They appeared to be extremely understaffed, as there was only one younger guy running around helping everyone load and unload their rentals. It took a second to situated with our rental, especially because the ball on my hitch ended up being too big and I had to run to Freidmans to buy the proper size. The younger guy (I wish I got his name) outside helping us was extremely helpful though when we were somehow missing another piece and needed to tighten the bolt on our new hitch. He was seriously busting his a$$ and had a great attitude the whole time. Trailer was exactly what we needed, everything was fine there. Drop off was easier than pick up. They had more people at this point, were able to take off the trailer and sent me on my way. Very easy!

There were several people in line during this and his frustration level just continued to rise as he was verbally rude to people in line and on the phone. Along with his attitude he was also not wearing a mask properly over his nose. I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes,literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. Julie gaslight and attacked me! She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. These movers will not treat your home and belongings with Care,as we believe they know that there will be no remedy for their customers as the owner stated herself! Ps: The posted photos are a very small percentage, we have over 90 GB of proof! They packed this truck about 3 to 5 feet high And then kept telling us things wouldn't fit

At the end they had to use my car to load my 2 tvs, a lamp, etc. What I thought would take 5 hours max took 7+ hours. I think moving companies ought to come over to the resident before the move to see the size truck and how many movers make sense. I wasn't prepared for an all day move.
