    Coconut Ube Latte
    Jaime F.

I came here for a lunch break and had the red curry, lilikoi lemonade and ube cookie. When I go to food halls like these, I tend to order a lot to try different things. I really liked the curry and it was perfect for a cold day. Kurated Kitchens has been around for a year and always have consistency. I order their burgers by DoorDash once in a while. I think they keep prices affordable and all food is great quality. They do A LOT here in the kitchen so it's great to support local businesses. Cool, clean aesthetics inside and outside patio seating. There's plenty of seating to use it as a work cafe of sorts. Good coffee and drinks too!

I love the concept of Kurated Kitchen! Who doesn't love a one-stop eatery with different choices to order? I ordered from the kiosk, and it was pretty easy to look at the different menus from each vendor. The food came out promptly after ordering as well. My only gripe is that I wish parking was a little easier and the space was a little bigger.

INDECISIVE PEOPLE: WELCOME TO YOUR DREAM AND NIGHTMARE ALL AT ONCE... PRESENTING A FOOD HALL DONE WELL!! Unsuspectingly, Kurated Kitchens looks like a regular restaurant from the outside. Little do people know that this food hall contains 5 different eateries (mix of burgers, chicken rice, Thai food etc) Food: hat yai chicken (4.5/5) came out fresh and the prata came out so crispy and fluffy! I was genuinely very surprised that it tasted better than some that I've had at sit-down restaurants. Chicken kra pow (4.25/5) was great as well! Drinks: black sesame matcha and black sesame coffee latte (4.25/5 for each) with good flavor and sweetness Parking: there are parking spots in the back lot! First time at the spot might catch you off guard as there's a small sign that indicates the spots Seating: there are a fair amount of seats inside with a mix from single seating to 2-3 person tables to larger 6 person tables I recommend this spot for any group of friends/ family/coworkers looking to casually grab a bite! With its wide selection and casual ordering/grabbing food, this spot presents as a great option!! Will be back in this area to try the other drinks and food options

Lemongrass Chicken & Rice Soy Ginger Vinaigrette Added R&R Sauce for $0.25 extra

Modern Food Kitchen They currently have 5 different menus all under one roof. You order with a touchscreen and can order everything at once. We ordered: Grilled Lemongrass Chicken & Rice With Soy Ginger Vinaigrette and we added the R&R Sauce for $0.25 extra: the chicken didn't have much flavor on its own, but the sauces were pretty good. But, personally I think it should have came with 2 sauces included. Red Curry with Chicken: this came with rice and had a strong coconut flavor. This was kind of a miss for me. It did taste a bit watered down. Tips: - There is free wifi and a water station with utensils and condiments. - Parking is in the back behind the building

    Black Sesame Coffee Latte

Service was good, they hand delivered the order to me when it was ready. I got the black sesame latte with oat milk and the popcorn chick. The coffee was $6.5 plus $.5 for oat milk. It was very watery, couldn't really taste the black sesame either. Personally wouldn't order again. The popcorn chicken was disappointing, based on past yelp photos I thought it was going to come with basil and be more seasoned but it was kind of bland. The breading on the chicken was also really thick so if you can't handle greasy food you probably shouldn't get this. Place is casual, it's a shared kitchen spot so it's similar to a cafeteria.

This spot is so cute!! It's a food hall/café that offers a mix of Thai/ Cambodian cuisines, coffee, burgers, and more from their different brands. I came Thursday morning, and wasn't busy at all. The Coconut Ube Latte immediately caught my eye, and I also decided to try the Black Sesame Latte. Let me just say, the Ube Latte is FUEGOOO! It's probably the best Ube I've had and it tastes authentic (also house-made!!!) Just a tip: make sure to mix the Ube well to get the flavor. As for the Black Sesame Latte, it had a rich and nutty flavor, not too sweet, which I really liked. Another highlight? They offer a 50% discount on their baked goods after 2 pm--such a great deal! Literally cannot beat that. Service was alright. There are two kiosks to order so not much interaction. Although the barista did hand our to-go drinks Black Sesame Latte and Strawberry Matcha (not shown). I didn't try any food this time, but I'll be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend checking this place.

Overdue review for one of our newest favorite spots! Kurated Kitchens is a food hall with a variety of different meals run by incredibly friendly owners. They're fast, affordable, and close to downtown Sunnyvale with ample parking in the back. The few times we've ordered online, the food was hot and fresh for pick up within 10 minutes. We're incredibly happy to have discovered such a wonderful cafe so close to us in Sunnyvale. We ordered the OG burger, garlic fries, Gai Yang chicken box, and a Yuzu strawberry green tea. Everything we ordered was out of this world! Chicken was wonderful and juicy and the burgers were perfect (not too greasy but nicely moist with cheese). The garlic fries were our favorite and also keep really well to be reheated in the air fryer. Finally - they have a 50% off baked goods after 2pm with a code!

