I bring all my cars here for routine oil changes and any repairs that come up. They're good about explaining what actually needs to be fixed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciate. As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. None the less Hrant was very understanding of the situation and did his best to prioritize getting my car in ASAP the next day due to an upcoming trip on my end. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! They also checked my oil and topped off (I was extremely low). Today I came in to ask a question about my oil. They noticed I was past due on my oil change and said we could take you now and have you put in an hour. This would have never happened at my old mechanic. To be seen by them you have to go first thing in the morning leave your car and hope they call you same day to say it's ready for pickup. I would definitely recommend come here. I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. He made a few adjustments that stopped the electrical from glitching, explained to me in plain English what was happening and said to drive it for a few days to see if everything was ok.
