It wasn't bad, just not that great (seems like the theme of this place for me). I was a bit disappointed, as I heard such rave reviews! Service was not bad, but we did have one hiccup. One of my friends ordered a side of falafel, which came in a styrofoam cup. After finishing the falafel, she realized that the heat of the falafel had melted a hole through the cup, so she had inadvertently eaten some styrofoam along with her falafel. We brought it to the attention of the store just so they knew / could correct for future orders, and while they were apologetic, I didn't feel like they responded to the situation all that well. Ordered the lamb shawarma cos that's my jam. Had to take it to go. Got back to the pad and spread that to go container wide open so I could squish that lavash and yummy lamby juice into my cheek holders. Smothered in some sort of chipotle sauce of hell. I absolutely loathe jalapeño. This is loaded with a healthy dose of Sysco's version of liquid smoke and brutalized burnt jalapeño sauce which they dub chipotle. The spiced lamb rotisserie is dark, dry, and old. Fries are a nice find with the first street ketchup but sweet for some reason. I'm leaving a two star because of cleanliness and really nice people manning the store.