Roost & Roast - Lemongrass Chicken with soy ginger sauce
    Matthew P.

I had the Lemongrass Chicken with soy ginger sauce from Roost & Roasted. The food was decent, with large portions of protein, which I appreciated. Couple recommendations for this dish - the flavor of lemongrass wasn't that noticeable for me (there were bits of cooked lemongrass, but I'm used to having stronger flavors of lemongrass when it exists in a dish). Moreover, the sauce was underwhelming - more vinegary than salty, and the ginger flavor barely seemed present. The service was really good, very friendly staff who brings you your food after you order from a kiosk. You help yourself to napkins, cups of water, utensils, etc. The ambiance of the restaurant was great! This could be a great place to work since they have WiFi, and their establishment is clean. Their bathrooms are all-gender and very clean, smelled nice.

Love that this place just opened in a a part of Sunnyvale lacking good coffee. Great cafe, nice ambiance. I really like their coffees, have tried regular latte and coconut cream latte, both were good. For food we went on week night. It was not too crowded but there were some people so it didn't feel like a ghost town. I got the burger and fries, the OG burger slightly disappointed me, it had a very strong mustard flavor and I couldn't taste anything else. I read other reviews raving about this burger so I was definitely sad. The fries were good though. My husband got the fried chicken and roti with curry. That was pretty solid. Seems like they do fried things well. I'm looking forward to trying their other food options as they start bringing in more. especially looking forward to their breakfast sandwiches since I stop here for coffee a lot. Overall, great addition to the scene and definitely recommend the coffee. Try the food and see what you think.

This place is awesome, I came here for their food tasting and everything I've tried was pretty good! I had thai fried rice, tater tots, papaya salad and matcha tea. It's nice because they are serving good variety of food - American & Asian. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's a lot of tables and plenty of parking at the back of the restaurant. They just opened 3 months ago, so come and check out this place! :) I can't wait to go back with my friends for girls lunch date! :)

A new food hall in Sunnyvale! Everything from coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, look no further! I was stoked to see Roost & Roast be one of the restaurants here, given I really like their Palo Alto site. But also seeing a new coffee spot nearby (The 808 Drip) was also exciting for me! Currently, Kurated Kitchens consists of 5 shops (6th coming soon), each with varying hours: -The 808 Drip (Coffee, open M-F 7:30 am-8:30 pm, Sat 8 am-2 pm, closed Sundays) -Roost & Roast (Modern Thai food, open M-F 11 am-8:30 pm, closed Sat & Sun) -Srasa (Vietnamese-inspired asian bowls, open M-F 11 am-2 pm, closed Sat & Sun) -Revival State Burgers (Burgers, open M-F 11 am-8:30 pm, closed Sat & Sun) -Hatched (Breakfast egg sandos & avocado toast, open M-Sat 8 am-2 pm, closed Sun) I ordered delivery for Roost & Roast and got their Pad Thai - needless to say, the quality and flavors of their food is just as good as their Palo Alto site! But I was really excited for The 808 Drip, as I saw they had a Coconut Ube Latte. I got that alongside an Ube Snickerdoodle cookie. The latte doesn't disappoint! The ube is paste-like, so you do have to vigorously swirl it to make it mixes in well. But aside from that, the flavors of the coconut & ube together make this an amazing drink! The cookie is also doesn't disappoint, with the snickerdoodle cookie being soft and chewy (although less ube flavor in that compared to the latte) Ordering can be done either online or on site. On site, there's a number of self-order tablets throughout, although you could go to the counter as well. There's plenty of indoor seating and ample parking at the back of the food hall. Can't wait to try the other restaurants!

Firstly I am glad that this kitchen has a dining area for non-takeout customers who want to sit and eat. The outdoor patio area is a nice plus. Secondly the menu screens inside don't have any pricing which means it would take diners more time to make their order. Thirdly I recognize the location as a favorite Japanese bistro and takeout location quite a few years back. Glad to see it being used even though it is in an odd location traffic wise. Anyways looking at the menu and considering my plans for dinner I decided on ordering the OG burger with a side of Parmesan garlic fries (and a Sprite). The total with tip was quite reasonable. Even though it was reasonably busy my order showed up less than 10 minutes. It was brought out by one of the staff working behind the counter. Quite a nice surprise because after ordering I was given an order number. The burger was sizable and filling. Beware though as the sauce got a little drippy. Recommend eating directly over the metal serving tray or using a napkin on your lap/shirt. The fries were surprisingly very tasty without being overly salty. Great job! I will come back again to try some of the other items on the various menus.

