Called on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out the next day, Sunday. Had water condensation from the A/C that was dripping onto the electrical box which was very dangerous. I came home from a kidney stone operation recently to my house with the outsite temperature hovering in the 90's and with the air conditioning running the house was same temperature as the outside. My AC's output air was not cold enough. I found Ez Breeze nearby. Ash answered the call and was able to come the next day. My AC coil was leaking. Initially he was going go replace it which would be major. He recommend using coolant sealer. I searched online found the alternative is acceptable for quick fix. Since I have company coming staying, I did not want to wait. He recharged the freon and AC was working great. Two days later the unit's fans stopped spinning. Another frantic call to Ash and he suspected the capacitor due to low freon stressing out the fan motor. He came and replaced the capacitor and also added another smaller unit just for the motor. When my 20+ year heat pump went out, I reached out to yelp for reliable AC contractor. There were a few contractor contacted me for various prices including Ash from EZ Breeze. After got a few price quotes from Yelp ad out of Yelp I decided to work with EZ Breeze because he was able to work out a price within my budget and had the new unit installed within 2 days. During the process, Ash informed me that a new thermostat is needed because my old one was not functioned properly. Surprising when everything was said and done he did not charge me for the new thermostat. I was very surprised and glad at the same time. This happened to me in the past with other AC dealer that charge me extra $100 for new thermostat. He was able to come out the next day in the morning (I also appreciated his courtesy text that he was on his way about 30 mins prior) and quickly diagnosed the issue as being out of refrigerant. Very responsive, very polite, very professional service. We got our 5 Ton HVAC system replaced together with ducting and registers from EZ Breeze. Out of the 4 quotes that we got we selected EZ Breeze and Ash (the owner) was on top of everything from the very beginning. Getting the entire system replaced is a big project as there are so many moving parts like getting permits, inspection, HERS testing, selecting and replacing heat pump, outdoor condenser, replacing the ducts, condensation lines, registers, thermostat, checking power lines, copper lines etc. We wanted the best system for our home and Ash was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of different Brands ( we selected the Lennox Signature Series Heat Pump together with R8 ducts). His knowledge of HVAC systems is commendable!! Also, the prices that he quoted were pretty reasonable too! I feel like choosing the correct system is only battle half won.. the main job is that of the installers to install it correctly, a high efficiency system installed improperly could reduce the potential lifespan of the system and can be a nuisance for your home. The installation team did an excellent job with the install and cleanup, this was reflected in the inspection too. We are very satisfied with the service that we got from EZ Breeze and will be using them again!!!! read more
