I was craving some hummus when a local recommended Dish n' Dash, insisting that I needed to try "real hummus." For context, my usual hummus is the roasted red pepper variety from Costco, so I wasn't exactly a hummus connoisseur. I was also told that Dish n' Dash is the quicker, more casual version of its original restaurant, offering slightly lower prices in exchange for less service. With that in mind, this place exceeded my expectations. The ordering process is straightforward: grab a menu, place your order at the register, and receive a buzzer. I assumed I'd need to return to the counter when it went off, but to my surprise, the staff brought the food directly to our table. Water and other beverages are self-serve, but the overall experience felt much more polished than I expected. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels far removed from the fast-food vibe I had anticipated. I ordered the Beef Kebab plate, which comes with two sides. I chose the babaganoush, the red pepper and walnut dip, and rice, along with the included pita bread. The beef was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The babaganoush was quite different from what I was familiar with, but absolutely spectacular. The red pepper and walnut dip was another standout, bursting with flavor. The rice wasn't the highlight of the meal, but it was still well prepared and delicious. We also ordered the hummus appetizer with chicken, and now I understand why my friend called it "real hummus." It was incredibly smooth, rich, and flavorful. The portion size was generous enough that I could easily have made a meal out of it on its own. Another surprise was the falafel. I'd always avoided trying falafel because I'd heard so many complaints about it being dry. This one was anything but. It had a wonderfully crispy exterior while remaining moist and flavorful inside. The texture almost reminded me of a broccoli-based "mash", in the best possible way. What impressed me most was that there wasn't a single dish I didn't enjoy. Even though the restaurant operates with a more casual, self-serve model, the service still felt attentive. The staff cleared our table when we were finished, and takeout containers, napkins, and other essentials were conveniently available at a designated self-serve station. Overall, I was extremely impressed. Between the delicious food, generous portions, welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service, Dish n' Dash easily lived up to the recommendation.
We came here for lunch today after shopping at TJ Maxx. They are very close to each other, so we just walked over there. We have eaten at the Dish Dash restaurant in Sunnyvale many times. This was our first time eating at a Dish N Dash. It's a much faster eating experience compared to their finer dining restaurant in Sunnyvale. The food was just as delicious here as their other, sit down and be waited on, restaurant in Sunnyvale. It wasn't too busy at the time so we placed our order quickly. I ordered the beef shawarma lavash wrap and picked the falafel and hummus for my two sides. My husband ordered the lamb shawarma lavash wrap with babaghanouge and tabouli. He also ordered a date milkshake and I got a Diet Coke. They give you a device that vibrates when your order is ready. There were lots of places to sit. We picked a spot and waited. Our food was ready fast in seven minutes. I thought when the device vibrated we were supposed to pick up our food at the front counter. That wasn't the case. Our food was brought to us quickly by a nice employee, which was awesome. The food was delicious. The wraps were fully stuffed with meat. My sure of falafel was amazing. In fact, the next time I come here, I'm going to order the falafel wrap. The hummus was good as well. My husband loved his lamb shawarma lavash wrap. His babaghanouge was really flavorful and he loved his tabouli salad. Both dishes came with two pieces of their freshly made pita bread. They have an area of condiments that you can self serve as well as a self serve fountain drinks. I got us both some chipotle tahini and cilantro mint sauce for our wraps. Both were very good. The date milkshake was outstanding and a delicious sweet treat. It was better than I expected. Before we left, it got really busy in there. The line to order was out the door. That's how good and popular this place is. Customer service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back again soon.
Dish n dash is an excellent choice of Mediterranean food. I fell in love with them ordering wraps at my work. Besides wrap, I've had their plates, kebabs and smoothies/juices. Can't go wrong at any of their locations. If you like flavorful, this is your spot.
Came here for lunch. I ordered chicken Sharwarma salad. This is a perfect meal for me: veggies, proteins, and carbs are balanced and tasty. The staff is friendly and service is quick. In the daytime it is a good place to have lunch with your colleagues or just solo. Nice and clean as always.
A good variety to choose from for different dietary requirements. Food is delicious. Good portion size for sharing too. Good services even though one orders from the counter.
I went with the staff recommendation of chicken kebab. Food was so good! I must come back again. The staff also did a tremendous job accommodating me and my friends. We had a big party, and we were all seated together.
Dish N Dash has gotten better since our last visit. The service is fast and friendly and the place is generally clean. We got the lamb wrap which had very tender lamb (and generous amounts of it). The falafel side was one of the best falafel around. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. We got the shawarma hummus appetizer with chicken which was also excellent. The chicken could have been hotter but otherwise it was very well cooked and seasoned.
This is the casual Sister restaurant to the just as delicious DishDash in Downtown Sunnyvale. A bit on the pricier side for casual faire but not as pricy as the Original DishDash but worth every penny! In addition to the delicious menu choices, there is alcohol and fresh squeezed juices along with smoothies here. Some of our favorite menu items are the Beef Kabob, Mansaf and assorted Seafood items and casual wraps. They have some great options for appetizers, we especially love their Sambusak and Sambusak Dajaj. There's plenty of seating and you order at the Counter. The portions are very generous and you'll definitely leave with leftovers depending on how big of an eater you are.

