Have had a long standing rental & staff always courteous & helpful. In process of vacating unit this month but had to extend date twice due to logistics hiccup with another party. Do not in any circumstances rent a storage unit with this location. The manager on duty, Amanda is useless at best. Her defensive attitude towards my boyfriend was not ok. They simply do not care here, even if thousands of stuff was stolen. SEVEN, that's right SEVEN storage units were broken into while she was on duty during business hours. She only alerted us almost a day and a half after it had happened and police came out. Don't you think you'd let the renter know right away? How can you trust someone like this. This unit is on the second level in a conditioned space, I never had a single problem in 6 years. Everyone I interacted with was nice and agreeable over that period of time. I will say that the prices drastically increased from $90 to almost $294 in that time period. The main reason I had to leave this place is a) I could no longer afford to keep my items there and b) I realized I did not need those items anymore. For second level units there is a elevator lift and everything is very easy to get around. If you're looking for storage, I hope this helps you! read more

"Buyer be VERY aware". When we first got it (yes, first month free) we agreed to pay $260 a month. 2 years later, we realized they were charging us $440 a month. When we called they claimed that notices were sent by email. Noting was mailed and the "notice" was buried at the bottom of one email (not conspicuous at all as you would expect). When we called to talk with them about it, we clearly felt that the person on the phone couldn't care less and that he is used to these kind of calls. This particular location was awesome. Mike, the manager, as well as his staff were very friendly and really made me feel like my belongings would be secure in their facility. He also made sure that I was happy with the space. I grew concerned that it would not be big enough after seeing how much stuff I actually owned and Mike said not to worry about it - if I needed extra space we would figure it out together. He constantly checked in to make sure I was happy with everything anytime I saw him. Additionally, they had the best pricing in town against other Extra Space Storages and the exact size storage that I needed. I have 2 storages for many years. Manager was very professional and helpful for many years. Since 1 year ago we have a new manager, Bruce. Dark place (no bright lights), doors unlocked with no codpad, fence broken/cut over and over again by homeless who cut locks and steel stuffs. Place Unsafe at night, security/surveillance unexistant. Advertising exceptional Security/Surveillance/Cameras. Cameras not working properly with motions. Easy place to broke into. Management refusing to talk to me and hanging the phone and accusing me to harass when I asked a question. This place is liable because they don't take care of the facility. Trying to talk to Owner because the Manager is very rude, unprofessional and prejudice, not helpful. I called Headquarter and explained and Management told me it is not right how I was treated with no respect and dignity. I am an older woman with a French accent and broken English I was treated badly because of my background. Manager refusing to talk and hang up. Negligence of the place and not taking care of the facility and Manager prejudice and rude. 0 Star. To put a review I was forced by system to click 1 star. Sorry for late post: last week, we were moving our things to the storage when the elevator broke down. Our storage is on the 2nd floor. Pablo came to us and said when we were ready to bring our things into and out of storage, to let him know. He has to manually operate the elevator. What a huge help that was!!! The process for getting a storage unit here was Ahh-mazing! I set it up online for the there was an internet price that was a deal I couldnt beat anywhere else. Upon filling out the form online I received a call from Paul; who informed me that this unit was the only one and it was first come first serve... I drove my ass over there immediately. Greeted by Paul. We exchanged unit details;pretty much confirming what was online. we walked to the unit.. It was perfect . Wrapped up in the office and there we have it!!! Beware -- this is a bait and switch deal, based on rapid rate increases from what they hook you on. They were great signing in, and the facility is nice and clean. But I just received yet another notice that my rate is going up again. What I began paying in October 2011 has increased 30% in under two years. This is an unacceptable rate increase. Who else in this economy -- other than health care insurers -- has rate increases this large? So buyer beware -- they'll get you in for under $60, and then jack it up. Other than these greedy increases, they've been a fine storage facility. It's too bad. When I get a chance to look around, I'll move my business elsewhere. read more

Great value. It would be nice if there were trash bins inside the storage to conveniently throw away trash. Also, it would help if we were given the bathroom code. I Came here after hours so the office was closed so I couldn't ask for the code and use the restroom.. Another time the bathroom was locked due to a plumbing issue.
