We had a great experience working with Courtney, Pablo, and Jose. They installed our new HVAC unit. They were prompt, clear with the steps in the installation process, and explained everything very well. It is great to work with reliable HVAC technicians, and with the people in the office. The customer service is great. We have been working with the company for a very long time with annual maintenance check ups and have always had a great experience working with them. read more

Mr Matt is very kind hearted person. Everyone on his team always helpful and kind. Mary and Paul I love them The incredible crew that work hard takes out the old unit and install a new unit!!! They take their work seriously. They try to work very quiet as possible. They left my house with everything all nice and clean daily until they're done for all that I really appreciate them. Great HVAC maintenance and repair company. I've used their maintenance service for years. They are thorough, know what they're doing, and are upfront with the customer. For issues, they'll fix minor things on the spot or make other repairs at a fair price. The office staff is responsive via phone and text. The technicians are great, as well. I've had several over the years but Paul serviced my systems today and was excellent. Courteous, punctual, tidy, and communicative. A couple years ago, the price of the maintenance contract increased, so I tried another company that was highly-rated on Yelp. There was no comparison. They didn't look at my systems in depth, didn't communicate any results or data, and tried to sell me additional services that were not necessary. Go with Bryant. read more

A few years ago Bryant Heating & Air did a very clean install of 3 new Carrier HVAC units (5 ton & two 3 ton units. We have been enjoining our Carrier HVAC units (no proprietary parts unlike the Lennox brand) and they have been operating beautifully. We always ask for Paul to do our twice a year maintenance to check our AC then later our heating systems. Paul is always courteous and wears shoe covers in our shoe-free home. We always feel well taken care of and have had phenomenal and consistent service by Paul and by Bryant Heating & Air. read more

Just recently our A/C broke down in the middle of this heatwave. I was able to get a same fay appointment to diagnose the problem, order parts & set an appointment within a couple of days. I have been using Bryant to maintain my HVAC system for several years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff is consistently competent, polite, punctual, and refreshingly free of any upselling. Paul is my favorite technician -- professional, friendly, and he even takes time to pet my dog! I recently had two new split systems installed on the roof, and I want to give a special shout-out to Johnny, Jose, and Iran for doing an amazing job. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Mary in the office is also incredibly helpful and always puts the clients first, even while dealing with some funny business from the inspectors. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. read more

We kept finding places that looked good online, but couldn't deliver quality service. Finally we found Bryant - what a difference! Everyone there is a local human being who takes care of the customer no matter how big or little the problem is. We needed remote thermostats in and we couldn't be happier with how easy it was, especially after getting the runaround from "sponsored" companies on Google. Thank you Bryant and also the Yelp community for steering us in the right direction. read more

We are fussy customers since 2018 and Bryant consistently exceeds all standards of excellence. Installation of our three HVAC units was trouble free, neat, clean, quick and competent. The maintenance service is lengthy and thorough. Paul is our usual guy and he is so clean, courteous, punctual and he explains everything about our system. We've had some repairs done and their response has been rapid and reasonable. Having had Bryant all these years we've never had to worry about HVAC issues. They just take care of us. I can't imagine a better company and we've had several so Bryant is the very bestest. read more

Bryant is a brilliant choice for your heating and cooling needs, and I'll tell you why. Our 22-year-old gas/electric HVAC system died suddenly, and we had to figure out what to do. The owner, Matt, did a great job of explaining how the technology has changed since our system was installed, and gave us three different pathways to consider--all with our budget constraints in mind. We also interviewed other vendors to make sure we were getting the best price, a quality install, and that the system which was recommended for us was truly house-appropriate and would not need expensive maintenance. It turns out that Matt was indeed giving us the best price, and everything else checked out as well. The company proved to be fair, honest, punctual, and great at responding to a very minor post-install issue. Watching the crew work was one of my favorite parts. It's clear they really love their work, they take pride in how it turns out, and they exhibited beautiful coordination in terms of how the three men worked together and supported each other. We love our new Carrier heat pump system for heating and cooling our house! Another bonus that I wanted to share is that the install came with a 2-year labor warranty and it may be possible to finance your system so you don't have to pay for it all at once. (Sometimes the system manufacturer, Carrier, has promotions). The last thing I want to share is that my new installed system required an inspection, and the job that was done really impressed the inspector. He told us that he travels all over Southern California checking systems from a variety of providers, and anytime he sees a Bryant install on his job sheet, he knows that it's going to pass. He's never once had a Bryant install fail inspection. read more

Let's start going back to September 2015 when I was getting released from the hospital and my air conditioning was out. We called many locations but they were all understandably busy. A Bryant rep. made the effort to stop by to see what can be done before heading to another job. He was able to promptly fix the issue. Since that time we have been loyal customers of this great company and service. The ladies in the office are very pleasant and understanding. The serviceman Paul has always been outstanding, informative and professional. Thank you again for always providing great service. read more

We have been customers of Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning for about 30 years. During that time they have replaced and maintained our HVAC units, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Another example of their excellent workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism happened this past week, when they installed a new HVAC system to replace our aging system. They arranged for the permit, scheduled a crane to remove the old condenser from our roof, and then hoist up the new one. They worked steadily from Monday through Friday. One thing that really stands out about them was that they were so very respectful and considerate of us and our house. They would roll out drop cloths on our floors and our stairs, and informed us about everything that they were doing. They showed us the new app for our system, and walked us through the entire setup. They were very patient. We could not have been more pleased with this installation team! Although this system wasn't cheap, we appreciate the convenience of this new system and the care shown by the installers. read more

Bryant is the Best. They maintain my Heating/Air unit and are really on top of things. They know their stuff and provide quality service. A bonus is that the people as part of this company are top notch, Aundrea, Tony, Paul, are wonderful to deal with. Always appreciate them. read more

