From the time I called in the friendliness and customer service was top-notch and very genuine. I personally appreciate this as a consumer, no matter what business I'm dealing with. They talked about my needs and pricing and how they operate and it was super helpful. No pressure from the reviews and pictures I felt and my phone call. I felt comfortable to do everything remotely in securing a unit with the idea once I needed needed it after office business hours I would be able to access and use it I went in person after my phone call and again the personalities of both employees super friendly and helpful and the facility facility is very clean. He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

Chris and Sara, the owners, who also live onsite, go out of their way to please their customers. I rented a 10-ft truck from them last week, when they already had promised all their 10-ft-ers to others; Chris decided to give a free size upgrade to one of the customers that had reserved a 10-ft, so that he could rent that 10-ft to me, a local repeat customer. Wow! He and Sara practically treated me, an 81-year-old who lives very close by in a seniors mobile home park, like family, even giving me a discount when I returned the truck. What a way to treat an occasional, repeat customer! I've also seen their interactions with other customers, treating everyone to friendly, efficient service. They are also a Certified Green Business, and all of their power comes from solar panels, so they really care about our environment. They deserve 10 stars!
