have to say worst bunch of rats that are looking to make a quick buck. This isn't the first time dealing with this business but I thought about giving them a second chance but it was a mistake. Yesterday went it and purchased a pair subwoofers paid $350 for subwoofers and installation they said they would even place the proper ohms which didn't even look like they even touched the amp to set it which the amp I purchased from them as well a year ago. Came in today mid afternoon to see if they could help me because I planned on using them for my entire truck sound system setup but not after a bold older gentleman came up to me aggressively while I'm with my 2 year old daughter and asked what I wanted. Already I was upset that I approached as so while with my daughter and told him about the problem I was having and while explaining he cut me off saying he'll check the amp which isn't a complicated thing and said it $150 extra. Tried to explain to him that all the equipment was purchased by me through them. He didn't want to hear it and said it be $150 so I said no thanks I've already wasted enough money so these rats can eat good. To all that are going here for your electronics needs please take your business somewhere else someone or a business with more integrity then them. Spend your hard earned money else where. read more

Stay away from this place!!! They had to re-tint my windows 3 times. The first time was the original time, only to find 1) after the 7 days of letting the adhesive cure, the corner of my window tint did not stick and 2) the color was a terrible "match" to the factory tint. So I had them redo it and this time they put the wrong percentage; and I am currently in the waiting room right now waiting for the results of the 3rd time **this is supposed to be the charm, right? Also, the larger gentlemen who seemed to be in charge was very rude and unwilling to accept the fact that the part of the tint that did not stick the first time... was actually their fault! He wanted to blame everyone under the sun and not accept responsibility and he acted as if I should be kissing his feet with appreciation for them fixing THEIR mistake. I will not name any names because I don't advertise for other companies, but, believe me, there are other companies in Manassas who do better tint jobs. I only went here because Sheehy of Manassas contracts with them and I got tinted windows worked into my car purchase. Sheehy needs to find a new vendor!!! read more

I purchased two in-car speakers and had them installed in my 93 Chevy extended cab pickup. The task was difficult due to the manner in which the rear-seat OE interior trim had to be handled to avoid cracking the plastic. The technician was very patient and got them installed while I observed. My experience with the manager (owner?) on two occasions was also positive. I will shop there again. read more

To whom it may concern.. I brought my car in to install Leds, and it was 5 pm that i brought my car in and i believe Johnny was the guy to tell me that they will be able to fix it real quick and will need to men to finish it as quick as possible. (Over the phone he said 80/hour) This guy charged me 200$ on the spot just because so i figured alright i assume you guys know what you are doing since he seemed very confident that he knows what to do. before the installation i told them to let me go in and tell the installers where i would like the leds mounted at. I respect the whole you can't go in due to insurance stuffs. Yes, i know but what really matter to me was making sure that the installer knew where to mount it. Obviously theses guys said "nope sorry we can't let you in." So i waited two hours approximately. i was excited to see the outcome but obviously i couldn't see really anything since it was day light still. and the leds were placed underneath my car. that night i looked at it and the leds were not mounted evenly on the other side. Every led mounted looked terrible. I just told myself these guys aren't professional and i could have done a better job mounting it. Money is not the issue with me but when it comes to 200$ for just installation and two men working on it, and I am not a satisfy customer. They do not deserve that 200$. I went back the next day to get my refund back cause i hate dealing with "oh make an appointment to fix it." Obviously the manager like "Nope we all make mistakes, no refund come back to fix it or don't come" i told him "No, thats BS you can't give me that, I saw you guys as professional and could have been more precise." He then talks smart with me saying "we are not robots" i didn't tell him this but i just told myself "robots mess up even worse, welcome to 2015, your installers could have at least used a ruler(measuring tape) and measured it to mount everything evenly" COMMON SENSE BRO. I came here to have a backup camera installed in my work van. They installed the wrong kind of camera, I cannot even see the rear bumper with it. The problem is that they showed me one camera and then installed a completely different one. I went back so that they could fix it and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I have had problems with them before with other cars too. They don't care if the client is happy, all they care about is selling their products. They also told me that the work would take one day and in the end they took three days. That was three days I was without my work van, so three lost days of work. I also had to take the van back again because while they were installing the camera they messed up one of my lights so it was not working. They have no respect for other people's time. They did not care about all the time I wasted leaving my van there those three days or the time I wasted having to go back and forth so they could fix something that was their error. Avoid this place at all costs, they will show you one product and install a different one and then refuse to make it right. They are greedy, irresponsible and don't care about their customers at all. read more

So I bought myself a powered subwoofer online and needed to install it to my stock system. I called all over Manassas for price quotes and install appointments. Electronic Plus quoted me the cheapest price and were the only place that would schedule me literally the same day. I was a bit skeptical seeing as they were so readily available and cheapest price as well, but I took a chance and went up there. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away at the sheer size and stock of this place, wow! Not only that, but the sales reps and manager were all very friendly and eager to help. So I handed them the keys and took a spot in the waiting room for a couple hours. Then Desi came back to me with bad news. They did everything they could, but could not get power to my new amp/sub combo. Pure disappointment. After looking at the work Tony did on my car, it was obvious it wasn't their fault in any way. The installation was beautiful and very clean. Hell, I think they were more disappointed than I was. It was clear I had purchased a dead amp. He even used all the testing equipment in front of me, showing it was wired correctly. So I talked to Desi again and asked if I liked something in their store if they would hook it up for me. They were more than happy to, but the system I liked was a bit out of reach for my budget. The manager stopped me as I turned to walk away and said he was deeply sorry. He wanted me to "leave with BASS!" as he put it. So he shaved off a hefty amount of money from the items I was looking at and made it work. They hooked it up for me, and I could not be happier! It sounds absolutely amazing. The work done was flawless, the box fits snug in my trunk, the amp is mounted perfectly against my back seat and you can't see a single wire, save for the bit of slack he left me if I choose to move my sub around. All in all, fantastic service, top notch professional work done. I will happily come back here again if I need an upgrade. Thank you Electronic Plus! read more

I have had the worst experience at this place. First off I go there to get fog lights for my car one of the salesman looks up make and model I get home to install and they are the wrong fitting for my car. I go back return them and purchase some hid lamps. I'm told these are xenon Phillips brand I asked because they were $100 not much but expensive for hid kits, I get back home same day and begin inspecting the kit. I found nothing about them being the xenon brand just some cheap ebay knock offs I found for $20 I could tell they were cheap because of the ballasts and no good mounting hardware..next I go back return these argue with the big guy the owner I believe and he still is trying to convince me they are good until I break down the poor quality of them. Last try I wanted something for my car so I applied all my credit for a tint job. I got talked into the viper tint the highest priced tint because of the lifetime warranty. They have my car over 5 hours and still do a piss poor job. Glue left on windows, bubbles in tint, and it was hand cut so all of the tint in tight spots on the window is jagged..I have yet to go back and have them fix it.
