As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. None the less Hrant was very understanding of the situation and did his best to prioritize getting my car in ASAP the next day due to an upcoming trip on my end. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! Hrant let me know that the issue was a loose nut that could have lead to a dangerous situation on the road. They fixed things up and charged a very fare rate given how quickly they got me in, addressed the issue and how good the customer service was. They also checked my oil and topped off (I was extremely low). Today I came in to ask a question about my oil. They noticed I was past due on my oil change and said we could take you now and have you put in an hour. This would have never happened at my old mechanic. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date.
