Only place I get my vinyl, heat transfers and anything accessories I might need to do my graphic design needs! I've been going to McLogan's for the past 20 years and loved seeing the amazing staff. Sad to see some go for whatever reason but hey there are still that few familiar faces that I recognize! I always feel welcomed and have never had any issues with customer service. McLogan Supply - Very good prices vinyl !!!!! Great customer service - Art Supplies Near Me - San Diego, California

It was our first time in Mclogan Supply store, My wife and I were browsing the equipment and supplies they had for display. Chris and Ricardo was friendly and helpful with providing us a brief tour of their building. We are new to the printing scene, so we had a handful of questions and all of them were answered. They were very patient with us and you can tell they were passionate about the products that they sell Needless to say, I can definitely attest to their customer service as being top-notch. They have gained our trust and we will be a returning customer. read more

Best customer service! Went all over the place, last minute, to find heat transfer mask and came to this store as a last resort. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. Honestly, one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you sir! Everything that was provided helped so much! read more

I went back again, not two weeks later. This place seriously has the best customer service ever. This visit, Angel helped me out, I had to coordinate with a few other bridesmaids to figure out which color to get for the pouches (as seen) and Angel was super patient with me while I heard back from the girls. He showed me other vinyl options, as well as showed me all the weeding tools, explaining their differences. This place has taught me so much, and I'm hooked! Angel and Fernando even showed me samples of the printer pieces and the quality of the prints. Literally will be going back again soon for the next bridal project. Thank you guys! read more

Big thanks to Ricardo, cause when corporate web portals fall short of expectations, it takes an engaged and caring professional like him to save the day (my day) . Thank you so much !!! read more

Extremely unhappy with this place. Their system was down when I went, so therefore, they asked me to pay cash which I did and then I told him I didn't need a receipt because of the supposed system troubles, they were going to email it later which they never did. So then, when I needed to return my item, they wouldn't allow it. All because I was accommodating their problems. So far not impressed with my first experience here and it makes me just want to keep ordering online. read more

The products they sell are good, the service on the other hand stinks.. Pretty much in line with the other negative reviews ( including not recommended ones) that this McLogan location has poor customer service. - Don't expect a lot of help, unless you're wearing a skirt. - Parking is shitty. Small slots and not many of them. - Call ahead to get your order ready. - Place needs more employees. The phone was ringing off the hook which may have hampered the service quality. read more

I went in for the first time today looking for some HTV for my small business and Kevin was so helpful! They have so many options and great prices! Will definitely be back. read more

My wife and I own a custom vinyl and screen printing business in far east San Diego County and gladly drive over 60 miles to McLogan for all our banner, vinyl, sign making and screen printing needs. Angel, Rick and Miguel all go above and beyond to make sure you not only get what you need, but you know how to use the product and offer tips as well. We owe a good portion of our success to the high quality products and unsurpassed service we receive from the staff at McLogan and would recommend them to those in the business. You guys are awesome, keep up the excellent work. read more

Great selection and friendly service. Just wish that they kept their more popular items in stock. I get all of my vinyls and some other print project supplies from them every month for more than a decade. Special shoutout to Rick and Angel, who are fountain of knowledge when it comes to silkscreen and other printing methods. They treat me like family each time! read more

My bf is a professional illustrator and just moved here from New York. We've been to Dick Blick's Art Supply in Little Italy and had no problems. We were out in Kearny Mesa this past Saturday doing other errands and he needed some art supplies so we Googled and found McLogan, only to find them closed at noon...on a Saturday?? Who does that and is able to stay in business? I guess these guys can. We missed them by minutes. That was pretty disappointing. Later, he went on their web site to make sure they had what he needed. A simple, yet old school product, rubber cement. In quantity, which you won't find at let's say, Michaels. They will only have it in a small amount. He did this, because he knew we had to go back out to Kearny Mesa again a couple of days later, and we thought this will be easy. He walked into McLogan and asked for the rubber cement and the guy said they don't carry it. BF said he found it on their web site that they do carry it. I guess they don't care about customer service, because the least the guy could have said was, "I'M SORRY." But if you can't even say a simple, courteous thing like that, you don't deserve our business. BUH BYE. read more

This place is awesome. Ask a question and you're in there for an hour. These guys don't mind giving you the right product for your specific needs. They stock pretty much everything a screen printer might need on the fly. Don't be afraid to ask them questions. read more

I'll continue to come here for my needs. Thanks mclogans read more

Excellent experience shopping for reflective vinyl at McLogan Supply recently. Even though the shop is set up for professional artists, the staff was extremely patient in helping a noob like me. The selection of vinyl colors and textures there is amazing, and seeing an entire wall of options will spark your creativity. While I was debating my choice, I heard a few other customers say this shop had the best prices in town on the materials they were getting. Even after I made my vinyl selections, Ricardo Flores went above and beyond to help me find some additional reflective colors that I adored. Will be using these reflective and holographic sheets to spruce up my bicycle and accessories, but for now I'm just in awe of the great product and service. Don't hesitate to shop at McLogan for your vinyl needs, and be sure to ask for Ricardo! read more

If you are looking for affordable vinyls and HTV, this is the place! They have great selections and friendly service. Prices are comparable if not better than online and definitely a lot better than chain craft stores like Michael's and Joann. It is hard for me not to want to grab all colors when I go here. I got a Cricut machine and there are so many craft projects I will love to try out with vinyls and HTV from here. I am glad McLogan is in San Diego. read more

Woah! Amazing customer service today! The guy who just helped me was soooo nice! I explained my project and he got excited with me for it and dropped what he was doing and rushed to help me. This place is close to work so I come here on lunch occasionally and after three other visits, I decided I would probably not be coming back bc of the service I had previously received but today's visit was full redemption. So cool! I will definitely be back when we need more vinyl! Thanks and I can't wait to do this project for Halloween! read more

I had never been in to McLogan's before but I was looking specifically for glow-in-the-dark HTV (heat transfer vinyl). McLogan's had what I wanted in stock, at a good price - plus shopping locally meant no additional shipping charges or waiting time AND I supported a neighborhood business. One of the team members, Rick, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on working with HTV. While we were talking, another customer came in. Rick greeted her by name (she's clearly a regular) and introduced us. She also gave me some new project inspiration and I really appreciated the time that both she and Rick spent with me to make this "newbie" feel more confident in making some new creations. I will definitely be coming back to McLogan's for more supplies in the future. After seeing all the HTV colors they carry (including glitter and glow), I'm excited to get my craft projects up and running. read more