I got the lamb and beef kebab which came with roasted peppers and onions. Strong flavors and went great my favorite, the roasted red pepper dip. Sweet and nutty flavor. The chicken shawarma was also solid and not too dry. Babaghanouge had a deep roasted eggplant flavor. Entrees came with pita bread along with 4 different sauces. The food is spiced really well here! First time trying their date shake and it was delicious. Not too sweet but has the date flavors. Would definitely pickup from here again.

Negative stars: If you are a delivery driver or expect basic customer service decency, beware of this location. I came in at 12 PM on Tuesday, July 21st to pick up an order. The food was ready and sitting on the shelf behind the counter, yet two female employees looked right at me, ignored me, and chose to serve everyone else while keeping me waiting without a word. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how easy it is to simply acknowledge someone. What I experienced here was pure hostility and a passive-aggressive power trip. When I spoke up firmly to get my order, they gave me attitude and then turned around to file a completely bogus, retaliatory "safety" complaint against my account. It is disgusting for staff to treat workers with such disrespect and then abuse their power to report false accusations just because they were held accountable for their awful service. Management seriously needs to investigate staff behavior at the pickup counter and stop enabling employees who misuse their position to harm workers' livelihoods.
First time trying this place and I didn't know what to expect. I would say I highly recommend this spot! We got falafel wrap and the shawarma veggie wrap? combined with black beans mix. Their garlic "dip" is YUM! Mix some of the over the counter chili sauce and it's just so flavorful Service: decent, no complains Ambiance: it was definitely a vibe, a lot of folks on a Saturday for lunch time. Food was really good! I would give it a 5 but the service was quite slow. This may have been during prime dinner time. Tables were all filled, big families all around. We ordered entree dishes, which I mainly got to try the chicken shawarma with hummus and basmati rice. Also got to try this garlic dip that was really good! Garlic was VERY garlic. I was intrigued to try the freekeh but the rice was actually better lol. Hummus was very smooth. Portions were quite huge as well. No misses here, everything was so good! I tried the hummus appetizer and the kufta (ground lamb and beef) kebab with freekeh, and hummus and falafel as my sides. So delicious and loaded with flavor! There is plenty of indoor seating and my group of 9 had no trouble finding a table on a busy Saturday night. I also appreciated the generous self-serve sauce station. My favorite was the yogurt sauce and it paired so well with my falafel. Overall, I had a positive experience here and a very full belly. I usually come here for dinner with friends, and it's a dependable place for solid Mediterranean food. I almost always order the falafel grill with lentil soup and baba ghanoush. The falafel is always cooked perfectly, and the lentil soup is hearty and comforting. There's plenty of seating. Water is self serve and you bus your own dishes. Prices do seem to creep up a bit with each visit, but the food quality and consistency keep me coming back. read more
This location is huge with lots of tables to sit at. The parking lot can get crazy but there is more parking towards the back corner. You order at the counter and wait for your food to be ready. Staff here were friendly and constantly bussing tables. As for food, I got the medium beef kebab salad with a side of rice and lentil soup. Beef kebab itself was very good and flavorful. The lentil soup was ok. Didn't really stand out for me. They have a green sauce that's great to add to the salad and dip the beef in. And their red sauce has a nice kick to it. The portion is huge so it's definitely worth the value. I couldn't finish my plate and took the rest home for leftovers, which was still good. If you're craving Middle Eastern food that's quick and delicious, it's definitely worth checking out. read more
