The staff here are incredible. They clean your room every day and offer turn down service in the evening. I really enjoyed the gym and pool. The room was very clean. The valet was quick to open doors and greet. The bar is almost always busy with patrons buzzing around. I had a great stay!

Bourbon drink with a large cube ice...how it should be served!! Nice!!!

We went there for a lavender drink on a Saturday night as the bar in the lobby closed at 12 midnight! As expected things were costly but we knew what we were getting into We can for a a drink and just to hang out and had a good time!!

This is the hotel that we picked for when we were in Seattle which is the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Came during the holiday season in December and I have to say there was so much going on in this hotel. From private events, people visiting each other to a super long check-in process. But the lobby was lively and full of character. I loved how there are so many places you can be lounging around and sitting on couches. I also enjoyed the huge Christmas tree. I even tried some of the restaurants inside the hotel! They were delicious and you should for sure check out the Shuckers for some tasty oysters. Sat at the bar and had a delight! Overall if you want to see a real Christmas spirit this hotel had it and got it! The service was nice and the hotel room was nice and large. Safety-wise, it seemed like a super safe spot in the city. We walked a lot from our hotel to the major sites as well. So that is doable!

A friend and I went to the Fairmont for their Nutcracker Afternoon Tea and it was underwhelming. For the price tag of $105 I would have expected better service than what we received. It felt like most of the time we were ignored by staff, and while the table next to us continued to be serviced attentively, multiple times we had to ask for someone to help us. They also forgot to bring certain items with our meal, which required us again having to flag someone down to ask for help. If any of these one things would have occurred I would have understood, but the multiple occurrences just made it a somewhat frustrating experience. The food itself was fine. The sandwiches tasted fresh, the scones were good and the desserts were tasty. If it wasn't for the service, the food and tea itself would be about a 4-star experience.

Beautiful hotel with an elegant, classic feel and a really nice atmosphere overall. We also appreciated the Amex perks, which made the stay feel a little more elevated and worth it. The only downside was the extra charge -- they wanted a $15 delivery fee for a fridge in the room, which felt a little much. That was the one thing that took away from an otherwise great stay. Overall, it's a lovely property and a solid choice if you're booking with benefits, but be aware of the little add-on fees.

This hotel is close to Pike Place Market. You come into a lobby of grand chandeliers. Feeling of old fashioned and modern look feel to it. In the lobby there is a bar and lots of comfortable seating all around. There are shops in the basement area. There is a staircase where you can upstairs to take a picture of the lobby. There is a library area by the lobby. Lots of comfy chairs to sit and relax. Enjoy the surroundings of books and people in the library The bedrooms are very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size where you are not cramped. It is near most things. Walking distance wise. We had a great time enjoying Seattle and staying at the Fairmont.

How can one person give a review of the Fairmont and not have it be five stars and glowing reviews. Tonight I was parched, yes people still use that word and my waiter brought me a drink that looked like cloudy fruit juice and wow might be my new favorite drink. Enjoyed this while catching up on reading

The dark academia vibes are strong here. Behind this wall is the speakeasy, which is beautiful!

This is a beautiful location, very atmospheric old building full of historical charm and beautiful details, if you love architecture and old world charm that modern society usually lacks in, then come here. I haven't stayed the night here but I have come for afternoon tea service. The tea service was quite nice, it is not an English style tea service but still holds lots of elegance. The teas are all fantastic and I suggest the "madam butterfly" if you like jasmine tea. The food was okay, I loved the prawn puff and the scones. Our server was a great wealth of knowledge and took her time explaining the teas, hotel, service offered and even all the other fairmont hotels around the country. It was a lovely experience. And if anyone from this hotel chain reads this- PLEASE consider a hotel store. Somewhere to purchase historical trinkets related to the hotels history as well as some of the hotels unique tea blend or even some of the honey made from the hotel apiary. If you come for tea, take a moment or two to look around and walk through the large staircase and lowest floor, peek through the shops and read the historical documents they have displayed on the walls.

The Fairmont has been a staple happy hour location for my friend group. You can't beat the convenient location and ultra comfy seating. I wish seating was a little better organized for large groups, but we can usually find a spot without problems. The menu is robust with plenty of options for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It's on the pricier side, but service is great. I need to check out the speakeasy next!

Came here for Valentine's Day weekend for a tea party! This was my second time here, and I do find the entire experience very lovely each time. The food was reasonably tasty, though the sandwich breads are always just a tiny bit sat out. I liked their service, and their white tea was excellent and I need to remember to get that again next time.

My friends and I did afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ambience and decor were top notch but I was very disappointed with the food. Everything tasted stale or soggy, like it was pre-prepped in the morning. Tea selections and drinks were good, but overall a very disappointing experience considering the expensive price tag.

This hotel is beautiful. The lobby is moody with dark wood, gleaming brass, and plush seating. I did not stay here so this revoiew is for the honey vodka that is available for purchase by the bottle. The honey is made on the hotel rooftop but sadly we weren't allowed to see the hives. The vodka is expensive but it is very delicious. Kudos to Ashley, the dining manager, that was so very helpful in getting us a nice bottle to gift my niece. When I'm next in town I plan to stay at this lovely hotel.

We loved our stay here. The entire place is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. All the staff we encountered were so polite, and the macarons left in our room were such a nice surprise. It's a great location within a short walking distance to Pike Place. My only complaint is that we tried to go to the bar one night, and it was busy at the time but we weren't acknowledged at all. After waiting for over 10 min we just gave up and left.

Gorgeous new place on the block!!…read more Stunning new event space right in south lake union/ downtown with sweeping lake union views. Views alone were worth a trip or 4!! Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. I wouldn't mind coming here for a photoshoot: hello contents!!Or just a fun anything event.Did I mention the views?? Ahh the possibilities!!!

This venue is exceptional for so many reasons: not only is it a non-profit venue, but they light over 100 candles for your event and provide so many things that you would typically need to rent at other venues (chairs, tables, glassware, etc.). Also there are so many things for your guests to do in downtown Ballard if your wedding is mainly out-of-town guests like ours was. Nate and the team were so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to spend our special day at Cathedral Ballard - it was truly so special!!! :)

There is a ground level and an upstairs. Upon coming in staff greeted us and informed us of the going-Ons upstairs. There were 3 bartenders all of whom were very nice. Lots of seating and small music and dancing area. The food was self-serve, buffet style, catered La Cabana. The salsa and guac were good and was nicely laid out. Cathedral donates much of the earnings made from the use of the space and are also known for their candles which I've received as a gift and can say are nicely scented and benefit causes. So, if you see one in a local shop or otherwise it makes a good gift. Not sure they sell them at this actual location of Cathedral though. If you 're looking to host an event or know someone who wants to, Cathedral has a decent space to be rented out with nice staff who will help manage it.

The space itself is full of character and charm, which meant we didn't have to add much decor. GTB already brings the perfect vibe. Between the ballroom, theater, and patio, we had so many beautiful backdrops for every part of our celebration. The catering was incredible - our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, especially the brisket (which the chef loving tended to into the early morning hours). We also loved that we got to do a tasting beforehand, and the team was wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions. The bar was just as great! Our specialty cocktail and mocktail were both a big hit. Danielle, the venue manager, was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her communication and organization were top-notch, and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. On the day itself, Danielle and the GTB team were calm, detailed-oriented, and took care of everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our wedding without stress. The in-house florist created stunning arrangements, which made things that much easier for us. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. GTB is very LGBTQ-affirming, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. We're still getting compliments from guests about how beautiful and effortless everything felt. Georgetown Ballroom truly gave us the wedding of our dreams.
