ZippGo moving boxes provided a wonderful service for our move. After seeing some neighbors using a…read morereusable box service, I decided to look into using something similar. ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

Even though their driver was already on the road, Sarah was incredibly responsive and quickly worked out solutions to get me what I needed in record time. Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. ZippGo's reusable box system is a genuine time-saver that makes moving so much easier and more streamlined. 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving!

I was considering USPS, but given their current orders from the White House to intentionally slow delivery of mail, and experiencing issues with USPS every time I need to mail something as well as their lazy workers who flat out refuse to pickup outgoing mail where I live...the lamest excuse on the planet for this was the carrier claiming he is "too short" to properly check the boxes for outgoing mail. Last month I sent out my insurance bill, just to see how long it would take, the nearest sorting center is in Petaluma about a 20 minute drive one way from where I live. Due to the intentional delays, it took USPS 7 days to pickup my mail from their blue street box about a mile and a half from my home, drive it a bit over 20 miles to Petaluma, sort it and drive it back the same way to deliver my mail less than 3 miles from where they picked it up. This BS caused my payments to be late. Fortunately the business dealing with my late payment was understanding and did not add a late fee charge to my account. I'm so glad I chose UPS, they delivered the Santa Rosa packages the next day (today - Thursday). I have little doubt the Colorado package will be delivered before Monday. It used to be that USPS employees took tremendous pride in their efficiency, it did not take much to throw a wrench into that system - no thanks to greedy corrupt officials. I know UPS has had their issues in the past, I don't know about their current reputation, I just hope they continue to bring the A GAME I just experienced. The clerks were friendly and efficient even though they were clearly swamped. Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard to get my packages to their destinations within a remarkable time period to boot! I will return. A big NEW YORK raspberry to USPS!! Neither rain, nor sleet nor snow can keep them from making their deliveries, but a POS President and the head of USPS can and did taint the reputation USPS had going for over a hundred years. I needed a notary quickly for my 91 year old mom who is in so much pain she can barely walk with a…read morewalker . Loading her into a Car and traveling is extremely tiring and painful . Because this was a walk in notary, we parked and I had her wait in car to check out the wait time etc. Frank , John and Jessica could not have been more considerate . They had me wait until Frank , (the notary ), was ready. I introduced myself and Frank started gathering up stuff . I was a little puzzled? He said "I'm going out to your mom" OMGoodness I could not believe the kindness being bestowed on us . Tears in my eyes Frank sat in the drivers seat of my car, and was soo sweet with my mom. He made sure she knew what she was signing, gently took her thumb print and notarized our document . The manager, Jessica was the person who authorized this kind move, and John covered the workload while Frank was helping my mom. I can only pay this kindness forward . There are not words to explain how much this meant to us. PLEASE GIVE THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE. YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE GREAT HUMANS !

Chase and Javy came exactly when they said they would and after a quick walk around got to work. Their supervisor, Michael showed up about 20 minutes after they arrived to make sure everything was going smoothly but then was called off to go to another job site 50 minutes away to handle another customers needs. Fortunately for me, the team that was there kicked ass. Both Javy and Chase were courteous, friendly and I never felt uncomfortable with any of the process. Hiring movers can be toss up, but the team that was assigned to my job were great! If you live in Marin or Sonoma County and you arent looking at Rocky's Moving first, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your family!

Firstly their fees are above market price and the have a 4 hour minimum charge so if you move takes…read more3 hours you pay for 4. They also requirement payment in full at the time of booking. So they arrived without the keys to open the back of the truck so they had to wait for their boss to bring the keys. Then after they loaded the took what I assume was a 70 minute lunch break because when I called to see where they were they said they finished loading 40 minutes ago and they were taking another 30 minutes. Conveniently this mandatory break postponed their driving time to coincide with peak hour traffic turning a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. They arrive at 12:00pm to start loading this exact move was performed by another company 12 months early and was completed in around 3 hours. This move took until 5:30 pm. They turned a 3 hour job into billed me for 5:30 hours. I was furious because I had been waiting for them to arrive for around 2 hours. They talked to their manager and he offered me a discount which I understood to be a reduction in price to $350 after having paid around $750. However they ended up charging me an additional $350. When I called to discuss this they claimed that was a reduction in what they should have charged me!! This experience was ridiculous and wreaks of unethical business practices. I definitely do not recommend doing business with them.