Everyone - everyone - I've spoken with at Bryant have been incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had (unfortunately) another company service my system recently. The experience left me with enough serious red flags I wanted a second opinion to make sure my system was working properly. I called Bryant and we arranged for a diagnostic to confirm the state of my fairly new system. They were amazing and very kind and reassuring about my situation. Tony came by to take a look and gave me the peace of mind and confidence to know my options and next steps. The quoted price was the price I paid, no upsells or runaround like I had with my previous experience. So refreshing to have that kind of transparency! I have found my go-to HVAC company! read more

I have a maintenance contract with Bryant. All of the company employees who I've worked with are excellent and very customer service oriented. Andrea was very helpful in explaining the maintenance contract and always responsive both by phone, email or text message. She is exceptional. Johnie, the technician, came out to perform the annual winter maintenance this morning. He was on time, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The service was comprehensive from servicing the HVAC unit on the roof of my two story townhouse, to changing the filter and wiping off the exterior of the screen (and any particle that fell on the floor, and checking the thermostat and temperature of the heat coming into a room downstairs and upstairs, as well as explaining a few things. I can't say enough about his workmanship. I'd highly recommend Bryant. read more

Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning has been taking care of my air con and heat for several years. They are that good that I am happy to have them back twice each year. The two gentleman who came yesterday were very polite and professional as usual. They did a repair that they thought should have been caught earlier, so they apologized and did not charge me for the call. So yes, integrity, honesty and professionalism is still alive. I heartily recommend such a company that illustrates those values so well. read more

I've been a customer of Bryant Heating and Air for over 10 years and always purchase their annual maintenance plan. Scheduling has always been easy, and they consistently accommodate my availability. Except for one scheduling hiccup last year with a difficult scheduler, they have always been flexible, and their technicians arrive on time and ready to work. Because of the annual maintenance plan, I have never had an issue with my system not working when I needed it. It has given me peace of mind, especially during the hottest and coldest days of the year. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Today, Paul came to perform maintenance on my AC system. I had concerns about the drainage of the AC condensation line, and he took the time to remove the trap, clean out the line, and even pointed out an issue with the trap that I wasn't aware of. I asked Paul for a recommendation on a plumber to fix the trap, and he was very helpful. The service he provided was exceptional and above what I expected. One of the reasons I've stayed with Bryant for so long is that I only trust them with my HVAC system. They don't try to sell me anything i don't need, and I appreciate that honesty. They make maintaining my system easy and gives me confidence my system will work when I need it most. read more

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Bryant Heating & Air. I shopped around and I am so glad I landed here! Today is the completion of my install of a brand new system. The workmen (Courtney and Iran) were clean, polite, efficient and friendly. The weather was HOT and these guys worked in a hot attic and still came up smiling at the end of their day. They kept me informed as to what they were working on and what to expect since it was a multiple day project. Having workmen in your home is sometimes not easy. Not the case here! These men were seasoned professionals with friendly and respectful attitudes. From beginning to end, from the initial quote... to the office staff..... to the installers.... each one of them were informative and knowledgeable. I was waiting for a bump in the road as things normally happen when you are doing a home improvement. But I had nothing but a pleasant experience. As far as the value, they are competitive and they did all of the proper permitting, ordered a crane and work with their own elecricians when needed. I just had to open the door daily and write a check at the end. If you are shopping and check YELP, take my word for it... I have ZERO complaints and I will sing their praises all day at 100%! read more

Outstanding service from start to finish! The entire team at Bryant is what made them my new exclusive HVAC servicer. Matt, the owner, tailored a solution to our needs and budget. Let's just cut right to the point. Can Mr. Paul Sanchez be assigned to do all my spring and fall maintenance? He was punctual, kind, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around wonderful human being. His attention to detail was impeccable and he explained everything he was doing, going to do, and the "why" behind it. He did not rush and even took time to listen to my questions and action them while he was here. I often get nervous about what reps will be sent when I need assistance with something...are they going to be nice? Are they going to be in a hurry? Are they going to get frustrated with my questions? If every company had a Paul representing them, there would be nothing but 5 star reviews Thank you Paul and Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning for taking care of your customers as if they were your own family. I truly value and appreciate your service. read more

Bryant Air overhauled our central AC and heating equipment years ago and did a great job. The owner was patient, professional and gentle. I appreciated that he took the time to come back when we were hearing some odd noises with one of the condenser during startup. My family (specifically one of my parents) can be very difficult to work with, but the Bryant crew were also very patient, professional and worked through the various unique challenges and requests for our house. For the most part, they had a pretty good attitude and focused on the task at hand. It's been several years and everything is still working great and we've not had any problems. Would recommend to anyone who asks. read more

Highest praise for Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning for installing our new Heat Pump! Matt was patient and extremely thorough explaining the workings of the heat pump as well as the pros and cons of installing one. Kevin, Courtney, Josh and Jimmy did the install over a few hot days and in addition to the exceptional quality of their work were all extremely friendly, clean and polite. Even the permit inspector who showed up for the final check said " Oh, Bryant did this? We never have any problems with those guys work." Their price was comparable to other quotes we received. The system has been running like a charm for about a month now and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. read more

2 weeks ago Johnny and Iran installed a new Carrier Heat Pump HVAC system. It took four days and they did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new one which took definite experience to execute. They made one cut opening the access point so the equipment could pass through and when they repaired and caulked it, all I need to do is to touch up with some paint. The HERS inspection person came and said just looking at it, that he could tell the installers did a good job and the inspection took only half the time expected with all systems checks passing. They're worth it for their experience and I believe are a company who takes pride in their work and do it with integrity. read more
