Falafel Stop is one of my favorite places to get lunch. I absolutely love the sabich pita, and have yet to find anywhere else in the area that has it on the menu. Vegetarian food is in a separate line from the meat options, take your ticket to the correct line after paying at the register. Definitely could be labeled better, but it's just something in passing and you won't notice. The food is very good. The hummus is something else. A bit nutty and has that extra flavor on the back end, it's difficult to explain, but I sure liked it! Their meats, really good. Pita super soft and airy, and their vegetables work so well to balance the dishes by bringing some crisp acidity to the mix. There are some shared parking spots, enough spots where you shouldn't need to worry, but I can see it getting crowded at the most busy times. Seating is rather open in a "food stand" like atmosphere. While ordering, the staff told me that it would be an extra 10 minutes or so for the beef to cook. Located at the border of Sunnyvale and Cupertino, parking is quite atrocious. The lot is tiny and quite difficult to drive through. They have Kebabs, Shawarma, Majadara, Israel salad, and something called Jerusalem Mix. I had no idea what half the things on the menu were and they aren't really explained. And the place was so busy that I didn't feel right about asking the girl at the register a bunch of questions so I just ended up getting the Chicken Kebab plate with fries. The wait for our food was pretty long and luckily there was a family that left as we were waiting so we were able to get a table, otherwise we would have had nowhere to sit. I got my food and took a bite and it was indeed pretty good. However the menu said that the Chicken Kebab was breast meat and I'm positive that it wasn't. If anything it was a mix of Breast and Thigh but the texture and color definitely wasn't breast meat. I tired some of the wife's Falafel and it was pretty good as well. My only other experience with Falafel is Trader Joe's frozen ones. Sure Falafel Stop is better, but not that much better. Also, I ended up running for the bathroom a couple of hours later so I'm sure something I ate there wasn't good.
