I told LaShonda what I needed and she was quick with some general questions to better understand my needs. She drove myself and my daughter to the unit while continuing with details. Very informative but also efficient. My 7 year old was with me and I appreciate LaShonda patience the entire time. We ended renting a 10x10 but I also asked for a bottom unit. Lashonda was quick to look up availability and found some potential move out units near my expected move in date. The entire transaction was approximately 45 minutes but it felt faster. Happy we stopped by and the reviews from Yelp certainly lived up to its expectations. I will update after we move in our stuff.

Since I'm not a tech guy, and I truly need their help when things are out of the ordinary, I can't blame them if others need help, too. But while waiting in line, I also hear bits of the other interactions, and it seems to me that most people have a great experience as well.