Love this location tucked into the plaza. I've always been a fan of their customization and had the chicken shawarma over rice and my sides were babaghanouge and muhammara. It's a real treat to find muhammara and love how it's nutty with a tad of spice. I also really appreciate their self serve sauce bar so you can try all the various flavors. The food was fresh and plentiful, it made for 2 meals and decently priced. There's also plenty of seating inside and outside. read more
This place is amazing! I came here for lunch with some coworkers and they were able to have all 9 of our meals ready at the same time, which I thought was impressive. I had the chicken shawarma plate with lentil soup and baba ghanoush. I looove that the plates come with two sides, and everything was soooo delicious. The chicken was flavorful and perfectly bite sized. The lentil soup was thick and delicious. And the dips were amazing. ***USP: a self service version of Bayarea's popular dish dash chain of restaurants serving Mediterranean food. ***Ambiance: high ceilings, classy decor. Tastefully decorated yet approachable. Real cutlery instead of compostable stuff. ***Food: I have always liked food from dish dash. There are several options for sides, proteins and carbs. Not everything might be to your taste but there is something for everyone. There are several options for sauces as well, most are available for self service at the sauce bar. We got several plates and some appetizers at our most recent visit. *The cauliflower buffalo wings were bland, oversized and oily, I will avoid them the next time. *We got three varieties of chicken- Pulled sumac chicken- delicious and the best version of chicken we had. Chicken shawarma- relatively bland and dry. Chicken kebab- moist and flavorful but sumac chicken tasted better. *Salmon was slightly fishy, flavors could have been more infused. Hummus and babaghanouge were great as usual. Didn't fancy the roasted vegetables as they used tough stalks from asparagus. The freekeh wasn't as good as always but rice was great! Very moist and flavorful. read more
Haven't been here in as while but it's just as popüler as ever and maybe even more so. Order at the counter and they'll bring ur food to your table. Good serving size but I ate all of my kebab plate. Pub and grill type vibe with plenty of tables and high tops. read more

Went there for dinner during the weekday and was very relieved that it is was not super crowded and didn't have to wait for a table. We ordered Veggie Delight, Falafel over rice, and Chicken Kebabs. Everything was really delicious and presented. read more

6/22/2025 Dish n Dash 20750 Stevens Creek Blvd Cupertino, CA 95014 The first time I came here there was an order line to the door so I skipped. I returned for an early Sunday dinner and I understand why. You order at the station and receive a pager plate to notify your food is ready to pick up. It's a clean modern table, booth and bar table setup. I had the Lamb Kebab with hummus and veg. The Lamb was moist and delicious medium rare, didn't ask but should have. The hummus was a little bland and could have had more garlic, the vegetables were al dente and fresh. MTV has some nice Med places but this was definitely worth the drive. Definitely repeatable. read more
Love the portions and the food. It seems kinda pricey but the portions are so big. The sauce station is my favorite because there are a lot of great flavored sauce options. The interior is big with a lot of seating. You buy the food first and then pick it up when your tracker vibrates so it's a quick ordering process. read more

Are the falafels gluten free?
Falafels are made with Chickpeas which are gluten free. Not sure if they add anything else in there that is not gluten free. That said the falafel is amazing here. Highly recommended.
Does this location open on Sundays? I tried calling, but something is wrong with their phone.
