They make polite phone call reminders of when payments are due and help with a variety of payment situations from when I'mnot near that location. Samantha is amazing, I've dealt with her a good portion of my time there, she's super pleasant, has helped me make a smooth move from a bigger unit to a smaller one, She helped take care of a lost key situation and even had a trick to help unstick a key that broke off into my lock. Overall, Great communication & assistance when needed, glad I went with them. The location is convenient, clean, secure & well lighted.

This feels like really bad business and almost unethical. And from what I see from other reviews, this seems to be their mode of operation. Get you in, and then immediately raise your rent. If it weren't more trouble for me to move my things at this very moment, I would, but I have to stick with it for a moment, but as soon as I can vacate I will. People are nice enough and the facility is nice enough, it just feels like a terrible cash grab, and a bait and switch frankly. I spoke with Public Storage "customer service" and the quality of the interaction left a lot to be desired. I just don't understand why every business these days just over-over-over charges all of their customers. I guess because they can? Like I said, doesn't feel ethical to me, but I guess it's their call, and we just have to deal with the consquences. This is my first -- and last -- time renting from Public Storage. Just another company doing everything they can to squeeze their already pressed customers. It's a real shame.

They worked fast but were still careful with everything, especially the furniture and fragile items, which I really appreciated. Moving is usually stressful, but these guys made it way easier. They were organized, respectful, and checked in with me along the way to make sure things were going where I wanted them. Nothing was damaged and everything arrived safely, which is honestly all you can ask for. Overall just a solid, professional team that clearly knows what they're doing. They moved my beloved piano with tender care, and all the other household items arrived perfectly unharmed. They were great at helping disassemble and reassembling furniture, and cleared a two bedroom house in just over 4 hours. Thanks again to Jonathan for keeping in good phone contact before and after the move to ensure we got everything we needed. Prices were the best I found. I would recommend them and use them again.

The move started off great. My wife and I did a lot of research, as we wanted to get a local…read morecompany that wasn't a broker. We were also going to be storing our goods at their warehouse, so having good communication and a local person to speak with was very important to us. The move and first few months of storage were super smooth. After a few months of storage the the rates went up, significantly. Strike 1. Years later we asked the owner for a mover recommendation, as we would be moving our goods internationally. Upon receiving the recommendation, we proceeded with the giving the mover a deposit. As the moving time approached, we reached back out to the movers - no response. After a lot of searching, calling, texting and e-mails we spoke with the local police - it was a fraud. The moving company that was recommended was stealing money, and had a history of fraud. The owner of the moving company had recently been released from jail for....fraud. Not exactly a great recommendation. We had to go through our credit card company to get our money back. Strike 2. Then the company was sold. The new owners are very hard to get ahold of. They charge you extra every chance they get. Strike 3. -When the company sold, they threw away my inventory list. I had to pay them to re-inventory. -It was approaching the moving date, the movers wanted to look at the vaults, I had to pay to bring the vaults forward. -On moving day (10 days later), the vaults were again somehow in the back, I had to pay again to bring the vaults forward. -After storing our belongings for almost 4-years, moving day arrived. We spent tens of thousands of dollars to store our belongings. Lots of extra charges. In the end we were also charged for the use of moving blankets. A nice $200 final bill. I cannot recommend this company in good faith. Be careful what you are signing up for. A storage unit maybe a better bet, rather than the vault setup at Good Green. I'm giving 2-stars because there were moments where we felt like valued customers, but mostly we felt like were we just waited to receive the next extra invoice. The happiest day was then we paid the final invoice, and finally cut ties with Good Green.

We do not have video proof of exactly who took it, but based on the timing and who had access, we strongly believe the loss happened during the move. I contacted the company and filed a formal claim along with a police report. This has been stressful and disappointing, and I would not use this company again. At minimum, I strongly recommend that anyone hiring movers keep all wallets, cash, jewelry, medications, and valuables completely secured and away from the moving area. I cannot recommend fresh start movers based on my experience.

The quote was incredibly reasonable, the service was wonderful, and the timing was absolutely perfect for what we needed and allowed me to set up our new house in plenty of time before my parents brought our kids over for their first night. We bought the guys lunch which they were incredibly grateful for, and they absolutely deserved the yummy sandwiches and so much more. The guys even helped us break down a built in bookshelf that was impeding removal of our giant couch, and they went above and beyond making it happen with the tools that they had on hand. When we move back into our home next year after the remodel, we will without a doubt be using Robb&Messer again.

He was irritated and chastised me for mentioning it. Then when he started to place a wrapped object on our antiques server I asked him not to. He said he knew what he was doing and it was ok and placed the object on the antique server anyway! The 100 year old mirror was busted out of the frame which they had been cracked. He said if I was unhappy there were other moving companies. Wow! A broken antique mirror, an entire wardrobe box of clothes that came out of the closet dry cleaned and pressed were stuffed into a box. The person I spoke with about the clothes told me he doubted I had waited three months to unpack the wardrobe so he was skeptical. My parents custom made parson chairs were wrapped and wrinkled and now a 8 months later are still damaged. The final thing was I went to wax my chest of drawers today and realized the drawer pull had been busted off. This is a short list because there are more negative things but too many to list. We gave a large tip to each because some of the men did work hard but still if you have some kids furniture it's ok. If you have family heirlooms or antique furniture find a good moving company.
