Was excited to try Facci after hearing they opened a location in Baltimore. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. They have a large dining area and a pretty decent size bar. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted and welcomed into the restaurant. We grabbed two seats at the bar since it was HH. Bar gets full. They have a variety of drink specials and small plates offered from I believe 3pm-6pm. We ordered a multiple items off the HH menu to try as much as we could. Unfortunately, the food fell short for us. The meatballs...sauce was great, meatball melted in your mouth, but it lacked seasoning. The Brussels....were ok. The bacon wrapped shrimp...wouldn't order these again. Three small shrimp wrapped in soggy undercooked bacon stuffed with one slice of jalapeño. Service and ambiance were a win! Food, not so much. I'd stop in for drinks but that's about it. read more

Facci is an upscale Italian restaurant that has recently opened. I came here with my friend so we could check out their restaurant week deal. Service was slow and our server was not attentive but the staff were friendly in general. We were provided complimentary bread and olive oil to start. My friend also ordered their Calamari which was decent. From the restaurant week menu, we both chose their Polpette (meatballs) to start which were quite tasty. I liked the pita bread it came with. For my main, I got the Seafood Marebella pasta and for dessert; the Toasted Almond Cake. I really enjoyed the creaminess of the pasta and there was a decent amount of different seafood in it. The cake was quite good - light and fluffy and not too sweet. Overall, a pretty good experience besides our dishes and check taking some time to receive. A really beautiful looking restaurant with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. I'd be open to come back for the ambience and to try more of their other dishes. read more

Stopped by twice already and I absolutely loved both visits. My first visit was with my boyfriend for a Saturday night dinner, we kept it simple. I had the aruguletta salad and the Diavola pizza. I'm a big fan of calbrese peppers so the heat was a nice touch. The aruguletta salad is my absolute favorite with the sliced strawberries and pears and roasted hazelnuts. My boyfriend kept it simple with the classic lasagna, which he said was really good. The second visit was with work colleagues, and they were really blown away with the food and service. I really like their pizzas, so I tried the wild mushroom pizza, I will say I wasn't a fan of the ricotta. But overall it was a nice pizza. And I loved the aruguletta salad so much, that I got it again. For appetizers we had the stuffed eggplant, buratta caprese with prosciutto, and the shrimp gondola, they were out of calamari this particular evening. All of the appetizers were really delicious and flavorful. Dinner my friends did the lasagna and frutti di mare. We also got a side of broccolini for the table ri share. Overall both visits were really good. Servers are very attentive and helpful. They also have a nice happy hour from 3-6, highly recommend you get there early, the bar fills up fast. I heard the brunch service is nice as well. And they also validate parking as well, just make sure you get a ticket from the hostess station. For starters, this place is BEAUTIFUL!!! I immediately could imagine coming here for a sexy date night! We sat at the bar for happy hour. Our server, Michael, was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were superb! Not too strong but got the job done. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the food. The sliders were a bit burned and dry. The food is a 5/5 but the service was about a 2/5. The food was incredible. I ordered a Seafood Marebella and it was delicious, one of the best pastas I have ever tried. A person that walked by even asked me what I ordered as they were deciding. However, I thought the service here was below average. The server was not very attentive and it was not very busy either. I had to ask the host who was suppose to serve me since about 10 minutes had passed and while someone had given me bread/water, I was not asked about what I wanted to order which is strangely long. The host got the server's attention and eventually took my order but was for the most part neglectful. The other workers such as the host I talked about earlier and person who served the food were good though. Overall, great food and would recommend for that, but if service is a big deal, I would be cautious. read more

We went to Facci during happy hour for an early dinner. Only sitting at the bar will get your happy hour. The happy hour menu is ok. We got 4 dishes and a few drinks for two people. The food was good. I reduced the stars in my rating because I felt that the food was not worth the price, even with the reduced happy hour pricing. I will say the Lemon Drop martini was very good for my preference, almost just tasted like juice. It was a warm day so there wasn't anyone sitting on the patio yet. I walk past this restaurant during my commute to work and I've been itching to go in and I finally got the chance last week. The service was great. I sat in the bar area, and got to speak with several staff about the history of the restaurant and why they chose the light street area for their location. My mixologist crafted the PERFECT cocktails. While this was my first visit I was able to try the Mozzarella Caprese, the Facci Bruschetta, and the Polipo. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful. The perfect feel for a celebratory moment, an intimate dinner or a nice HH lunch with friends. Makenzie was a delight. When out for dinner, I usually like to have a conversation going at all times and enjoy the person I'm with. Makenzie was easy to talk to and came to the table at the right time for our orders. The ambiance was very chill - music was playing loud enough to hear your table and not the table next to you, and quiet enough to not have to scream over the music. My first time at Facci I was impressed. The interior was low lit, bar was attractive, and everything was very clean and tidy. We were greated immediately as we walked in the door and sat within minutes. Service was exactly how I like it, no hovering and bombarding us with upselling. Our server came to take our order and would come back when we looked like we needed something. The food was excellent, my only minor complaint is that the portions are a bit small for what you pay for. My bolognese pasta was around $40-$45 and felt like four forks full. The flavor was there I just wish I had a bit more on my plate. Over all, I do recommend this as a date night or a spot to stop by for happy hour. From the moment I sat down my experience was less than great. Seated at a table and sat for 7-10 minutes until I had to get up and ask the hostess to have a server tend to us. The restaurant has more bussers/food runners than they do servers. This restaurant needs stronger management with a focus on providing quality service and consistent flavor for all dishes served. After the initial neglect, we were assigned a very friendly and kind server however the service/attention given was very inconsistent as they had him taking tables all over the restaurant. For a table of 2, a drink order should not arrive in two waves. They should arrive altogether. We overlooked the intro issues and proceeded to place an order. 30 minutes later our two plates arrived, one steaming hot and one very lukewarm. After sending the item back, it was returned with the same ravioli from prior plate now over cooked and smothered with a very underwhelming fishy "lobster" flavor. The manager could be more attentive to ALL tables and not just the ones with individuals he knows. His concern over me not being able to eat my meal was less than sincere. I doubt I will be returning unless I simply want a drink as the espresso martini was pretty tasty. All in all, 3/10 do not recommend read more

This restaurant is immaculate. I came for the Saturday happy hour to get a quick drink, and the staff was top-tier very friendly no issues. The location is very busy it may be hard to find parking because of how busy it can get in the area since it's right across the harbor, but is well worth it in my opinion. Though I didn't eat any food, the food definitely filled the air with a lot of flavor and sizzle. I will definitely be back to actually sit down and have a full dinner.