Located in a bit of a run down plaza off Homestead in Cupertino, there is ample parking but I was a bit skeptical pulling in. There is a kiosk in front and you can add your name to the waitlist. We were seated after a short 10 min wait. It was busy (on a Friday night) and the staff was moving efficiently to take all the waiting orders. We ordered the Fried Tofu to start. Wife got the Green Curry (mild) with chicken, mother-in-law ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken and I tried something new with the Kua Kai with Crispy Pork. Also added in a Singha which came with an ice cold glass. Food came out quickly and the tofu was crispy and the sauce was enjoyed by all. My dish was the star and we all loved the stir fried flat rice noodle and the crispy pork! The green curry spice level was good for us but kids passed. The Pad See Ew was pretty solid but similar at most places. Really enjoyed the Thai chilis in garlic and vinegar. Enjoyed this place so much, I came back a few days later for lunch with my colleague. This time got the Pad Woon Sen and he got the Pad Kee Mow both with Crispy Pork. Would say it wasn't as good at lunch since the Crispy Pork was a bit over and chewy. Still was enjoyable and has me wanting to come back. Spice levels seem pretty fair, I don't handle spicy much but enjoy a bit. Looks like you can go much much hotter and I think spice lovers would enjoy! Happy eating, until next time!

They were pretty one-note in flavor and felt underwhelming. The crab fried rice and Panang braised beef were both enjoyable, but neither dish was particularly memorable or something I'd go out of my way to order again. The braised beef itself was tender, but it was served in large chunks that didn't make for the most appetizing presentation. The Thai iced tea was also noticeably sweeter than what I'm used to, which may work for some people but wasn't my preference. One thing that stood out for the wrong reason was the pacing of the meal. Our crab fried rice arrived first, followed by the curry puffs, and then the Panang beef came out last. The timing felt disjointed, especially since you'd expect the appetizers to arrive before the entrées. The biggest issue, though, is the value. The prices are on the higher end for Thai food, and when the overall experience is just average, it's hard to justify the cost. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. Overall, it was an okay meal, but with so many great Thai restaurants around, I don't see myself coming back.

Owned by a winner of a reality cooking competition, it makes sense why it is priced at a premium, and with that follows pleasantly attentive service, innovative dishes, and comfy seating. I found the food to be generally pleasant, and the only thing that is unpleasant is their proximity to the train station that interrupts conversation on an intervalized basis. Old Siam - I see the vision of this luxury take on an old fashioned, which is flavorally accurate. I think the garnish is a bit too simple beyond the block ice to properly convey that look. Roti Mataba - Intriguing dish as I've never seen roti used to encapsulate before, but its smart as it creates a flaky exterior that pairs incredibly well with the curry sauce. Pad See Ew - Large portion of a classic dish that is served on the lighter side but still tasty. I would clean up on the presentation though. Mango Sticky Rice - Beautiful arrangement of mango sticky rice that shows great knife skills of the mango. You can see the heart shape starting to form of the sticky rice as well, which is beautiful. I think it coild be even more advantageous to use rose to dye for a more warming color palette. The filling on the lettuce wraps was a little on the wet side (meaning it stuck together versus being crumbly/separated), that's neither good or bad, and the taste was good. For the entrees, we had tea leaf salad - really good with a lot of textures via the seeds to go along with the greens and other vegetables. Both noodles (House Noodles with Shrimp and Curry Noodles with Chicken) were also great, with the House Noodles being almost Pad Thai like in seasoning and the curry one being rich and lots of umami. Between the 4 of us we ordered: - Roti palatha and chicken curry dip: delicious chicken curry with flaky roti - Fried salt and pepper calamari: similar to a Chinese restaurant style calamari, big chunks of squid, a lot of breading - Burma Taste House noodles with beef: kind of like pad thai, slightly different - Shrimp kebat: tomato forward shrimp dish with veggies, a bit spicy - Minty jalapeño chicken: So tasty, I love this dish at Burmese restaurants - Pork Belly with mustard greens: I was hoping they would be fried and crispy like the menu said, but it was just pork pieces. The mustard greens were delicious though! - Coconut rice: a must, I love the fragrant coconut and the extra oomph it adds to the rice - House lemonade: refreshing and cooling, cucumber-y lemonade They were all so tasty and generously portioned. I would've maybe opted out of the calamari next time (just because it wasn't something super special, but there were a lot of it!) and chosen the Burmese dishes. Everything was very flavorful and I'd return to try more of their menu items. We had a lot of leftovers as well.
